My family had a wonderful time staying at Cara & Marcelo's home. There was so much character and charm we all felt right at home as celebrated Senior day (weekend) for my son who plays on the Catawaba College Lacrosse team. Centrally located to downtown and the college so we were set. Would definitely stay here again. Cara and Marcelo were so friendly and accommodating I felt like I had know them for years.

The home was lovely, nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Tyler was incredibly responsive, and the place truly felt like a hidden gem—the perfect spot to relax before my sister’s beautiful wedding. Thank you for sharing your property with us; we are forever grateful 💕

We had a very place scheduled that was cancelled days before our trip. This worked out at the end of the day, because Daniel and Charlotte’s place was PERFECT. So cozy, clean, close to so much- we loved it. Additionally, Daniel was super responsive and helpful through out our stay. 10/10 would stay again.

Carol's house is very nice and there is a lot of cooking accessories is available on her kitchen. A lot of toys is in the house, we enjoyed a lot. There is one room in this house, its the best place if you want to do office work from there. Its been a nice stay, I will book more if i need to visit that city again....

It is basically a farm house sitting on a pasture, not too far from rapid development. The house served us well. The furniture is like grandparents but ok. Beds very good. Large, acceptably equipped kitchen. Very sunny house. Landlords grew up in this house, and they are on call readily. We did a lot of 0.25-1 mile walks (round trip). Very good place for bird watching.

We had 10 adults and 7 kids and this suited us perfectly. All the amenities. Very clean. Location is perfect walking to local restaurants or great jump off location for other places to explore. Shirley was extremely responsive to all my messages. Would stay again.

Highly recommended. We loved our stay in Jodi's cottage apartment. It was perfect for our 3-night stay. The apartment was very clean, well-stocked and beautifully adorned with Jodi's pottery. The location provided a peaceful retreat in a beautiful neighborhood but with easy access to the Southpark and Strawberry Hill areas. Thank you Jodi! **We recommend these nearby dinner spots: Superica for the best TexMex and margaritas (made without syrups - only fresh limes!); Southern Pecan Gulf Coast Kitchen for a very unique and delicious take on southern food. We were there on a Thursday and the handcrafted cocktails were only $10.

Rene was such an awesome host! The apartment looked incredible and welcoming for the holiday season. I truly enjoyed the conversations and fellowship we had. I give the airbnb a ten star! Hope to go back there one day!

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. We spent a week in South Carolina for an adoption. Sandra was extremely flexible with our unpredictable schedule. The place was clean and everything was exactly as described. Our children were allowed to feed the chickens, too! If we are ever traveling in the area again, we would definitely look to see if this place is available again.

This was a wonderful stay in a very accessible area to local eateries, points of interest and close proximity to public transportation. The accommodation was comfortable and spacious enough for 2 people and made going home something to look forward to at the end of a day’s adventure.

We were only there one night but it was just what we needed. Quiet and clean and very comfortable. Robbi was extremely nice and accommodating. She even had such nice touches for our dog from a bone to a bowls already set up with water. We will stay again when in town.

I would highly recommend Jamie's home to anyone visiting the Hickory-Granite Falls-Hudson area. Jamie's home was very beautiful,warm, and inviting. Her home is set in a very quiet woodsy neighborhood. I would give Jamie's home a 10+! I have family in the Hickory area so know i will have a great place to stay anytime we come for a visit.

Our stay at Jim and Marilyn's place was perfect for us. The kitchenette was sufficient for our cooking needs for the weekend. The electric burner worked great for eggs & quesadillas. We used the Oster oven to make some frozen pizzas for lunch one day and to bake some items for dinner one night. The ceiling is on an angle as it is the attic space, so just be aware if your family is tall. There are signs to remind you, but you must pay attention to where you are walking. The temperature of the apartment was very comfortable even though it was close to 90 degrees outside one day. The washer and dryer available near the entrance of the apartment was also very convenient. We had a chance to speak with Jim a few times and he was super friendly. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again next year when we are in the area.

It was fantastic! Great spot. Bring soap and coffee pods, those two things would have been amazing had I thought about it. Overall such a great location, cute place. Great for 1-2 people who want to walk around uptown. Directions seem complicated until you follow them and then it makes sense. The only thing I had an issue was the code to get into the garage but someone let me in.

We chose this condo for a girls’ week (plus budget planning for 2025). We wanted a place we didn’t have to leave; somewhere where we could cozy up and enjoy the week - and we did just that! We didn’t leave the condo (except to walk my dog - it’s pet friendly!) all week until the night of the concert we were going to. It was very clean and the kitchen had everything you’d need. Katie was super helpful prior to the trip and during. Very responsive! The fireplace you see in the photos doesn’t work. It was pretty cold the week we were there and it snowed so it would have been nice to have been able to turn that on. Not a huge deal, but just an fyi. Again, Katie was fabulous and I would rent from her again!

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

We are regular visitors to Tree Top Loft and love it every time! Latest stay was for one month and it was wonderful. Kristin takes such care with the property: beautifully decorated, well stocked, so clean. And the unit is very quiet. Can’t wait for our next visit! Thank you Kristin!

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

Great place to stay in downtown charlotte. Walking distance to many restaurants and lots of things to do. Apartment was very clean and nice inside. Looks exactly like the photos. Would def stay again and would recommend to anyone.
