Great communication from Christian. We enjoyed using the chef’s kitchen. High end modern appliances and the Traegar was treat to cook steaks with. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the hot tub. The rooms were also laid out with huge windows to take in the beautiful views. The only drawback would be the 300 yard walk to get to the Home Again slope making the ski-in/out part a little more difficult than a trail or slope running next to the house. There is a homeowners ski-way access trail about half as far that could work great but if there’s not enough snow to cover the seven driveways/roads it crosses you have to take skis off and walk across the driveways/streets and click back in (with little ones just harder). Overall the high points are the phenomenal house and communication from Christian (as well as his flexibility as we thought we may get stuck another day due to a travel issue, he gave us the option 🙏)

This is the place to stay !!! Everything is literally perfect!!! We had an excellent trip with our family .. we skied until we could not ski anymore and then we enjoyed our home away from home in the evenings!! We will definitely be back!! Thank you so much to our hosts… this is an absolutely beautiful place to stay in whitefish!!!

Our family just returned from our ski holiday and can heartily give 5 stars to this home. The home is beautiful, clean and spacious. Everything is labeled and the home is thoughtfully appointed. We wanted for nothing. The home is in a setting with beautiful views on all sides. Ski in ski out access is great for those first morning runs. If traveling with novice skiers, be aware that you need to cross a small (not busy) road and ski down a somewhat steep slope to reach the Home Again run. We opted to drive our new skiers to base, but experienced skiers will love skiing in and out.

We had a lovely stay in Whitefish. Our home had great living space for a large family and good outdoor space for young children. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for homemade meals. We didn't spend a lot of time inside - we were in the mountains, but I would recommend the Chalet Chair house.

I didn’t realize I was moved to a different room until I checked out. I did get a room that worked out fine, so no complaints but I think I should have been informed when I checked in

The Wood Run Ski Haus is so beautiful! There were 16 of us and we had plenty of space. The view from the balcony was magnificent! You can see the skiers going down the mountain. We used the hot tub every night. It was a great way to unwind after a day of skiing.

This is a very convenient location if you want to ski home for lunch and jump right back on the slopes.

Huge place on Big Mountain with ski in/out access, as advertised. Very comfortably hosted our group of 16 (adults and kids) for a few days on the slopes.

This home was very cozy for a Winter ski vacation. The location, right up on the mountain in the ski village is so ideal. A one block walk to the chair lift. The garage was nice to park in so we didn't have to keep scraping off the car. It also had great storage for skis, boots, etc. Plenty of kitchen amenities and we really appreciated the toilet paper, lotion, soaps. There are many grocery stores in Whitefish. If you need a dentist while there, I highly recommend Dr Peter Ivey! We mostly communicated with Angela, who was very helpful and polite.

Perfect place for a ski vacation. Warm, comfortable, and quiet surroundings, easy access to the ski trails. Loved it here.

The condo was in a great location for in and out of the ski lifts and located across the street from rental and lift ticket purchase. Having the Stueb next door was an extra bonus

Had a fantastic time here with five friends skiing over a long weekend. The house is marvelously equipped for a ski vacation with the hot tub, boot warmers, ski access, etc. The living room view of the slopes is great, the Sonos and TV are easy to use, the kitchen well equipped. Zero gripes, no notes, strongly recommend!

We came for a long weekend of skiing and this was a perfect place for the weekend. Super easy access to the ski resort, just cross the street! walkable to several places to eat and drink. Kitchen stocked with pots / pans, cups etc, everything we needed for a awesome weekend!

This might be one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed at! You can tell Dawn has exceptional attention to detail and went the extra mile to make sure her home had everything we could need. We loved having a true ski in/out lodging and the hot tub next to the slope was an extra treat! The beds were comfortable and everything worked as expected. The 5 of us had plenty of room to gather and also felt like we had our own space. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with quality products and ingredients. No notes! We'll be back!

Amazing property located steps from base lift at Big Mountain. Very well appointed and has everything you’ll need for a memorable stay. Special kudos for such a well stocked kitchen. The property managers are very communicative and easily assessable as well. Highly recommend this place!!!

My friends and I loved our stay at the “Haw” side of lodge. Samantha was very nice and responsive when we had a question about parking. Overall I recommend you stay here for Montana winter or summer fun! :)

WOW !!! What an amazing place to stay !!! Vickie and Kieth are the most warm and wonderful hosts 😊 The cabin was very clean, comfortable, the amenities were top notch, even down to the littlest details. The tour of the Bison Range and outlying areas was the highlight of my trip !!! What an amazing way to spend a milestone birthday 🥳 The information of the area, suggestions of things to do and places to go was absolutely invaluable, and personalized to me. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Vickie’s place!!! Next time I go out to Montana I’m staying here again !!!

The Treehouse was a Comfy and cozy getaway in Bigfork off the beaten path but an easy drive into town. We drove up to Camp Misery Trailhead one day to see the Jewel Basin and Glacier (1 hour drive) three days during our stay. Wild Swan Retreat is the perfect spot to hit the reset button if you prefer to sit in solitude, read, write, or knit. Lisa was responsive to any queries we had about the Treehouse.

Samantha is the ultimate hostess. Quick response, so easy going. Beautifully decorated private lodge. Best view in all of Bigfork. Great accommodations for the price. Comfortable beds!!! Definitely will return!!

Vickie and Keith are the best hosts I’ve worked with. Responsive, proactive and always eager to help. The home was cozy, warm and inviting and our group of girls didn’t want to leave. The morning coffee on the deck, the pups Shilo and Joy Joy, the peaceful nature of it all is spectacular. Glacier is about 30 minutes away, nice country drive to get there. If you want a wonderful location and amazing hosts, Vickie’s place is a MUST! We’ll be back for sure!
