Our stay at this house Hastings was pleasant.The host was friendly and gave us all the info we needed and the location was great for exploring the old town and nearby attractions.Overall nice spot and I really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this place 😊

I so totally have to shout out about Andy & his place. You can see why Andy has the Super Host designation. Every single little thing about this gentleman & his property is super. This was last min, late at night, a mess. But Andy was super responsive and just totally flexible, helpful, and kind. His check in directions and instructions are world class, detailled and superb. Others should take note. The property is in the heart of the City, the centre, but the location - riverside - it was so quiet & peaceful. Everything here is done to its best and there are just little additional touches that are second to none, from little nibbles, chargers & cables - even fab placed lighting (turn on the one behind the sofa!). It's spacious over 2 floors & 2 baths, well appointed & maintained, but with thought and care. Take note, don't miss this place, or Andy - who I thank wholeheartedly for everything & apologise to for my late night messages & tardy check out. I'll be back, if I can get in!

This was a great place to stay. So close to lovely restaurants, galleries, music venues. The flat is just lovely. Everything you need, and spotlessly clean. We were a bit cold the first late afternoon, but a quick message and were immediately reassured the heating was just coming on and it soon warmed up. the heating in the bedrooms could be manually turned up. Would go back in a heartbeat x

Lovely stay at Jane's flat - so nice having a place to yourself where you can cook and relax and feel at home. Such a great location - you can walk into Margate in just a few minutes and there is a convenient Tesco express close by too. Super close to the lovely beaches and sea - right at the end of the road. Parking was available on the street. Everything felt very easy and relaxed. Lots of info on the flat and local ammenities and Jane was a very responsive and considerate host. Lovely to have a garden too and the flat was very nice itself. Great place to stay. Thanks Jane!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Camber. The property is styled to a high standard with comfy beds and stylish bathrooms. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with lots of utensils and plenty of crockery. A stones throw from the glorious beach made this a perfect weekend get away.

George’s place is just lovely - so nicely decorated, clean, warm, comfy. Good location near a Tesco for last minute dashes to the shops. The newly installed bathroom is really nice, good waterfall shower head. Central heating good - nice and warm. Good sized main bedroom. Garden had a bbq, the weather meant it was too cold for us to use but good for warmer weather I imagine. George was always really responsive and helpful. Check in was very smooth. We wld definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you!

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Tomoaki’s. The house is incredibly beautiful, well put together and has the most stunning views. It is even more beautiful than the photos. It had everything we needed for our group of 7 ladies. We loved having dinner in the stylish kitchen and getting ready in the groovy pink bathrooms. The beds were extremely comfy too. Tomoaki and Kate went above and beyond as hosts and we were so grateful! Thank you! We would love to come back.

Fantastic girls weekend at a superb location. We stayed in the basement flat which was large, beautifully decorated, and perfect for our stay. Love that we could have brought the dogs (good to know for next time). Food recommendations were spot on, and location couldn’t have been closer to the beach. Host was commutative, and responsive, and our welcome pack was such a wonderful added extra. We’re currently discussing now amongst ourselves when our next stay will be!

Dans place was easy to access and within a 10 minute walk of the beach and New Town. We found a lovely Italian La Cucini within 5 mins walk away well worth booking. The Old Town was around a 20 mins walk away always worth a visit. Dans place was very clean and tidy with lots of nice touches food in the freezer, milk, tea etc which we were welcome to use. What was most impressive was Dans availability when we had an issue. We were in Hastings to run a half marathon that was cancelled and Dan was not only on hand to help us with regard to alternative arrangements but extremely flexible regarding our stay. His instant responses to my text messages was well above anything I have yet to experience and I couldn’t recommend him more. It was a weekend of adventure and we will be back. Thanks Dan

First floor flat, tastefully decorated and furnished with a sea view. Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area. Great location for the harbour and town. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back.

Wonderful stay. We got engaged on this trip and the tranquil space of this Airbnb just added to the magic. Light and airy but also homely and warm. The bed was super comfy and everything was clean. Would stay again.

Decided to take a quick christmas holiday break with my family and coming to this place was perfect. Decorated all Christmassy made it feel like home-from-home. Kitchen provided full amenities to cook with, with everything closed on Christmas day. Sat in a perfect location to be around on such short notice with everything nearby, and the sea right in front of you for a view. Anna was really pro-active and kind. I would definitely stay here again.

Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

We had a wonderful stay at Susan's Seascape. The apartment was 5 star, absolutely immaculate and effortlessly stylish with beautiful furnishings. We had our 2 year old daughter and Susan kindly provided a travel cot and highchair. The views are absolutely spectacular and we loved the little touches like the binoculars and shower gel! We slept upstairs, and the room was bright, airy and so lovely to fall asleep and wake to the sounds of the sea! Would absolutely recommend Susan's place, it really was a haven of luxury and fantastic value for money.

Lovely flat with great views. Very clean. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities. The lovely hosts let us have a later checkout so we could leave our bags in the flat whilst we had a morning sauna and brunch. Would definitely stay again.
