We stayed at this house for almost two months. The description of the host was accurate. The neighborhood is very quite and peaceful and we woke up to the day with birds singing. It was a spacious unit with great space for clothes. The kitchen cupboards were also ample. The dinner table was large and comfortable enough for six people. The fact that we could park the car right outside the door also helped. Our stay was overall very pleasant yet a few remarks: the pans in the kitchen should be renewed as they were damaged. There is also a slight odor problem near toilets which can also be fixed. Overall a great place for families

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully designed townhouse. The interior is modern and stylish, with a touch of luxury. Each bedroom is incredibly spacious, and most come with a private bathroom and sink, which adds to the convenience and comfort. The independent air conditioning in each room is a great feature, allowing everyone to set their preferred temperature. The living room is huge and provides plenty of space for a group to relax. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, and it matches the listing description perfectly. Despite being located on a main road, the sound insulation is excellent, so noise was never an issue. This place is perfect for families or groups traveling together. Highly recommended!

Easy walk down the hill from Box Hill station and all the restaurants up there. Lovely big house, comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Suited our family of five well for the weekend stay near relatives.

My wife, 2 young kids and in laws enjoyed our 7 night stay at Nicholas’ place very much. To say that his place was great is an understatement. It was one of the best Airbnb places we’ve ever stayed in. It was cozy, extremely clean, spacious backyard, beautifully decorated, had a variety of kitchen and cleaning supplies (blender, toaster, coffee machine, disposable gloves, etc) - basically everything you need to make our stay comfortable. We were surprised by how generous he is when we received the welcome hamper, along with the treats in the fridge. There are even some for our children to enjoy. These details are very well appreciated! Thank you so much for hosting us. We highly recommend this place to those who are looking to stay in Melbourne.

We had a great stay in Pemmy's place. It is comfortable, clean, and tidy. Same as pictured. Wi-Fi is fast and stable. Pemmy is very helpful and responsive. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful. Just 2 min walk to the Burwood Brickworks Shopping Centre, where you can find supermarkets and good restaurants.

Perfect stay for our family visiting Melbourne, very clean apartment, great view of the city and walking distance to the local shops. Host was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend and come back to stay again when we come back to Melbourne next.

MJ's was just what we needed, close to public transport and shops. Photos were accurate. Actually, this place will have to be the best equipped Airbnb we've stayed at. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils and plates etc. There was refills of soap, shampoo, washing detergent, toilet paper etc. Very impressive! We used the building amenities too - swimming pool and gym. Thank you for a comfortable month stay!

This was our second time staying at Veronique’s Box Hill properties. We decided to come back again for this trip because I noted how quiet the apartment was during our first stay, unlike many of the newer/fancier listings where you can hear your neighbours cough or flush their toilets. Another big bonus for us is the ease of parking. Flat driveway with numerous reserved spots which are always empty, making it perfect for those with low cars.

Vicky’s place was perfect for myself and 4children. It is very spacious, super clean and very quiet and peaceful even though it is close to a main road. It’s in a great location and I would recommend to my friends if they were staying in Melbourne.

Pip was very responsive and friendly. She was very flexible with our requests and let us make use of her home like it was our own. Very clean and comfortable. Tram stop right outside which made travel and exploring a breeze. Coffee shop, chemist and supermarket a 2 minute walk.

We stayed at Dianna’s as it was close to the Cabrini Hospital. It provided a home away from home, and Dianna had lovely additional touches such as coffee pods, a clothes hanger, and body lotion. It was very clean, spacious for an apartment, and was very comfortable. It was also very clean and Dianna was a wonderful host. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed a great stay at Adam's place in Hawthorn East. Great to have onsite parking, a good balcony with table and chairs, and pet friendly!! Well equipped, comfortably furnished, good mattresses. The kitchen was great with an amazing array of implements, cookware, glasses, dishes etc, plus the pantry had more than we expected. Easy to operate smart tv provided entertainment and AC worked well. We used the washer/dryer and dishwasher and had a belated Christmas breakfast with our adult daughter. We will definitely book to stay again, it felt like our home away from home.

Great location, right across the road from a shopping centre, and 1 minute walk to the 109 tram. Apartment had everything you could need and more. Cute little courtyard, comfy bed and nice big open plan kitchen and dining. Maddy was prompt at communicating and was very helpful. Had such a great time staying in a homely place visiting our home town.

Absolutely amazing place to stay with first class apartment and excellent amenities. Host was amazing and met me at my designated time to walk through all the accesses and amenities. Great location with the mall and amazing food all around - train station right a your door to get to the CBD Highly recommended place to stay !
