Amazing location by a beautifull river. Open kitchen, and shower and bathroom a few meters away from the cabin, such as described. Suzanne has been very helpfull.

Absolutely stunning, private oasis. It was so fun to take the little boat on the lake. The outdoor fireplace was lit for us and this meant we could stay outside all evening and look at the stars. Just gorgeous 😍

Tien zona de exterior pequeña y lavadora y secadora por si lo necesitas. Los anfitriones muy buenos. 100% recomiendo!

We stayed at Pumice during the off-season for Okahune, so the vibes may be a bit different during the Winter months, but our stay was super relaxing. Pumice is obviously gorgeous and the design was well-crafted. The kitchen has everything you'd need to cook a meal (we cooked thrice). The shower is lovely and I'm sure the heated floors only get better in the winter months. Evan is super helpful and kind - don't hesitate to reach out if you have concerns during your stay. Okahune in the off-season doesn't have a lot going on, but you should still check out the Carrot park - it was a highlight of our stay as we just kind of stumbled upon it. There is also a small disc golf course within a 5 minute walk if you're into that. Be sure to grab a latte while you're in NZ - I feel like every place we went made the best latte I've ever had and the little store in Okahune was no exception. Grab an eclaire while you're there.

We enjoyed our stay at Fantail over the weekend. Anthony and Frances are great hosts. They made arrangements for late check in and also made it easier to get in by leaving the lights on. Very thoughtful and considerate. This was our second stay and we are taking more memories than before. It is commendable to see the unit being so well kept over the last 3 years. Highly recommended! So far best place we stayed in NZ. Had everything we needed. Clean and organized. The most amazing thing was the view of all the stars in the sky🤩🤩🤩✨✨✨

We had a great stay. The remote location and wood burning stove plus wood burning hot tub made things feel very cozy and unique. We had a blast keeping the fires going and spending time in the tub on the deck and watching deer and birds go by. Highly recommend the experience!

Lovely spacious and well equiped kitchen, comfortable cottage and lovely outdoor fire and furniture. Nice large lawn and fully fenced property for pups to run around. Super close to the river and lake. Not far from Tongariro crossing. Perfect getaway.

This is a beautiful place to stay, there's a spectacular view, the house is cosy and homely, and the hosts are absolutely wonderful. We received lots of helpful information and local recommendations, and Jit (one of the hosts) was able to assist with a shuttle service to the Tongariro Alpine Crossing at a convenient time for us. The hosts are absolute gems, and the house is a home. Would absolutely come back here anytime!
