This was an amazing “boys’ weekend” with my son. This house was amazing. It had everything that you want in an Airbnb and more. The bathrooms were amazing, especially the toilets. Ian is the best Airbnb host we have ever had. He was responsive, considerate, and extremely helpful. Thanks to him, my son and I had the best weekend we have ever had together! The next time we are in Helen with my wife and daughter, we will definitely be staying here again.

I have stayed at alot of AIRBNB’s but this house is by far my favorite. Every year since our children married the parents take an “adult trip” to just enjoy some time and the location has Ben different. We all 4 agreed we are coming back here. The house is designed in such a way you have your own space with a downstairs suite or all together upstairs with some of the most beautiful views . We saw a fox and a deer while we were drinking coffee on the porch one morning. I can’t say enough about the little extras that our host provided - it meant a lot and made us feel very special. You can tell a lot of thought was gone into making a guest in their home feel like someone who lives there. If you get a chance rent this place and sit back and relax!!!

We were so pleased with our decision to book this home especially after being in downtown Helen and seeing the hotels we considered. It is close to town but in a quiet neighborhood— peaceful and great area to walk the dog. The home is spacious- very comfortable living area and large bedrooms. The 2 baths were perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed including 3 different coffee makers and popcorn! A very nice touch. There were plenty of blankets and throws for the cold weather and we loved the fireplace! So cozy! Maklen was super responsive and friendly, much more so than some of the other places I’ve stayed. We highly recommend Maklen and their home.

I booked the cabin to celebrate my 25th Bday , and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in nature, the cabin offered a peaceful retreat that was exactly what I needed. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was the charming cardinal that visited us every morning. As we are from Florida, we particularly enjoyed the cozy fireplace. It provided warmth and comfort during the chilly evenings, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a fantastic time in this beautiful setting, surrounded by nature's tranquility. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway! You should also check out Helen nearby! A little magical Christmas place! You’re going to love it!

Would highly recommend - we had a great week taking in all that Helen had to offer. The cabin was very clean and well kept. The golf course was beautiful - rent a golf cart and enjoy nature! We reached out to Darren regarding an issue with a locked door - he quickly responded and the issue was resolved. Darren provided us with several recommendations of restaurants in the area and expressed that he really wanted us to enjoy our stay! So if you are looking for a great place to stay in Helen, Georgia this is the place!!

Excellent location near Helen.

We rented this house for a relaxing bachelorette weekend in the mountains and it was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone and so close to everything in Helen! The house was clean and Marvin was very responsive. We loved having access to the hot tub! The driveway is STEEP and a little awkward to get into if you’re in a big vehicle. Overall, a great place to stay in a safe, gated community that is close to everything you need!

Great little weekend getaway for our family of 4 including 2 small children. So many amenities and lots to do. The view from the patio with the porch swing was amazing!

Super great! My wife left a necklace and he had it mailed back the next day. I will stay there every time.

Stephen was a great host! Very informative and responsive! The place was beautiful, everything we needed, and very close to Helen. It was very peaceful. We definitely will stay again!

Perfect location, walking distance to everything you could possibly need!

Came as a last minute weekend getaway with my husband. The town was wonderful and the apartment is within walking distance of everything. Apartment was clean and cute. Loved the fireplace but didn't use it, something to turn on and use during cold months. Only complaint we have is WiFi was very spotty but we didn't have very good service in the town anyway.

Beautiful home in a perfect location! We were able to walk everywhere.
