Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

Great place to stay! Greg was very responsive. We were within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall it was a great location for visiting Washington DC. Not far from the main attractions. We took a short Uber ride to and from the National Mall.

Location, location, location. You can’t get closer to The Capital., the Mall, or the monuments. The house is just like the pictures. Has everything you need. The bed is comfy and the bathroom and kitchen are well stocked and appointed. The house is in an urban center, so comes with everything that comes with it. The train comes early, luckily my wife and I are early risers!

Great spot—spacious and comfortable. James was communicative and flexible about check-in, which we appreciated. We brought our baby and were thankful for the pack n play James provided.

My family and I loved our time in DC and Nathan’s home was a perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was tidy & beautifully decorated! Nathan was a gracious host that made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you! Until next time… 💛

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

Enjoyed our stay. Very walkable, few blocks to the Metro, and great restaurants.

Michael's house was a great spot for visiting DC. The nearby metro was very convenient to get to the capital mall and onsite parking was helpful for us driving in from North Carolina. The home is smallish (as is normal in that part of the city) but the space is well designed and was plenty comfortable for our family of 4. The cherry tree in front of the house was also in full bloom and made the home one of the prettiest on the block. I would definitely stay here again.

I brought my family to DC for the first time and couldn’t decide between a hotel or Airbnb. I’m glad I chose this Airbnb! Very spacious on three floors so my family of six could spread out and be comfortable. Truthfully, we were out all day for the two days we were in the city so only came back to sleep. I enjoyed the convenience of having a grocery store nearby too. The house was stocked with everything one could possibly need if something was forgotten (shampoo, conditioner, floss, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc) and the kitchen had snacks for my family which were devoured. Lovely place that I would rebook if coming back to DC.

This townhouse is nicely renovated and right in the middle of Georgetown. It is spacious, clean and well appointed, and we appreciated that we had all the amenities you would find in a hotel like toiletries, robes and coffee. You are within walking distance of everything you would want to do in Georgetown, and we were easily able to find overnight parking in the deck at 3151 K St. NW using SpotHero.

Kaleab's home was so beautiful and inviting! It really does have everything you need and more. We cooked almost every breakfast and every night for dinner to save on our trip and it really had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful TVs, the built in shelves and marble kitchen and bathrooms, and Master bathroom. That tub was amazing and I'm only sad I didn't spend more time in it. It was such an amazing place to relax after a long day of walking the sites downtown. Kaleab checked on us every day from before check in until after. And was super responsive to all messages we sent. I saw other reviews about the garage. We have a Subaru outback and got in and out easily. We were there a whole week and we loved it so much it was hard to leave. I will definitely check on this place if we ever come to DC again. Thanks again Kaleab!

We had a wonderful stay and the house was peaceful in a great location which meant for short Uber trips to get to the main attractions. The house had two full bathrooms and good size bedrooms each with a television. Our host AJ was responsive and helpful with any questions or requests. We felt right at home and enjoyed that the place has character and had a homely feel and not just a sterile house. Would strongly recommend this is a place to stay in Washington DC.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect for our group of six—spacious, clean, and lots of natural light. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. Everything was just as pictured (if not better), and we felt right at home. Daniel has a hidden gem ! It was my and my boyfriend’s first time in DC and this place was perfect! It’s about 20 mins from Downtown and it’s located by a lot of other amazing shops. The place was very clean, we opted for cooking and Daniel had mostly everything including basic ingredients. The Washer/Dryer and Space heaters were definitely a favorite! & we also were able to extend our checkout time by a few hours with no problem! We will definitely be back ! Thank you

Sparkling clean apartment and great location. We were traveling with our adult son, so it was really great to have two full bathrooms. The deck was our favorite part of the apartment. Please note that it is a basement apartment... and there aren't many windows. We had fun exploring the restaurants - ate delicious Mexican and El Salavadoran food, and loved Elle Bakery.

Great place, great location. Stayed here with my husb and 2 kids, and the place had everything we needed. Walkable to the sights and to a metro station. With the craziness of the cherry blossom/spring break crowds, we were super happy to have stayed at such a great location. Place was clean and quiet!
