Loved the house and location... views spectacular. great place for a large group... there were twelve of us and did not feel crowded. close to town and the markets. Better than we expected. Will recommend it to friends and family traveling to Whanganui.

This is the quintessential Kiwi bach with a bonus trampoline for the kids and a volleyball net for everyone! We enjoyed the generous outside living space, and there is a covered outside deck for our family dog to stay. The home had everything we needed, was very clean and tidy, and the beds were comfortable. Great location, only a 2-minute drive to the beach, and to the forest for walking and biking tracks. Supermarket is about an 8-minute drive into Foxton.

Place is located quite central to city. Beautiful place, highly recommended. spacious place can accommodate big group.

We attended teams racing in Palmerston North which was half an hour away (1 hour round trip). Was a real bonus to see the outskirts of Palmy & swim on the west coast beach then travel the short distance to town. I would definitely do it this way again. Rachael made check-in so simple & not that we had any issues at all but knew she was only a message away if I needed. The house catered for us perfectly. Plenty of spaces for kids, and adults to enjoy separately or together. Will definitely be back if we're in the area again. Thank you

Lovely , relaxing place..Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Having the use of 2 garden areas was a bonus Kitchen well equipped with generous breakfast provisions. Hope to be back . ..

Fantastic place to stay in a beautiful. amazing views over the river valley at the rear of the property and plenty of space for the kids to enjoy.

My motorcycle got cancelled on me so Plan B came into effect. This property is exactly what I needed after I rode my motorcycle to Palmerston North. Great Host, lovely garden with your own reading/coffee nook. The room had everything you needed with a lovely selection of tea/coffee beverages, snacks that I truly appreciated after my ride. I felt at home and I was completely relaxed feet up and enjoyed the company of the dogs and chooks. Thanks team I would definitely rebook.

Thanks Pragati for the 5 nights stay whilst I was attending the NZSS Volleyball Championships. Great location to CET Arena and I walked each day, a 5 minute stroll down the road. Nice compact converted garage with its own bathroom. For the evenings it would have been nice to have a tele out there but other than that was comfortable. Would definately look to stay again.

Quaint beach shack, good for a getaway weekend. The back room with bunk beds is great for bigger families

My husband and I and our visitors from Japan loved the beautiful, peaceful setting with the animals grazing around, as well as the character of the period Cottage, very comfortable, well furnished and stocked. Andrew could not have been a more responsive, helpful host! We walked to and from town in the evening, and on the River Trail in the morning - beautiful old, tall trees, a well-formed track, all quite flat. Altogether very highly recommended!
