Excellent unit, has everything you need. Great location - it was next to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries. Having a dedicated parking spot was very handy, but the building is next to a train station, so commuting was an option too.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Plus, it’s in a very convenient neighborhood with easy access to everything. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and well-located stay

I am a returning guest of Faye’s and with good reason! I always know that I will feel welcome and that any questions I have are responded to very promptly. This apartment has a wonderful top floor balcony where you can enjoy sunrises and sunsets. The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot, and there’s a great new couch! Secure underground parking use an added bonus. I always enjoy walking around the neighborhood and the convenience of the local shops and restaurants. This is my quiet oasis and I look forward to my next visit. 😊

My stay in Victor’s place was great. Everything was exactly the same as described. Northcote is a quiet and safe area. Supermarket in walking distance, and these is a lovely cafe next door. Less than one minute walk to the bus 250 and 251 stop, they will take you to the city directly. Buses come every ten minutes on weekdays, so it is quite convenient ( Melbourne public transport sometimes is not very on time though) Victor and Jane are very friendly, helpful and responsive. Always got back to me very quickly and they really care for their guests. If you have any questions about travelling or anything, just ask them, they are happy to help. I met Victor on the last two days of my stay, he made me some nice coffee, and gave me a nice gift as we chatted. Would come back.

Great location close to tram into city etc. Easy walk of about 7 minutes to Victoria Gardens shopping centre which has a large Coles supermarket, Ikea etc. Also good walks along the Yarra River. Fantastic views to the river & environs (West) and the city (East) from the 10th floor terrace outside the spacious kitchen/dining/living room. Extremely comfortable beds.

Great location, right across the road from a shopping centre, and 1 minute walk to the 109 tram. Apartment had everything you could need and more. Cute little courtyard, comfy bed and nice big open plan kitchen and dining. Maddy was prompt at communicating and was very helpful. Had such a great time staying in a homely place visiting our home town.

Place was beautiful and Joanna was always super responsive, friendly and helpful. Very accommodating to our needs as I was coming to surprise my sister. Joanna helped me through the whole process and I cannot recommend staying here enough :)

Bill n Krystle’s apartment was extremely comfortable, bright n clean. The location was 5 star. Two minute walk to eateries, fashion shops etc. Very prompt in responding to queries. Showed us all the extra amenities complex had. Highly recommend

Beautiful home in a great location! We rented Simone’s house on a last minute basis because we were back in Melbourne visiting an ill relative and needed somewhere else to stay for some respite. And it really gave us that. Loads of room, kids loves the cinema room and braved the pool even though it was cold. Well located near Fairfield village that has an array of cafes/restaurants and shops. Close to two train stations and a slightly longer walk to Northcote high st.

Very nice house, close proximity to cafe and transport if needed. Xueqing was prompt to answer a question that I had. Enjoyed our stay.

Cette maison a été parfaite pour notre famille de 5. Mobilier authentique, litterie et linge de maison de qualité, cuisine très fonctionnelle, petit jardin particulièrement agréable, sans vis à vis, très sécurisé pour les enfants. Sans compter le petit salon utilisé comme salle de jeux par les enfants. Le tout avec des hôtes réactifs, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Very relaxing

We booked Echo’s house as our home base for our wedding. The house is stunning, nestled in a quiet street a stones throw from the tram lines and Main Street. The beds were comfy, so we managed to get a few hours in despite the excitement. The house itself is eclectically decorated and full of energy.
