This is the second time I have stayed here. I felt like after the first time, that there was still so much to do! The location is fabulous! Walking out into the garden then directly into a beautiful estuary. I've used their kayaks twice now going up a lazy river, so beautiful! The accommodations inside are nice too: clean with HVAC system. And of course the hosts were super lovely and helpful

This tiny home is situated on a beautiful river and is a short walk to hot water beach (the shovels in the gear locker were super handy) and a nearby cafe that did great food. Overall an incredibly peaceful spot to be. The house itself has all the little thoughtful touches that make it a great place to stay, fire place with firewood ready to go, things like tea, oil and marshmallows in the kitchen etc. We would come back here again!

Amazing waterfront location. Superb views. Nice modern place. Compact for four people but had everything you needed.

Wow! What an amazing house! The views were unmatched - with large corner glass sliding walls that opened to let in the sound of the birds, beach and the sunshine. We loved cooking in the well equipped kitchen while looking out at the waves, in the morning we had fancy coffee drinks with the espresso machine. Cooks beach was pristine and fun for the kids and we hiked to Shakespeare Point and Lonely Bay. It was an easy walk from the house ( but note that the walk back from the beach is nice and steep!) the showers were delightful after a long day at the beach. At night we enjoyed the cabinet full of games. We slept amazing in the comfortable beds while listening to the ocean. To get such a wonderful view, the drive up to the house was very steep. A bit challenging to turn around with larger cars, but doable and well worth it!!

We enjoyed our stay, can’t beat the location! We walked to the beach with boogie boards and had a blast! Rooms were a little warm at night, we had windows open at first but bugs were coming in (no screens), but there was an AC in the living room and fans in the rooms! Loved having washer and dryer!

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about David's place. The space itself is spacious, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. Even better, it is RIGHT across from a stunning beach in paradise. David and Sue are incredibly welcoming and were so responsive. Highly highly recommend!

Loved staying here, just a few blocks to the beach and a short drive into town. Everything was super clean and they had the necessities for cooking. Literally the only thing we would add is a microwave to heat up leftovers. Great spot and friendly hosts.
