A lovely two-week stay. Almost everything is available in kitchen and toilet, even hot pot and rice cooker. It takes us about 15 minutes to walk to Rototuna Junior and High School. Every morning we can make coffee and milk tea ourselves with tea, coffee, sugar and milk offered by owner. Thanks for the kindness.

We stayed at Lucy‘s place as a group of five (3 adults, 2 kids (4 and 6 years)). We immediately felt at home in this gorgeous place. Lucy‘s family home is very clean, spacious and beautifully furnished. It offers a lot of toys and play areas in the garden for the kids. We knew there would be a spa but were surprised to find a pool, too - a big win with our kids. We also enjoyed collecting veggies and herbs from the orchard. There‘s a playground within walking distance as well as the beautiful beach, which is a lot less crowded than in central Mount Maunganui. We absolutely recommend this house to anyone - especially if you have kids.

It was a beautiful home, close to the beach and super accessible for everything you need in The Mount. Loved that it was dog friendly, would happily stay again one day 😊

John, in particular, is always so accommodating, warmly welcoming us every time we return after a long drive. 😊 We absolutely love both the location and the house itself—it’s peaceful, serene, and incredibly relaxing. We’re already looking forward to staying there again on our next trip up north. 😁❤️

Outstanding! We love G&G’s apartment. Inside, it has two spacious bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet, hallway and cosy kitchenette/dining/sitting room. All is very clean and comfortable, with tasteful coastal decor. Outside is a large, private sitting and garden area which is a really lovely place to relax. Gay and Garry are very friendly hosts, very responsive and providing great recommendations. And there are lots of thoughtful extras (beach gear, extra toiletries, clothes rack, tin foil, games, toys and more). The neighbourhood is very pleasant, with cafe and takeaways around the corner, local supermarket and restaurants close by, and easy drive to main beaches. We found it a great place for our visit to Tauranga/Mount Maunganui, and would recommend it very highly to couples or families.

We were delighted with the accommodation. Beautiful bedroom and good sized bathroom and lovely living/dining space - but the outside space exceeded our expectations ten fold. It’s amazing and the private space directly onto the river, just wonderful. A beautiful space with both sunny and shady spots. Would highly recommend this accommodation to others. Wish we had booked more nights here.

This is very comfortable place to spend time with someone who you love! Amenities are completely provided so you only bring your clothes! I recommend here for all of people:)

Underground car park was a real bonus over the very busy weekend. Elevator made for easy in and out to the car park. Ideal central location for beach, shopping, restaurants and walks. Well finished kitchen. Lots of utensils and kitchen items. Comfortable beds and linens along with beach towels. Would come again for sure. Great accommodations that made a great holiday location even better.

The view that we wake up to every morning is spectacular! The compact kitchen has everything one needs to prepare a decent meal. Alan is friendly and walks us through what we needed to know about the house. There are reclining chairs and grill provided for our use.

A great central location with all you need in the apartment. Thoughtful touches with the Christmas decorations and also quiet despite being in a busy complex of apartments.

We had a wonderful stay at Siennas' (2adults, 2 young children). Clean, comfortable, everything we needed. great location to local shops. could easily walk (scoot/bike) to main part of the mount or really quick drive. Kids loved the pool and spa. Nice to have luxury of access to the gym all so close to apartment. Host was very responsive and super helpful. Would stay again.

Great place to stay. Plenty of space for the 5 of us and everything we needed for the 2 nights. Being able to securely park our vehicle in the garage was a bonus. We Would happily recommend and stay again.

Awesome location. Very tidy apartment with stunning views as the sun sets. Bed, linen and pillows were so comfortable and five star hotel quality which I loved.

Jenny's place was the perfect location for us to explore the area and we had many options of things to do that were within walking distance great restaurants as well and markets to shop at
