My family and I had a wonderful time. We stayed there for two weeks. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated with lots of space.The backyard is very spacious,The beds were very comfortable, all the appliances were working and there was hot water. The neighborhood was very quiet; it was safe and secure.The property is gated and has surroundings cameras for extra security. It has parking spaces and we had great service from the WiFi , which was a big plus. The location is perfect; it's about 5 minutes to Mandeville town, with nearby supermarkets and shopping areas. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend this property highly enough. The host (Angella) called several times to make sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be back and we will recommend this place to family and friends.

Patrick was an awesome host, and helped ensure we had a great time! His place was cozy and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. He responded quickly and shared local places to visit, checking in with helpful tips. His apartment was a very short walk to the beach, local supermarkets, and a Digicel for sim cards. If I find myself back in Negril, I’ll be reaching out to Patrick again.

Thank you David & Nicole for hosting me. I had everything I needed away from home. Comfortable, clean, modern, beautiful view. Location is perfect, walking distance to shops, bank, great restaurants, super friendly locals. David & Nicole responded within minutes when I had a question which was great. great stay for rest and relaxation but close enough to local beach and restaurants as well as excursions. very peaceful and quiet. Awesome A/C in bedrooms and it was great to have a washing machine and clothing line outside. I was to pack less by doing laundry every few days. overall satisfied with my experience and value. thank you 😊

First off, Alethia has the most beautiful space. The attention to detail is unmatched. The decor is light and the space is bright and airy and smells so clean and inviting. I loved the bed the most, super comfortable and the linen throughout the apartment was great quality. She’s also an amazing host. She provided clear instructions for check in & out and checked on us multiple times just to ensure we were settling in okay. There was also an assortment of teas and snacks that we also really appreciated. I will always come back and will for sure recommend her to everyone. Truly enjoyed my stay.

We had a nice time in the place, really well located with a 10 minutes walk from the beach. Very peaceful environment with a cute little backyard. Bathroom and shower are a bit old and used but functional. We would have appreciated a few essentials in the kitchen like some coffee but several shops are close to the place so it was an easy fix. I recommend the place as the location was perfect for a couple of chill days enjoying the beach and the sun!

Excellent large property, secure gates and great location (walking distance to the shopping centre and amenities.) We would stay again.

This stay is in a fantastic location. Private and just steps away from the beach. If a very back to basics stay if for you then the is the place. No AC and the fan is a little small, could really do with a decent fan. Also no easy access to water and would really benefit from An outside grill to cook basically. This isn’t gripe. Still would 100% recommend this stay and would happily stay again

I couldn’t believe how beautiful and peaceful this place was. The outdoor space was truly magical. The country club had its own private pool and beach, with a golf cart to get there. Not much to eat in the area but lots of good suggestions in the guest book. Definitely READ THE GUEST BOOK! Which we neglected to do until the last day. It’s a bit of a drive to get to town but Perfect spot if you want peace and quiet and an absolute gorgeous view. I would definitely go back!

We loved our stay in West End! Dwayne was an awesome on site host - always available to answer questions and give recommendations. This location was very private and a short walking distance to great food and attractions in West End. It was just a short drive or about a 45 minute walk to the Seven Mile Beach in Negril. I had a wonderful stay here with my family. it was very spacious, clean and just as Caroll has described it on the listing. The listening mentioned coffee as one of the amenities. I informed her there wasn't any in the house and she had the house caretaker run out and get it for us right away. There was some issues with water pressure and hot water but the care taker explained the water was on a pump system. we also found out that we couldn't shower at the same time to have hot water in both showers. It wasn't that big of a deal and understandable when staying on an island. The kitchen was very clean, plenty of towels were provided and the rooms had very comfortable beds. 10/10!

Location was perfect! The beach was nice and wide. The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished. My son enjoyed having his privacy and husband loved the large private balcony. People were friendly and my daughter quickly made friends with other families staying on the same property. The host was very responsive and we felt very comfortable the entire stay. Will definitely return!

We had a wonderful week away from the cold Wisconsin winter. The beach is beautiful and the people are so lovely The condo is perfect for 2 couples, exactly what we needed. This was our second time staying at the beach club and would not hesitate to book again

Jodie’s place was perfect. Perfect location as it’s walkable to beach and walkable to town where you can easily catch a route taxi or chartered. It is fully loaded with all the things necessary for a comfortable stay if you like to fill the fridge and save some money on eating out. I really loved the attention to detail, really did feel at home. I Will definitely be back. 10 out of 10 !

We enjoyed staying at Felicia’s place at point Village. Her place has all the accommodations and amenities we needed, and Felicia was an extremely responsive hostess. would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay here. Place is as good as the pictures. Beautiful part of Negril close enough to walk to most spots but feels more authentic than just resorts. Marlesia was really communicative and helpful as we needed her. Thank you for having us!

It was a lovely stay! They really accommodated us at the drop of a hat. We were able to check in within 30 minutes of booking with everything ready and waiting. Would definitely book again!
