Das Wohnzimmer mit Küche ist sehr groß und die Aussicht mit den großen Glastüren phänomenal. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, 1 Bad und ein separates WC. Mindestens 1 gesicherter Parkplatz ist direkt auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Highlight des Hauses ist die enorm große Terrasse mit einem schönen Esstisch aus Massivholz für ca. 8 bis 10 Personen. Die Kücheneinrichtung ist auf einem sehr guten Stand. Kalt- und Warmwasser laufen auch hervorragend. Bewegungsmelder am Boden im Flurbereich erleichtern das nächtliche Aufstehen enorm. Die Beleuchtung insgesamt ist sehr gut. Wir waren 4 Personen und 1 Kind (6 Jahre) und haben über 7 Tage unseren Urlaub hier hervorragend genießen können. Dieses Haus können wir allen dringend empfehlen. Allein die Aussicht auf Tairua, Pauanui, das Meer und die Berge morgens beim Frühstück oder abends beim Abendessen ist überwältigend. Wir können diese Haus uneingeschränkt sehr empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder !

Simply THE BEST Airbnb I have ever stayed in. We loved it so much, I wanted to stay two days longer and skip out on the next place we booked but it wasn’t available. I’ve traveled all over the world for years, lived in three different countries and this place was incredible. I love mount maunganui overall but this house makes it even better (which is hard to do). Excellent layout, location, amenities, everything. I hope to come back again in the coming years and stay for a few weeks!!!

Die hochwertige Bettwäsche und die gut ausgestattete Küche sorgen für zusätzlichen Komfort. Melanie ist eine freundliche und proaktive Gastgeberin, die schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Lage ist ideal – in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, aber dennoch nah an Geschäften, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie dem Park von Tauranga und dem Mt. Maunganui. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We spent the last of 5 weeks in NZ at Abby's cottage. The house is exceptionally charming and peaceful, with the infrared sauna and hot tub especially inviting. Abby is an exceptionally helpful host and met us as we checked in, to assist us in navigating the amenities and rooms (3 bedrooms). Her location is 1/2 mile from town center and we walked for coffees and dinners ever y. The house is on the edge of town and secluded, so star gazing on clear nights is brilliant. The house has eclectic charm and is exceptionally comfortable. Coromandel town we found to be only 30 minutes from the beaches on the N and E shores of the peninsula, and Abby directed us to some truly amazing beaches and nearby tracks. We will look to stay again next time we are in the N NZ!

AMAZING is the only word! From walking in the door we felt like it was a home away from home. We took our 2 grandkids with us and the house and flow out to the garden was perfect - we could leave them to run around and know they couldn’t wander or fall down stairs. We really loved the house and the location. Perfect for what we needed!!

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

Had a lovely quick overnight stay for a local family event. Fit hubby and I with our three kids. Toys, kids books and Netflix were a bonus to entertain the children. Everything was on hand that was needed for a comfortable stay. Clear and friendly communication beforehand and during stay. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic property in a great location. Great areas with 2 outdoor spaces and really great en-suite with master bedroom being away from the other 2 bedrooms. Really well setup kitchen and amenities. Would definitely recommend this property and we would stay again. Host responded very quickly and check in made easy.

Lovely modern home on river by beach. Beautiful, quiet. Enjoyed kayaking from house to house wish we stayed longer!

The apartment is spacious and modern with stunning views over the marina. It is well equipped with everything you could need. We received clear instructions making it easy to find and access the property. We had a very enjoyable few days exploring the beautiful coastline around Whitianga.

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about David's place. The space itself is spacious, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. Even better, it is RIGHT across from a stunning beach in paradise. David and Sue are incredibly welcoming and were so responsive. Highly highly recommend!

Amazing location. Air con in the main room was perfectly suited for the hot summers night. Out door guest room and shower and toilet was a huge surprise and well used. Will be booking again. Held 10 people with ease. Thanks for offering the place.

Great stay in a beautiful area. Super close to Hahei beach & cove. Friendly, communicative hosts who had tons of local recommendations. Cozy home that was peaceful overnight. Would recommend!

Our stay in Waihi Beach was exceptional. We loved the area and our host. The apartment was just as beautiful as shown. You could hear the ocean from the apartment. Thank you Campbell and Julie for wonderful hospitality.

Gaewyn’s place was kept beautifully inside and out! They are both lovely people to stay around and chat withand had the additional bonus of Miles (dog) who was always there to greet us when we returned home. Would definitely recommend and stay again if I can back to New Zealand ☺️

Great to deal with the host, just everything was perfect. Flexible check in and check out process with great communication. The place was spotless and beds are very comfortable. One of the best air bnb places that we ever tried. We will definitely come back again.

Wir haben die Unterkunft von Russel und Naomi als erste Station nach unserem langen Flug aus Europa für ein tolles Ankommen in Neuseeland ausgesucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht: Das Haus liegt absolut traumhaft und schon morgens kann man einen tollen Spaziergang am Strand machen! Die Unterkunft selbst ist unfassbar liebevoll ausgestattet und die Gastgeber legen absoluten Fokus darauf, dass sich ihre Gäste wohl fühlen! Wenn man gerne kocht hat die Küche so ungefähr alles, was es braucht, um ein tolles Essen zuzubereiten - oder man macht ein tolles BBQ! Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Start für unsere Reise in Neuseeland wünschen können...

Really beautiful place to stay, quite close to Hobbiton and Matamata. Nice distance from other houses if you're looking for a more private location. Caren is lovely and really responsive.

We had a wonderful time here, the villa is peaceful, comfortable and caters for every need. The inside and outdoor spaces are well equipped, spacious and relaxing. Sharlene is a great host who was very helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend staying here, it's a lovely haven close to the sea.

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. This is a fabulous place to stay especially for families with a range of ages. It had everything we could wish for. Cindy & Jon were wonderful hosts.
