We loved our stay at Rebecca's place. A nice walk to the beach. We loved watching the sun go down from the garden, by the fire pit. Star gazing from the hot hub. Brilliant. We will be back that's for sure.

The lodge is lovely with an amazing view over the lake, we sat in the hot tub watching the birds on the lake it was so peaceful. Great place to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday with our family and dog. Immaculate home with a real homely feel. Great kitchen to cook in too.

This was a great find on Airbnb, it's such a lovely lodge that you feel home from home the moment you step inside, you just can't fall it for anything. So private and peaceful and the bonus of the enclosed hot tub, which is usable in all weather's and the outside seating area as well both well enclosed. Would definitely recommend and if in the area again will book again. And if you have a dog it's well set up for taking the dog as well.

Really lovely overnight stay and the host was great with instructions and information. Only small issue was a bit of noise from the neighbours and a slightly strange smell nearby but that wasn’t anything to do with the host or cabin itself. Would love to stay again!

Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at Pete’s cabin. It was lovely and peaceful. The hot tub was amazing. Pete was always on hand to help re heat the hot tub. The fresh eggs from the hens were a great addition and were very tasty! Overall it was an amazing stay and would highly recommend Pete’s cabin to anyone wanting a lovely peaceful get away!

I would definitely recommend booking this lodge as it's beautiful, peaceful and private. Everything is within a 10 minute drive or less. There are fast electric car chargers nearby. The beds are very comfy. Tori was great with her communication and left us some treats for when we arrived. I will be rebooking in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay Tori

Both a home from home and yet a total escape from normal life, The Stowaway has everything you need and is a cosy, inviting bolthole. Just minutes from Runswick Bay beach it was easy to find and ideally located. Kit was a wonderful friendly host and we were charmed by the little touches she left from homemade biscuits to fizz in the fridge. One of our favourite things about the Stowaway was waking up each morning to hear so much birdsong and watching out the window at all the array of bird life in the garden and surrounding fields. Nice large static caravan outside of York, but very convenient. Quiet and comfortable perfect for families.

We had a great stay at the lodge, it was perfectly clean and all as described. In a great location, peaceful and we saw deer outside the lodge. We walked into Bridlington and visited sewerby hall and gardens which were close by. Craig was always really quick at replying and gave clear instructions for check in etc. Thanks for a great stay we would definitely like to return and stay again.

Perfect place to be based to explore Knaresborough and Harrogate as well as further afield. The cabin was warm and had everything we needed for a weekend stay.

Harry is a very responsive and friendly host, anytime I asked a question he would respond within 10 mins, very quite and peaceful area for my reactive French bulldog. Completely private, easy drive in access, the place was very clean and tidy, comfortable and cozy. 100% coming back to this place. They even give you a free field session for your pup to run about off lead for free! Thanks again Harry

From booking till we got there nothing was a chore to Lynn. Details to the caravan were spot on and access to the keys was easy. The caravan was spacious and despite the gales we had at the weekend was warm. Everything we needed was found in the caravan and the milk for a cuppa on arrival was appreciated, especially considering late arrival. We will definitely be looking to stay again when we are up visiting friends and family again.

Loved it… great for Filey… just a short walk to the front.. peaceful area even with the trains going past… didn’t disturb us at all. Lovely and clean … everything there we required . We will definitely consider staying and will recommend

Lovely lodge and as the pictures. Very spacious with plenty of space for the 4 adults and 2 children. A great space overall and full of everything you need. Great value

Vanessa was very friendly gave clear and detailed directions to get to the property and instructions to get inside. the property was immaculate and felt so homely and comfortable. little touches are made to make you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend staying at Vanessa's place we can't wait to stay again

Amazing place. Perfectly matched the photos, incredibly clean. It was so immaculate it was almost as if no one had ever visited before but at the same time it's so homely! Hot tub was clean and private and the back is completely enclosed if you have young kids or dogs. Bed was super comfy. Check in was really easy due to clear instructions and friendly staff. Host really proactive on messages and gave local food recommendations. 30 mins from York city centre and 1hr 20mins from North East coast. Can't wait to come back soon! :)

Second stay, as beautiful as the first time. The location on the beach is simply stunning. The caravan is perfect for our family of 4, well equipped and in a quiet location.

we had a wonderful weekend staying in your accommodation. we travelled to York a fair few times and this was a 20 minute drive. the lodge was beautiful, really cosy and we felt right at home. the lockbox was hard to find in the dark as we arrived in the evening however soon noticed it once we got back in the car. really beautiful lodge and great communication from the owner. thanks again.

A perfect coastal getaway even in winter! Quiet and comfortable cabin, just like on the photos. Tony was great at communicating and kindly suggested local things to do. A lovely half term break, thank you! Would come again…maybe when it’s warmer next time!!!
