Lovely place with great amenities. Ideal for family gatherings and our 2 dogs especially were very happy with the outside space. It is easy to drive into Poole which has a good shopping area and lovely quayside. There were lots of good walking areas nearby and a choice of local park runs! There was a good space for the dogs to sleep off the utility room. And a well equipped games room in a former garage though this was rather cold at this time of year. I dare say some form of heating would be provided if requested. But we spent most time outside enjoying the garden space.

Superb cottage for our short stay. Extremely clean and clutter free, with lots of charm and all the facilities you might need. Jo was an excellent host, greeting us on arrival and settling us in. Felt very “at home” and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. Carolyn was very responsive, informative and so kind. wonderful localaton, amenities etc. caravan was like home to home, well equipped and very clean. thank you again! highly recommend! 5🌟😁

We had a great weekend in Bruton at Steve’s place. The location is perfect for wandering into town for coffee and food. The home was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the bath and the fire. Steve was very attentive and made sure that our stay was great.

Really lovely cottage, very spacious, clean, comfy beds, nice garden and kitchen was very well stocked. Corfe Castle is a pretty village with lots of walks and easy access to Corfe Common. We were blessed with super weather, really enjoyed our stay.

Cozy, very dog friendly accommodation. Very well equipped. Andy was an excellent host - exceptional communication. Very good value for money. Perfect for an overnight stay or short break.

We had a lovely time here - the weather was great for the time of year and we were really close to the beach and did some great walks from the house. It was so convenient to have the shop just a short walk away on the corner and the pub within walking distance. The house was just what we wanted and the garden was so well kept and tidy as well as the house itself. Thanks very much. We'd definitely recommend it.

A very peaceful and private space in a very convenient location. I was made to feel very welcome and get very relaxed. A great space for a solo trip and would be enough space for a couple and small pet.

We had a comfortable stay with our 5 month old. Spacious bathroom and clean throughout. Good instructions for check in and friendly communication. It is a top floor apartment and the stairs are quite shallow, so perhaps not suited to anybody not steady on their feet. Little bit of street noise but this was to be expected in such a fantastically central location on the main high street.

The Bay House apartment was a great place for a short break. The place was clean, bright and airy with amazing views. It was lovely to sit and watch the boats and fishermen in the harbour. The bed was extremely comfortable with pristine linens. The bathroom was stocked with shower gels and shampoos. Westbay itself is a delightful little harbour town with plenty to see and do on a sunny day. Kiosks line the harbour selling ice creams, fish and chips etc. All in all I would recommend the apartment and the location.

Wonderfully located, this property offers great sized rooms and fully stocked kitchen. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Bournemouth.

The apartment was immaculate and as described. Location is perfect for going to the beach, shops or eating out. The outdoor garden is peaceful and sheltered with lovely garden furniture to relax in. This apartment as everything you need for a relaxing holiday near the sea. Excellent facilities , equipment ( excellent coffee machine ) and furnishings and even thought of sand toys for little ones for visits to the beach. Richard was very helpful ! and responsive in all communications. One of the best properties I have stayed in , we would love to return and would recommend . Thank you for letting us stay.

Cute, cosy and a lovely flat! Everything as described . It was spotless clean, the kitchen had everything one would need. Our favourite feature was the wood burner, it made the atmosphere so romantic, we didn’t want to leave the place! Heated up the whole flat so much too! Sam was very responsive to our queries, provided a lot of information throughout stay. It’s an easy walk down to the town centre, takes about 10 mins - we’re fast walkers. Coming back is up hill, it was fine for us as it was a short walk by beautiful houses. Overall a great stay. Thank you Sam!

James is a lovely person and his home is really magical and he gave us total privacy but was ready to help or advise on anything, it was a lovely experience and definitely going back the house is fantastic really special and huge I have never slept in such a huge house even the bathroom was lovely the house is really authentic and fabulous wild garden I loved the windows beautiful location really quiet

Each summer a U.K. FAMILY holiday is planned for three generations ..ages 5 up to well quite a lot! The choice this year was to go to Simons place.and what a find for everyone. A characterful house. Inside spacious spotless , kitchen brilliant ,, bedrooms roomy , bathroom ( particularly first floor) fabulous, living room so homely with Simons personal collection of books, his piano, homeliness beyond, and with cable Tv Incorporating Sports channels , and Netflix and Prime Video . Outside the decking in the rear garden a wonderful morning sun trap , the front garden full of charm with BBQ facilities and two squirrels nicknamed Bill and Bob..there every morning … The location very peaceful , parking at front and rear of property . Local shops , and the beach within easy 5-10 minutes walk and buses same time away into Bournemouth Poole and Christchurch . A wonderful seven days

Enjoyed a memorable stay in Goretti’s peaceful and spacious home. The house is fully equipped and was extremely clean. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful garden and conservatory. Communication was seamless. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home. It was lovely to be greeted by the host with a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge.

We stayed here for my hen weekend. The house was perfect for all 14 of us. Plenty of room and great fun. I would highly recommend

Lovely family home in the heart of the new forest. Was perfect for a pre Christmas getaway with lovely fireplace and warm Arga in the kitchen. Ian and team were very accommodating and it was lovely to have our two cocker spaniels with us to enjoy long daily walks in the forest. Will definitely be back again

We had the most amazing time away as a family for Christmas. The place was perfect for our youngest member of the family under 1 years old, all the way to our grandparents. Everyone felt at home, with space to relax on their own and together. The walks around the estate were perfect for the mornings and the location was perfect for a short drive to the local towns and beaches. Thank you Emilie and all involved!
