We had a great stay and appreciated the great hospitality! The location was fantastic for walking the beach, seeing sunrises, and getting away from the busyness. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the view, hot tub, ease of beach access across the street, and fenced areas for our pup to be out with us.

One of the best places we have stayed at. Kristy was super friendly and answered all of our questions. The place was clean, beautiful and homey.

We loved the house and the proximity to the beach. We only walked to the beach once for the sunrise, but spent the rest of the time in the house. We loved that each room was spacious, clean, and had a bathroom for each room.

Our stay at the little “inn” tuition was amazing. We were down in NC for a wedding and the location was central to all our friends and the venues for the events. The hot tub was especially a treat at the end of the day. Although we did not need the use of the kitchen I was pleasantly impressed with all the spices and cookware available. The suggestions for places to eat were also very helpful. I have already recommended this particular location to friends when they want to visit the area.

This has been one of my favorite beach stays ever!! My husband and I decided to take a very last minute trip to the area and Erin & hosts accommodated our request. The place was absolutely adorable….cozy and comfortable! And you can’t beat the view! The hot tub was a great addition. The home has everything you will need and is close to great bars & restaurants. We appreciate how fast they answered any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Bryan's place definitely felt like a little home away from home on the beach. It's a quaint cottage, packed with essentials and was just the right size for us two. I was very thankful for its size and no stairs when I unfortunately sprained my ankle on day 2 of our vacation and had to hobble around in crutches the rest of the time! Even though you're right off the main road, there was no noise and was pretty quiet and peaceful. Beach access is right down the road and very easily walkable, or hobbable. The hot tub was a great plus to relax in after a long night. Bryan was very communicative and prompt with questions we had prior to booking. Check-in was very easy and check-out instructions were very reasonable and clear. Overall a great stay that we would definitely book again!

Jim was a great host, always responsive. We had a slight issue with the air conditioner and within 10 minutes a professional came and resolve the problem quickly. Jim followed up with us after the first night to check in and see how we were all doing and asked if we needed anything. Overall, a fantastic property, a great host. We enjoyed our stay at Robert’s home. We have stayed in many airbnbs and this was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. It felt perfectly preserved in the nineties from our childhood. The backyard was great for our dog and our toddlers LOVED the nineties toys, books, and stuffed animals throughout the home. The kitchen had all we needed to cook. Thanks for a great stay!

second time we stayed at the salt house , it was close to both beaches ,was a short drive .

The location was great. A lot of resturants were 5 minutes away with a food lion within 10 minutes. Beach access is super close. The place smelled and looked clean when we arrived and things like towels, soap and shampoo were provided which was really nice. Would definitely recommend this place!

We spent Thanksgiving at Topsail this year and rented Cheryl’s house to have extra space for our family in addition to our home next door. The kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed to fix our Thanksgiving meal! The house does not feel much like a rental, but more like staying at a family member’s home. We very much enjoyed our stay and the spectacular views of the sunset!

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was clean and so cute with all of the extras. Location was wonderful and loved all the restaurant suggestions. Brenda really thought of everything! We hope to be repeat customers. Thank you Brenda for making our first trip to the coast so awesome!!

Jill’s place was a great place for my boys and I to stay for a week at the beach! The location was perfect. The cozy little cottage was clean and organized with everything you may need for a stay away from home. Jill was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. I highly recommend her place for your stay.

Leslie Ann's place was perfect size for our family of four. We loved the space underneath the house, which was spacious and great for hanging out. The location was amazing being less than 5 minute walk to the beach and close to many restaurants and stores. We had a great stay and would happily stay here again.

The place was as advertised. Great location for going to the beach and getting food. Pay to park everywhere in town so it was great to be able to walk.

Our family had a wonderful haven at Janet & Mark’s beach house. We walked to the beach for a few miles of strolling each morning and enjoyed watching the water from the upper deck in the evenings. We all said we’d gladly ditch our home life & stay here forever. You’ll be happy when you visit :) Thank you, Janet & Mark!

If you are looking for a very clean, well kept, fully stocked and cozy home, then this is the place that you need to book. Jenn is a wonderful host and her communication is very timely. There was a storm the week of our stay that ended up putting us one day behind due to flooding. Jenn was very accommodating and quickly refunded one night for us. She could not get to the house to clean due to flooding but asked a friend to assist. We were able to get to the house the very next day and start our vacation. The house is stocked with extra beach chairs, bikes, an outdoor grill, toiletries and any kitchen item that you may need. Jenn was thoughtful enough to have bottled water in the fridge incase you had a long trip. There is plenty of comfortable outdoor seating on the patio. Under the house she has swings where you can enjoy the beach weather and beautiful views of the marsh. Our family has already planned on coming back again next year. the location of the house was great, close to stores, restaurants, and public beach access. The living room has a ceiling fan, but neither bedrooms have one.

Beautiful and peaceful location with the soft sound of the waves. Very clean, neat and comfortable for rainy days inside.

Centrally located, spotless interior and easy to access! Such a cute place to stay and it’s in walking distance to all the restaurants in Surf City. A+, bravo!

We had the most peaceful weekend at Sharon’s place. Our little puppy enjoyed walking and sniffing around the house. Looking forward to another weekend out in this house.

We would definitely stay here next time we’re in NC. Our host was super sweet and friendly. The homemade muffins were such a sweet touch to our stay! It’s private, cozy, very clean and even though the road was near we didn’t hear a sound. Thank you Debra for making our stay a wonderful one.

Our family had a fabulous time here! We loved sitting on the porch with an ocean view, being steps away from the beach and being right in town close to restaurants and activities. Michael was a great host, friendly and responsive! The place was pristine and well set up to accommodate our family of four. It felt like home during our time here! We would definitely recommend for anyone coming to Carolina beach!
