Staying here was the highlight of my trip. It was so nice to take in the surroundings. My favorite parts were the birds and the train! The hosts do a great job of explaining how to navigate the property and what to expect. I was a bit hesitant to stay here with the bathroom being separate and traveling solo, but I ended up feeling very safe.

Pebble Cove Farms is a great place to stay! Lydia is a great host, the farm is beautiful, and you can go right out to the water every morning! Rooms are great--wifi, smart tv with streaming, french press for coffee, and the family suite even had a little stove, fridge, microwave, and sink.

A gem of a place to celebrate the holidays with family. The home is nestled into the beautiful PNW forest with views of the lake . The hot tub was perfect and all warmed up when we arrived. Plenty to do in Bellingham from hikes to shopping in Fairhaven. An added bonus is that Patricia is a great host!!

We had a great time at Lydia’s farm cottage. We enjoyed meeting the goats and pot bellied pig. The garden out back had great strawberries and blackberries, as well as others. The location was great for our kayaking and whale watching trips out of Deer Harbor, as well as great hiking at nearby Turtleback mountain. All in all, a quiet and relaxing home for our first visit to Orcas Island.

Our sleep was amazing. Comfy bed and so quiet. Nothing like living in the country!

This house is very beautiful and clean. It had a gorgeous view, pretty lighting and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. Bed linens were high quality. The master mattress was high quality and comfortable. The second bedroom mattress was not nearly as nice. Check out is at 10am, which is early and not convenient with the ferry schedule challenge. The biggest issue is the parking and stairs. There are 26 steps to the front door and a sloping driveway. Carrying things in and out is challenging and not appropriate for people with mobility issues.

Oostema Farmstead was such a beautiful and cozy place to spend our time in Lynden! Lisa and Glen were very helpful and have done a wonderful job creating a wonderful homestead!

Both houses on the property are beautiful! The ranch is picturesque & relaxing, yet not far from stores & other conveniences. Property manager is vey accessible, which we appreciated. We had a few issues arise during our stay, which Dawn was quick to respond to. Enjoyed our stay & would definitely return!

Sarah’s place was perfect for me! Cute and very comfortable cottage! Very peaceful and beautiful places to walk the dogs! She was super friendly and helpful in communication! Loved it!!!

This was the most incredible place Frank and I have ever stayed! It was so comfortable, clean, and home-y. It was unreal waking up every day to the views of the mountains and over the wild grass fields and flowers, it felt like a movie. Not to mention the BEST part - the alpacas!! They were so cute and funny to observe, we loved being around them and just watching them. It was so exciting to get to feed them, as well! Very interesting and wholesome animals, we already miss them so much. This is a great place for two people or a group, we had both at one point and it worked out for us very well. This place was everything we dreamed of and more, and we can't wait to come back! Thank you Geoffrey for hosting us in your beautiful home, it was such a spectacular and special place for us to begin our honeymoon, and the rest of our lives together!

Teri’s cabin is perfect! She has gone to tremendous length to ensure every small detail for your stay will be perfect. From the heated bathroom floors, to the perfectly weighted comforters, to the beautifully stacked and dried firewood, your enjoyable stay is her priority. The cabin is maintain in pristine condition and loving details are in every space. Amazingly, she does this while also ensuring the space is void of any clutter. While I was there with my sister and nephew, I feel this space is suited for lovers seeking a special space to connect and enjoy nature. The meadow is beautiful at dusk and dawn and I strongly recommend an evening fire. Eastsound is a short drive where great local shops, wine tasting and restaurants are available. Orcas Island has beautiful hikes, parks, and walking trails available for your enjoyment. I cannot recommend Teri’s cabin enough. Thank you for a perfect adventure.

This was the absolute perfect place for our two families! We traveled with another family to attend a Jiu Jitsu tournament in Lynden. Our kids ranged in age from 5-11. There was a room with a single bed and two sets of bunk beds that fit all of the kids! The cabin was not only beautiful and unique but also had toys and books for the kids to enjoy. We loved the layout with the fireplaces and open floor plan. Everything was well labeled throughout the entire house to help you operate all the accessories! Susan was very welcoming and allowed us flexible check in and check out times. She also let the kids use the legos in the loft. The property is tucked away on several well manicured acres with a hot tub. We only wish we had more time here!! Next year we will absolutely book this cabin again. Susan- thank you so much for everything!

