The place is beautiful and just like the pictures! Lots of things in walking distance; we were able to walk to the mall and get some shopping done! The place had everything we needed, even headache medicine! It was very cozy and we would definitely stay again!

Had a great stay! The place was so clean, huge, and had everything I needed. Having a parking spot on the driveway was great and the private outdoor patio was beautiful. Communication was top notch. Would definitely stay here again!

David's place was perfect the spot for our Denver stay. We had an event at the Colorado Convention Center and it was a 15 minute walk. The people who ran the lobby were great and gave great recommendations, they also made check-in extremely easy. David was a great host and communicator, will book again next time I'm in Denver.

Rebecca and Keith were awesome hosts! They had a fire going in the fireplace when we first checked in. They were VERY easy to communicate with and were responsive. Their beautiful abode was in good proximity to what we had planned: visit Boulder, Red Rocks, Garden of the Gods and hike. Would recommend this listing to family and friends!

I really enjoyed my time at Christopher's place! Make sure to check out Bonfire Burritos for breakfast, just an easy walk down the street! Chris's place has a great location and amenities!

Great cozy spot just a couple blocks away from all the great restaurants and fun on Pearl Street. Host was very responsive and helpful. Bed was a tempur pedic mattress and super comfy. Shower was great and nicely remodeled. Full fridge and two burners plus a microwave were helpful. Loved the fireplace feature, easy to turn on and off. Good wifi. Privacy wall between this cottage and the main house was nice. Easy to find and nice to have a private parking spot included. Perfect for one person or two at most. Simple but adorable. "Buddy" the owners dog on property visited me a couple times and he was so sweet. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks for everything!

This AirBnB is top shelf. We’ve stayed here more than once, which in itself, says a lot. The interior is impeccable, comfortable and chock full of thoughtful amenities. It is the friendliest of dog friendly places we’ve stayed - the enclosed backyard itself is a major selling point. The location is both beautiful and incredibly convenient. We look forward to the next occasion that will bring back to this part of the country!

Eddie is one of the most proactive hosts I've had the pleasure of knowing! He provided instructions at all points of our stay well in advance, as well as accommodated us when I mentioned we'd be in town slightly earlier than the scheduled check-in time. The house also acted as the perfect home base for me and my friends to catch up after several years of missing each other. If you're looking for a comfortable location that allows for quality time with dear ones, I would highly consider this location.

The location was perfect for us. We were gone all day and slept there. It was clean and nicely furnished.

Lovely house with a very nice kitchen. It’s on a busy road so you definitely hear traffic in two of the bedrooms, but the host provided noise makers . The jacuzzi/outside was appreciated.

Andrew's communication was great! He was very quick to respond. He allowed us to check in a little early. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. House was beautiful! Beds were comfortable and house was clean. The only slight negative was carpet in bathroom. It had a fee small stains but that is to be expected with a rental.

Ideal spot in Downtown Denver! Just a quick and easy walk to Larimer Square, the 16th Street Mall, and Union Station. If you're flying into DIA, the train takes you straight to Union Station for just $10, and it's only a 3-4 block walk to the condo – super convenient! The condo itself was absolutely charming and had everything we needed for a perfect home away from home. Downtown Denver is fantastic! Our favorite neighborhood to walk to was LoDo, with its abundance of amazing restaurants. We’d love to return and stay at this wonderful location again!

Nikki was such an incredible and thoughtful host that provided all of the listed amenities and more. With everything provided in the condo, you are able to quickly feel at home and get comfortable. It was clean and relaxing, we had a wonderful weekend stay!

Amazing stay! Came in for a girls weekend in Denver and had a blast. Could not have asked for a better airbnb. Lots of towels and blankets, which always seem to be lacking from other airbnbs. Great area that is very walkable and felt very safe. Loved it!

Can’t beat the location. We enjoyed being so close to the downtown area.
