It was just what we needed to get away, chill and relax. Very cozy and comfortable. Beautiful scenery with the lake and the mountains in the distance. No complaints.

We have been guests of Lindsay’s for 3 years. We usually stay at one of her other properties but this time there was a group of us and we stayed in the cabin. Everything was great! Location was secluded on lakefront property and there was about 6-8 “ of snow which was an added bonus. Close to everything and would highly recommend to anyone. Great time had by my entire group

We had a family vacation and enjoyed our stay at the house. The house is spacious and clean. The driveway is steep. We enjoyed the screened porches overlooking the lake.....beautiful sunsets. There is a small private and shallow water area between the dock and the boathouse. The grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed playing in the area.

Palmers place was incredible. We were three families and went for Winter break. We were less than an hour from Sugarbush, Bolton Valley, and Smuggs. For non-skiiers, the house was a nice and peaceful getaway with options to snowshoe on the frozen lake and around. Kitchen was well stocked. Coffee station is versatile and impressive. Stocked with paper towels, toilet papers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Super clean. Would stay again.

Errin’s property is absolutely beautiful!! The views and the location are unmatched. She adds thoughtful touches that make you feel welcome like spices, coffee and teas being readily available the moment you arrive. She was responsive and always ready to offer tips and advice/suggestions. This stay in particular was a much-needed reprieve from the most difficult season of my life so far. My sons and I are forever grateful. Thank you!!

I stayed at Greg‘s house two long weekends in September and October. I went with several friends and then I came back several weeks later with my family. big beautiful house in a lakefront setting with a really nice fire pit overlooking the lake. Gregg allowed us to use a row boat which happened to be at the property, but usually kept at another house nearby. I did some fishing from the row boat but was unsuccessful. The kitchen is well appointed, and there is a really nice propane grill on the deck. My kids loved the ping-pong table and foosball table in the basement. You should bring your own drinking water as the well water has a sulfur smell.

We had a wonderful time staying here at Lake Schroon for our girls' getaway weekend. The location is perfect and very peaceful. I loved walking down to the beach every morning to view the sunrise over the mountains. We enjoyed kayaking and canoeing and even went into the water. We had a blast going out to a karaoke bar on our first night and then cooking in the second night with a fire pit complete with s'mores. There are restaurants within the area and fun shops too. Jack and Lorraine were friendly and very responsive and helpful too.

Jon was easy to work with and always helpful. Everything is as described. We skied Mt Gore and it's a nice 15-20 minute drive in beautiful countryside. I imagine the place is extra beautiful in the summer in front of the lake. We were there with lots of snow. Jon's plow guy was prompt and courteous and helpful. Overall it was a great stay.

Beautiful location with spectacular views of Lake Champlain. The Best Nest offers peace and quiet in a private setting. Everything was just as described in the Airbnb posting.

The porcupine farm is a great place to stay if you’re visiting the Lake Champlain area. Its convenient location for the Essex Fairy, Burlington, and Lake Placid make it a great place. It’s very cozy and I look forward to coming back here in the future.

We had a lovely stay. The place was exactly as described, walkable to everything you could want in town. The place was clean, organized, and everything was clearly laid out and labeled. The fireplace was great for warmth and helped create a cozy environment. The kitchen was helpful, and the place had thoughtful touches that made it feel cared for like the extra blankets, heated floors, and bathroom toiletries. One thing of note, we stayed in the winter and a combination of the snow on one side and a large utility truck on the other made it feel quite tight pulling into the designated space on the driveway. I imagine at any other time guests would not experience this, and it would by no means deter me from staying again when up in Vermont!

Arrived a little later than expected as we had a 6 hour ride. His wife met us at check in to hand off the keys and explain the parking. Park pass lot was right across the street and always had a spot available. The space was perfect. Super clean with a well stocked kitchen. We came to town for a youth hockey tournament so the kitchen was much appreciated after the games. Location was perfect. Walking distance to the Olympic Center and right in the middle of all the shops! Bonus that Starbucks is right across the street! We will be back!

Had a great time. The apartment was very comfortable. The walk to town was an easy one and it was close to a lot of outdoor activities. Meachele was very responsive whenever we had a question and had a wealth of information about the area.