We needed a place for my family to attend my son's wedding and Stephanie's comfortable and very clean home met our needs with two king beds, a queen bed and a full bed plus two additional twin mattresses that we needed for one night. The main floor is spacious with a good kitchen and dining area plus we ate out on the wrap around porch to enjoy the outdoors. We also built a fire in the fire pit a couple nights and roasted marshmellows, a welcome way to wind down after very busy wedding days. A couple of issues--never got the TV password to work but we were so busy with the wedding that most of us didn't miss it. Also could have used an iron, which was missing, but fortunately, another groomsman had brought a steamer for wrinkled wedding shirts. A couple light bulbs were missing in one bathroom and a bedroom clothes rack needed to be re-secured, but Stephanie was very responsive and apologetic to both when we reported. I'd stay again for large family accommodations.

This was a great place to stay if you are looking for cozy spot that is affordable on Orcas Island. Couch and bed were very comfortable and the walk in shower was really nice. Very close to Eastsound and the water so that was great. My only advice is bring water! Listing does say there wasn’t a kitchen but the only water to use for coffee and the teapot (or just to drink) was from the bathroom lol. We got in at 10pm and there was nothing open that we could get water at (our fault I guess lol) but we were ducking our head under the bathroom faucet to get water because we were so thirsty. So if you get in late, definitely bring water!

Lovely home on a huge property. Peaceful. Large kitchen area with a nice deck in back. We added a couple of nights to our stay at the last minute and Marissa was very accommodating.

We ended up booking Sherri’s place with about 2 hours’ notice after a different Airbnb did not list their place accurately. Sherri responded after hours, drove to the house before us to turn the heat and lights on, and was so helpful. The place was perfect; quiet and beautiful. I got to nerd out over the collection of 70s Pyrex which was just perfect. We’ll definitely be back

It was a pleasure to stay here in this beautiful home,we could of used a few more utensils in the kitchen, but other than that what a wonderful experience and stay

We loved our stay with Walter and Joseph. I went with my friend Sheri to celebrate my birthday a few weeks late. It was great to wander and talk about plants (my gardener's heart!), dogs, and salamander eggs with our kind hosts. The house and grounds are beautiful, the dogs are sweet and goofy, and I almost made friends with shy dog Roberta. Plus- the breakfast each morning was fabulous! I'm already missing Joseph's biscuits and homemade jam, and it's just been since yesterday. Thank you, thank you, two! ~Valerie Walter and Joseph’s home was a wonderful place to stay. It was quite comfortable and clean, and their breakfast service was definitely an unexpected and delicious surprise. I especially appreciated their inclusion of my guide dog into their doggy family, allowing her to play and visit with their own dogs. The large fenced property was truly ideal for everyone to play safely and securely. I hope to return for another visit at some point. ~Sheri

We loved our stay at Erin’s place. It was cozy and very comfortable including the super comfortable bed. Erin responded quickly to any request and is a very nice host. The Blueberries Erin provided was a great treat! We saw deer and the sound of the crickets was so relaxing. Thank you Erin, the stay was perfect as we cared for my father. 5 🌟 🌟 🌟🌟🌟!

Anita thought of Every detail to make this place very relaxing and comfortable. very beautiful surroundings and quiet. we also loved seeing the hummingbirds come up and feed on the patio. Everything was very clean and well kept.

Sarah and Greg were awesome. Came for a few days of skiing at baker and this was the perfect place to come back to. Had a really nice chat w Greg, and the house had everything I needed, especially the kitchen. Really well stocked! Cold beers in the fridge was an added bonus :) couldn’t recommend enough!

Jason was quick to respond during communications. The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. It was especially accommodating for our dog who joined us on our trip.

We had a wonderful stay at Baker Haus! The space was spacious, cozy, and perfect for our group. The living area was comfortable and inviting, making it a great place to relax after a day on the slopes. The lodge was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights throughout our stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to Mt. Baker, making it a perfect spot for a winter getaway. There were a couple of minor issues worth mentioning, though. One of the bathrooms had a missing doorknob, which caused a bit of difficulty, but it was manageable. Also, a few of the recreational items (air hockey, darts board, vinyl table) listed in the house description were broken or not in ideal working condition, which was a little disappointing but did not take away from the overall experience! Despite these small hiccups, we had an amazing time and would absolutely return! We highly recommend Baker Haus for anyone looking for a cozy spot.
