This place was great!! The pool was the best part we mostly stayed in the pool and only took our boat out once. A little pricey to not be right on the lake but sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk. The Airbnb fees really drove up the price but the pool was worth it and we were able to see most of the fireworks from the balcony...Highly recommend!!

Everything was exactly as described. Great place to take your family , we will definitely do this again!

Fantastic place to stay for a family trip or trip with friends. Plenty of room, great kitchen to cook in with a large dining room to have meals. Having a coffee/tea bar was so welcoming and the wine refrig was great. Ice machine was super for keeping your drinks cold. The bedrooms were all so comfortable with their own TV's in every one of them - this alone is special. If traveling with children or adults who are grow-up kids, the jungle room is absolutely fun!!! Having the pool was awesome, with plenty of room to gather around or just get some sun. Nice area with shade too, which is a plus for the hot summers. Fenced in yard was perfect for our furry children and they loved it. Location was great for using Greers Ferry Lake and house was very close to a marina to rent a pontoon or boat. Lake is beautiful. We will absolutely return to this spot and can't wait to reserve again.

Excellent location, and quite possibly the cleanest place we have ever stayed! Enjoyed the atmosphere and convenience to town. The host was extremely helpful and responsive.

We had the absolute best time. The views were amazing! So many things to do. The house was exactly what we expected. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, karaoke and playing pool. We will definitely be back. My grandkids had the best time being outdoors and I had the best time watching them make memories. Thank you, Jerry and Jackie!!!

This charming secluded hilltop rock house surrounded by tall pine trees and adorned nightly with sparkling stars appears to be a well kept secret in Pangburn, Arkansas. The beds are comfy, decor eclectic, kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals, & bathrooms were not luxurious, but adequate. The driveway would present a challenge for a car, but our SUV & truck handled it fine. The host was gracious and responsive. Definitely will keep this property on our repeat list.

Kurt and Emily’s place was just as described. The pictures and amenities were al accurate. Checkin was a breeze and they made communication so easy! The home is in a beautiful old neighborhood and accommodated our party of 6 very comfortably. If you’re looking for a large space in a great neighborhood and can appreciate a “no-frills” and “vintage” vibe, then this place is definitely for you!

We had such a fun time, the house was so cute and fishing off of the dock was relaxing and memorable! The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to hangout and eat around the house when we wanted to and the little town had places to eat when we didn’t feel like cooking. The location was right in the middle of everything Heber Springs has to offer while still feeling very remote. We will definitely be back!

Comfy, cute cottage. We stayed a week. The cottage is a duplex in a nice neighborhood. The beds were all very comfortable. Plenty of linens, full kitchen. We started with 3 of us, then one of our sons flew in to join us. By the end of the week our third son was with us. This cute cottage was perfect to accommodate all of us as we needed more room and beds towards the end of the week. Great stay! Will recommend!!!

Lee’s Place was perfect for our needs. My two brothers and I met for a family function and the 3 bedrooms and two baths worked perfectly for us. We enjoyed the kitchen and living areas as well and when we needed to choose between arriving late back at the house or getting a motel, we all preferred getting back ‘home’ to Lee’s place.

Kristina was very responsive to any questions we had. The home was absolutely beautiful!! We felt right at home and made lots of memories this week! We can't wait for our next stay here!!

Our stay at Preston's place was nothing short of perfect. His home was peaceful, beautiful, and quiet. The dock was perfect for fishing and very safe for all five of my kiddos. The beds were clean and extremely comfortable. Our kids loved the bunk beds and toys in the room... especially the singing bass 😀! The place is perfectly situated for sub 10 minute access to restaurants, groceries, the lake, little red fishing outfitters, and the JFK dam. All in all, it was a great stay, Preston is a fantastic host, and don't hesitate to book this place. We will be back!!

Spent a few days meeting up with family. Appreciated that the home was dog friendly and it was obvious that the owners were pet lovers! My favorite room was the kitchen. So cute…small but stocked with anything you might need. We had a little glitch checking in and the owners responded immediately to my call. They solved our problem and made everything right.

We had a great stay. All the little things are in place and made us feel at home. The house have everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms and bathrooms are great. The dock is close to the lobo boat ramp and fishing was great. This is the best house we’ve visited at the river. Already looking forward to our next visit.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. There was minor confusion with the ac unit but I messaged Emily and it was fixed immediately. The house was on the water. The neighborhood was peaceful.

It is a new home and lovely. The owner gave much consideration to what was needed in a rental. The bunk bedroom has a video game, sofa, and large screen TV. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the deck while watching the boats float down the Little Red River. We cooked breakfast on the black stone grill and dinner on the green egg. The accommodations couldn't have been more perfect. The fishing was wonderful. My grandchildren thought they were in heaven. If you rent this home you won't be disappointed.

We had an amazing Thanksgiving here. Everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable and Andrea was an amazing host. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was perfect. Having the lake views and sunsets was such a gift. I absolutely recommend staying here. Great location and beautiful surroundings.

This house had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We had a few unforeseen mishaps, but Joan and her husband were very accommodating and willing to resolve. Beds were very comfortable-loved the sheets!! Joan was easy to get ahold of and accommodating to our issues. Would recommend!

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Dawn’s River-Run home rental that exceeded our expectations with its comfort, beautiful landscaping, and warm neighborhood atmosphere. The space was cozy and inviting, complete with flourishing gardens that were perfect for relaxation. The friendly neighbors made us feel welcome, enhancing our experience. For entertainment, we enjoyed fishing, playing foosball, darts, and watching local wildlife. Dawn was quick to respond to our questions and provided suggestions for local events. Overall, this rental offered a perfect blend of leisure and activity, making it a highly recommendable choice for a delightful getaway.
