This place is great! Perfect cozy, rustic, very clean cottage right on the beach. We were here with our three kids (2, 4, 11) and they all loved it. It was easy for them to walk out to the beach themselves and play, and the back deck is perfect for running around, sitting by the fire pit, and checking out the birds (lots of herons and eagles). There's also great views of the water and the bluffs from inside, especially in the little eating nook. We also really appreciated the kids books and toys. A+ place for your dog too! The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, and is great for walking. Langley, Coupeville, Fort Casey and Ebey's Landing are all within 30 minutes. Good communication, easy check in/out, fairly priced, and the pictures and description are spot on. For planning purposes, there's no bathtub or dishwasher, and the washing machine can only handle small loads - didn't matter for us. Don't hesitate to book - we hope to be back!

I enjoyed the Airbnb stay with Marlynn! The place is clean, it feels homey and she was very attentive to our needs. I liked that she wanted to greet us as soon as we arrived to her house and showed us around. The room is also cozy, neat and the walk-in closet helped as well. I liked that Marlynn was communicative and there for us if we needed something in person or through messaging because we felt shy sometimes hahah. The neighbourhood is nice and there was plenty of parking available if one decides to rent a car. The location is also nice because the distance to stores, restaurants, and the freeways all nearby taking less than 5 minutes. It was nice to meet her and Lilly! If I had to go back north of Seattle in WA again, I would rent from Marlynn again. Thank you again for your time also : )

Susan and Steve are communicative and generous hosts. Susan and Steve's "Shalom at the Lake" is exactly as the name describes - peaceful with a beautiful view a lake. We had a group of 6 women for a writing retreat. We had ample and comfortable space for gathering together and for solo time. In addition, we enjoyed nearby parks and cafe's that were all within a 10-20 minute drive from the house.

Location is great, lots of stores and places to visit, if you're not from the surrounding area. Sonya is an amazing host, I enjoyed my stay and the generious hospitality. It felt like home away from home. Thank you Sonya, I appreciate you!

Very nice home on a quiet street a block from a beach. Kayaks and stand-up paddle boards are available for house guests. Next time we'll plan to use them. This trip we enjoyed all the hiking trails nearby.

The hosts were friendly and good conversationalists. It was interesting to hear stories about the town, as well as their own personal stories. The house is beautiful and very old.

This place is a hidden gem. The home has been meticulously and beautifully redone. It's clean and modern but welcoming. The kitchen appliances are super high end and the coffee machine was well appreciated. Plenty of parking at the end of a private street. Two yard areas - one with trees and forest feel and one grassy area. The home was very clean with many thoughtful touches to welcome our stay - cold beverages, light snacks, breakfast items, etc. It made it very nice to arrive, unpack and settle in. The bed linens are high end and cozy and everything you need is available. Short 5 min drive down the hill to the walkable downtown area. I hope to have the chance to stay here again - it's a great location with lots of space and helpful host. Thank you and Happy Holidays!

Our stay at Terry’s beautiful home was amazing from the start. In addition to being a beautiful, well kept and stunning property, it exuded a charm and calmness that we were looking for. The garden was a visual delight! All details that make a stay comfortable were looked after thoughtfully. We will definitely be back!!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa's place. The apartment was spacious and thoughtfully appointed with everything from snacks to spare toothpaste. The view of Mount Baker is perfectly framed from the picture window and the grounds and neighborhood are beautifully landscaped. The apartment itself is quiet and private and all appointments are high quality and in great condition. Lisa is very friendly and helpful with information about the surrounding area and activities.

We had a great visit at a reasonable price. The space was cozy and had everything we needed. Thank you for the stay!

Only issue I had was trying to figure out lock box: hold the button down on left while tilting silver part out. Although listing says there is no cable there is WiFi. I just assumed no cable meant no wifi so that was a plus. Lovely location and view and the bed was very comfortable. I traveled for knitting retreat and was only there for the evenings but would have been comfortable hanging out there during day as well.

We felt immediately at home when Cherie greeted us and showed us around the spacious but cozy ground-floor flat at her place. Spotlessly clean, with comfortable furnishings and tasteful decor, it was a perfect base from which to visit Port Townsend relatives and explore the town. Everything works perfectly, bed linens and towels are high quality, and there are thoughtful touches like hooks to hang coats, power strips next to the bed, and uncluttered surfaces to set belongings on. She also gave us great restaurant and activity recommendations. We would eagerly book Cherie’s place again.

This place is special. The rooms are large and meticulously clean, set in a backdrop of nature with views of the water. The host Rita is a great communicator and goes out of her way to make guests feel special. Her breakfasts - omg, to die for, prepared with vegetables and ingredients grown the farm.

Beautiful house and furnishings, excellent food, congenial, helpful host and hostess. We will definitely be going back.

The Anchorage Inn was absolutely delightful. Our room was charming and Dave and Maggie were wonderful hosts. The breakfast was delicious! Can’t wait to return again soon!

Beautiful grounds and cottage! Tom and Jackie provide a wonderful stay. We highly recommend staying at the cottage while visiting the island.

No words can express the level of care that was given during stay. The accommodations were fantastic, the owners were even better. EVERY DETAIL was beyond any expectations we could’ve imagined. From carrying bags, to knowledge of the area to quite possibly the most incredible breakfast ever. We could not say enough positive things about this stay. THANK you for giving us a great getaway weekend.

After reading all the other reviews before booking, the stay was exactly what we expected. A quaint and quiet place with a beautiful view to wake up to everyday. Robin delivered tasty baked treats every morning and the wine that was readily available when we arrived for tasting was a nice touch. We highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Jake & Lynda's. They were very responsive from the beginning and were flexible as we figured out our arrival plans. The space was very clean and well-kept, with beautiful sunset views over the water.

This is a great getaway place. Rita does superb breakfasts and the accommodations are wonderful. Very relaxing and close to Langley. This was our second time here and we enjoyed our stay.
