We were a group of 15 friends and family - adults, teenagers and children - celebrating new year together. The property suited us perfectly and had everything we needed for a great few days. The location is excellent for the Jurassic coast beaches and Lyme Regis.

This is our second time staying in this lovely caravan. It’s always pristine and lovely. I always felt like a home away from home there. The bedrooms are a good size and the extra full bathroom is a definite plus! I’d highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely perfect hosts and accommodation. This was my first stay at an air bnb and it was wonderful. Kate couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating and assisted me with additional things such as taxi numbers. The accommodation is simply stunning and the layout of the home means that even if a large group of you stay you still have your own space. The pool is welcome addition as are the hands outside, even the harder to please teenagers had a great time. We’re now home and looking at other dates we can return to the cottage. We had an amazing weekend at the cottage! It was the perfect setting for our weekend away! So cosy and surrounded by amazing walks and pubs. Also James and Jane were the best - so helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend!

We booked Mistletoe Farm for a stag do, and it couldn’t have been better! The location is fantastic—secluded enough to enjoy ourselves without worrying about disturbing anyone, but still close enough to Chard and surrounding areas for pubs and activities. The accommodation was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed. The hosts were welcoming and gave us great recommendations for local spots. The hot tub were absolute highlights—perfect for relaxing during the day and unwinding in the evening after a big night out. If you're looking for a unique and memorable place to host a stag weekend with a mix of fun and relaxation, this is the place! Would definitely recommend and return!

My family and I have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Oaks and we all wished we could have stayed longer. The house is well equipped, clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and 1 infant. The bedrooms were comfortable with fresh linen. I particularly booked this accommodation for the outside pool and this didn't disappoint. A perfect size pool for us and we enjoyed sitting around the garden and pool area. Beautiful Sobo beach is walking distance from the house and there are many good places to eat and drink nearby. We enjoyed a birthday celebration lunch at The Captains club restaurant which we would highly recommend, great food and attentive staff. A big thank you to Maggie And Peter for a great airbnb property.

We had such a restful weekend. There is a very special atmosphere in this house. It’s organised so well. Everything you need to relax by the sea is thought of and the host and hostess Andy and Rachel were so helpful providing information on everything one could need. We highly recommend.

A great home from home with lovely views out towards Portland. A neat 6 bed mobile home with parking for two cars beside it. Fitted out with all the home comforts including a coffee machine. Sunny terrace with seating. Located on a nice site on the way to Portland with its own club house and amenities (extra cost for some). Only a short drive back into Weymouth.

Wow, what a beautiful house! Our family of 8 adults , 3 children and 3 dogs had such a wonderful stay. The home is so cosy, beautiful and set up perfectly. All the extra touches really made our stay! The garden, all the activities outside for the children & adults to do really made our stay! Thank you so much Sonia - we can’t wait to come back!

My friends and I visited the property over a weekend to catch up as we all live far away from each other these days. the house was a perfect for our needs and the town centre location meant we didn't need to use our cars for the entirety of our stay. restaurants, pubs and supermarkets were all within waking distance, and yet within 10 minutes walk you can be out in the countryside enjoying the fresh air. The host was really helpful and responsive and the house was spacious and clean. The kitchen was really well stocked with utencils and cooking implements etc, and having things like dishwasher tablets and coffee pods available made our stay really easy. Would definitely recommend and would use the property again if I was staying in the area.

We really enjoyed our weekend stay. The town centre is a perfect distance away that you can walk in in about 10-15mins but far enough away to not feel like you're staying in a busy town centre. Louise sorted us parking permits out and we easily parked 3 cars in the local streets, not right outside but this wasn't an issue. The house is great, 4 good sized clean bedrooms, a lounge, dining area and kitchen. Louise had left us a few goodies and some milk as a welcome gift, Tesco is a short walk away to grab any other bits you need and we had a lovely meal out locally too, plus lots of recommendations of good places to go. Thank you for a very lovely weekend.

Beautiful location, i didn’t close the blinds the whole time so i could wake up to the view which is stunning. Didn’t need the car all weekend as everything is easily walkable. Very clean and comfortable home with everything you need. Thanks so much!

Fantastic accommodation in the heart of Swanage. Apartment is finished to a very high standard with beautiful décor. Everything works as it should and the under floor heating is a real treat in the morning when making breakfast!

As soon as we walked in the door we loved this place! What a gem! The living area has large windows overlooking a peaceful valley full of sheep and chickens - a truly beautiful view to enjoy at any time of day. The house was wonderfully warm - as was the welcome by Tiffany. We felt personally greeted and our hosts could not have been more helpful. The house itself is gorgeous! Spacious and comfortable, with everything you could possibly need. I had the best nights' sleep - the beds are so comfortable! The place is quiet and peaceful - you feel hidden away - yet Lyme Regis is just on the doorstep. We spent a day walking around Lyme, drinking coffee and visiting the shops, and one day just relaxing in Little Winter's Cottage. We absolutely loved the place and we will definitely be back! Our extended family had a super time together at Richard's gorgeous house. It's a really characterful place and such a versatile space for a big group. Richard really has thought of everything; from the plentiful beach towels to the fully stocked kitchen. A first class rental.

Stunning house in a beautiful location, great beach opposite and some very good restaurants within walking distance. Quality of decoration is very high and the house has everything you need and very comfortable.

Excellent host, really good and clear communication. We booked this the day before so didn't get time to read all the instructions so had a few questions and got the answers from the host. House is very clean and plenty of beds so ideal for big groups. Main reason we booked this place was the hot tub, hot tub was great we used a it a couple of times, its in the garden and has a cover so even if its raining you can use it. Over all good place, value for money.

Angus was really helpful and proactive in ensuring our stay met our needs. He was really easy to contact in the build up and made sure he met us all on arrival.

What an amazing house and an amazing host! The attention to detail, the design, the location, the furnishings, the showers and bath, the garden area, all just absolutely stunning! The kitchen was just fabulous! Every detail was thought about. From le creaset ( you know if you know), top of range ovens , coffee machine, even the plates and bowls where luxury at its finest! Every bathroom was beautiful, spacious, equipped with the most wonderful smelling shampoo and conditioner, body wash and hand soaps. This house Just kept giving! The bed was by far the most comfy bed I am ever slept in! The bed sheets smelt so good, felt so good. I am hard to please, but this is the best of the best!!!! This house is tranquil. I just feel so relaxed! Netflix set up and ready for use. It’s the little things that matter and everything was just easy and available! The location was perfect as we had access so many beaches.. I’m running out of words allowance. So il end on saying, just book now!!!

This was the best place we’ve stayed at using AirBnB. As it was Sarah’s home we immediately felt comfortable. The decor was very cool and to our kind of taste. We arrived after dark and the garden was all lit up with lights and looked so inviting. The beds were clean and very comfy. Hopefully it will be available when we next visit.
