A beautiful annexe with everything you need. Lovely garden and patio area with lovely views. Carol and Derek are amazing hosts and super friendly. We loved it so much that we will be booking again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat was very comfortable, clean and well equipped and in a great location. Amanda was very friendly and helpful and provided lots of information and recommendations on where to go. Swanage is a great place to visit and there are many things to do and places to visit within easy reach, either by car or public transport. We will definitely go back to Pebbles in the future.

Michelle kindly allowed us to book the same day and checked in early. This was a lovely touch as we were travelling with young children. We parked our car up the hill and walked down with our bags. Lockbox has light which came in handy at night. Lovely flat with Hugh ceiling, bedding smelt lovely and fresh and the bathroom with roll top bath AND seperate double shower was amazing! It's literally 3 mins walk down hill into Lyme Regis and you're in the middle of town and on the beach front which has lots of eateries but they all stop serving food at 730/8pm so just go out early. This caught us out as we had a late lunch on the beach! There's a Chinese a few doors down from the flat. Theres a lovely kitchen, a living room with dining table and sofa bed and a TV. WiFi, central heating. The main bedroom is beautuful and very comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets. As I said before the bathroom was delightful, I wish I could live here in this quaint little flat. We will be back!

Lovely property it had all the amenities. Good location. Near the centre of Swanage, about 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants and shops. Near the beach. There a smart tv with Netflix, YouTube Disney+, everything you have with smart tv.

Stayed with my daughter for a sailing training at the sailing academy. Rowena's flat was ideally located, very cosy, well equipped and in beautifully clean condition. We will be back!

Comfortable and well equipped apartment, plenty of space for a family of 4 and our dog, Lyme Regis is a really Dog friendly town. Lots to see and do. Fabulous stay and the parking spot makes it even better, the early check was also very kind, many thanks x

Very good communication from host, friendly and informative. Very thing was as described and better. Car park easy to find and Julien had already informed us regarding the road closures in Lyme and which way to arrive. Place was easy to find and very clean and homely. Very large apartment and with plenty of room for the 4 of us. TV was good, and there were DVD's and a DVD player. Wi Fi was excellent. Tea, Coffee, Sugar was available along with essentials in the toilet which was very welcomed. Tesco and Co op within 2 min walk, which for us was very good. I would say the only negative, was the front door, you had to lock once inside as the door did not self lock. With 4 adults and only one key, with door having to be locked, it created an issue, but one that was easy worked around. Maybe have a Yale locked fitted, so that the door is locked without a key? The apartment is over three floors, so the description highlighting this is correct. Place is quirky, and very homely. 5 stars

We stayed at Elizabeth’s for a few days when visiting family nearby. It was perfect for our purpose and we found Elizabeth very friendly and accommodating. Our granddaughter particularly enjoyed the trampoline!

Nice comfortable, spacious home, free on street parking and close to shops. George was very helpful and responsive and I would definitely stay again.

Found the annexe to be exactly as described in the listing. Clean and comfortable 'home from home' in quiet residential area with friendly hosts. Easy access, good off road parking and pleasant 30 minute walk into Lyme following the river path. Stayed there 'solo' but would be equally comfortable for a couple - and whilst there are no shortage of places to eat in Lyme the annexe is perfectly comfortable for an evening in/self catering.. Enjoyed my stay.

Beautifully clean place to stay. Very well done and we had a great break in Swanage. Brilliant walks and coastline. Always found a space with the on street parking. Would highly recommend!

Once again, a delightful stay at Jill’s well-appointed and comfortable apartment. We always feel at home from the moment we arrive and Jill is instantly available to answer any queries which may arise. The sparkling wine chilling in the fridge and local shortbread is a thoughtful touch which make you feel a valued guest. We look forward to a return visit later in the year.

I love my little stay at Teresa‘s place. I didn’t book it for the hot tub, but boy was it a great bonus!! nestled in the middle of nowhere on a lovely quiet spot. Theresa’s place is comfy clean and cozy bed’s really comfy too. I would happily book to come back here again. I would recommend it.

We had a lovely stay - the apartment is cosy, great central location close to everything we wanted to do during our trip, nice to have some outside space, hot tub was a plus as it was a relaxing treat after lots of walking around town. Leesa and Gary are very thorough, helpful, easy to reach and kind. They also gave us fab recommendations and were very flexible/understanding when it came to our specific circumstance and needs. Very nice location at the Jurassic coast. The apartment is great and perfect for family stay. Hot tub was amazing to relax after long day walks on the coast. Anna is a great host. Wish we could stay longer.

Great location and lovely flat, spacious for a 2 bedroom and really nice kitchen area. The hot tub got a lot of use, we all loved it and would definitely rebook. Nice and peaceful area over the road from the beach, but quick to chain ferry to Knoll beach and Studland etc. Worth noting that it’s worth planning food in advance, there is a very small Tesco in Sandbanks for essentials only. Restaurant wise on Sunday eve we were a bit stuck when Lazy Jacks closed at 5pm rather than 8pm with no explanation. Would bring more meal prep with us next time.

My family (husband, 2 children aged 13 and 11 and our dog) had a lovely long weekend at Pamela’s. Set in a lovely location, walks straight from the doorstop, ideal when you have a dog. Everything was clean & tidy, with all that we needed for our stay plus on arrival there was milk, eggs, butter, jam, bread, doggy treats and the most delicious home-made lemon drizzle cake! Walking distance to the village pub at the end of the lane but Pam & Kelly also recommended some other local pubs for dinner (10 mins drive away) all dog-friendly and the one we tried was excellent. We had a slight issue with the WiFi, it got disconnected, don’t think it’s happened before but as soon as I messaged, Pam came round to sort it out straight away. She was very friendly and helpful. The hot tub was a big plus, we were lucky with the weather but was so nice to come back after a walk and chill in the hot tub in a very pleasant enclosed and sheltered courtyard. Thank you for having us!

After being let down on New Years Eve by someone else we booked Jonathan's place with less than 24 hours notice. He was extremely helpful and really flexible. We checked in early and also had a late check out at no extra cost. The apartment is clean, and big with care and attention to the decor. The hot tub was excellent. Jonathan was really responsive to a few questions we had and it made a real difference to have the personal touch instead of a faceless booking agent. The location is superb, shops one way and beach the other. We will most definitely be back.

We had a wonderful few days in Portland. George & Sez were great hosts, immediate responses to any questions we had. Apartment is stunning, views breath taking. The weather was amazing so the terrace & hot tub were a big hit. The apartment is a stones throw from the coastal paths, each morning we'd walk down to the Lobster Pot by Portland Bill for a coffee. One thing I would suggest if you're eating out in the evening, is to pre-book especially during holiday season as there isn't an abundance of eateries open in the evening. We had two meals at the Cove House Inn about a 10 mins drive from the apartment which was recommended by George & Sez. Fantastic views & food but definitely book. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay here. The place was so clean and had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The beds were so comfy (and I am super picky about this). The location was great, we had such a great stay, my daughter did not want to leave.