Melissa was a wonderful host. I requested to stay at her place at the last minute, and although they got a lot of snow that day, she quickly cleared out the driveway to accommodate me. The place is cozy, clean, private and stocked with all the essentials you need. Detailed directions to get in were sent beforehand in case I lost service along the way. This was the perfect place to rest my head between hiking the Santa range! I was surprised by how warm it was during a -15 degree weekend! Thanks for a wonderful stay. I hope to come back this summer.

This is a place for real art and design lovers! Such a beautiful and well maintained space! High ceilings, and such a lovely kitchen. This is the city apartment I always wanted. The hosts were so responsive and kind, even when I had very precarious travel plans. It was perfect for a quick visit to see my son at Champlain, and the location was ideal. The entry instructions were so clear and I slept like a stone back in that quiet bedroom. Thank you for making my glamourous apartment dreams come true!

This was my second time staying at this apartment. It is a very nice, comfortable, clean apartment. It is very close to to Amtrak and in walking distance to the Greyhound bus and places to eat. I would recommend it.

The main intention behind our visit to Banjo's Cottage was to disconnect and it proved to be absolutely perfect for doing just that. Cozy decor, manageable layout, well-stocked kitchen, no TV, beautiful grounds, convenient location...Lesley and her family provided it all in spades. We read books, completed a puzzle, took in the stars and enjoyed the silence. 20 mins south of Middlebury, and just over an hour south of Burlington...this place offers prime seclusion, as well as easy access to areas of interest. Lesley is always responsive and eager to accommodate. Special shoutout for ensuring we were fully prepared to stay somewhere new with a 13-month old. Pack 'n Play, highchair, outlet covers, toys and books...all generously offered upon arrival. Reading through the log it becomes apparent that this place holds a magical quality to all those who visit. We definitely hope to be back some day.

This was our second time to this cottage. We had a great weekend away. Made s’mores at the firepit in yard while it snowed. It’s been cold this year so quite incredible to see the lake frozen. Two of the nights were clear skies and this spot offers some of the most majestic sunsets. Came inside and sat by the fireplace with hot drinks. Perfect kitchen with everything you need. Super refreshing atmosphere and left feeling rejuvenated.

We had a great stay at Suncroft. The place was clean, quiet, and cozy. Would definitely stay here again!

The setting is beautiful, great views from the house and deck. Lovely rustic cabin. Very clean and Jodi is extremely responsive.

This was a wonderful and peaceful place to stay. Such a cozy place to stay during the winter, the hottub underneath the stars was much needed after a long day! The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

We had an amazing time! The host was incredible. We drove from Boston and got there 2 hours ahead of schedule. Reese let us go in even though check in was at 3. He was so nice and welcoming. The place is beautiful, peaceful and very private. The cabin had way more than I thought. You could really spent a long time there because you basically have all you need. He even had coffee and tea which was a pleasant unexpected treat! I would definitely recommend this place and I look forward to coming back. Great communication with host. Easy to find. Easy to get in. Highly recommend!

This was my first time staying at Ken’s beautiful home on Minerva Lake. When I walked inside I was in awe. The interior home is stunning. A large dining room table was off to the side of the living room and we loved gathering around the table to do watercolor paintings. The bedrooms are comfy and cute. Little details around the house like nightlights and paintings are so sweet. Everything we needed was there for us. The kitchen was cute and we enjoyed cooking our meals and making salads. The fire pit outside was also lots of fun. We made s’mores and we were hoping to see the Northern Lights but unfortunately they didn’t come down south far enough, but we still had fun. The house is extremely comfortable and inviting. We loved our stay and look forward to coming back. Thanks Ken for everything. Lori.

The cottage felt like home from the moment we opened the door and were met with a puppy paw door mat, a “who rescued who?” fridge magnet, clean dog bowls at the ready, and the topper for us DC area residents: Washington Nationals coozies!! I half expected to see an Expos hat laying around!! Previous reviews for this property shared concern about the smell of the sulfur well water. Rest assured, they have addressed it and we had no smell and drank from the faucet. The back yard was perfect to get the zoomies out, too. Everything worked, the electric fireplace is a great touch, zero complaints. If we had to make a suggestion, I’d ask for scissors 🙄 and a keurig, maybe a few more coasters to protect that beautiful wood furniture. Excellent experience!!
