Had a wonder stay, the house is great, spacious and clean, host Amon is really helpful and reply promptly. Whenever we had any issue with the home appliances the hos is just one text away. Deeply appreciate the host effort in making us feel at home!

Easy walk down the hill from Box Hill station and all the restaurants up there. Lovely big house, comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Suited our family of five well for the weekend stay near relatives.

Our stay at Sofi’s place left us thoroughly impressed. The house itself was beautiful, spacious, well kept, and had all the amenities to keep us comfortable and satisfied during our stay. The neighbourhood is quiet and safe and the nearby Brickworks (plaza) had great food and was easily accessed by a 5 minute walk. It was honesty hard to leave as we loved being there so much, if we ever need to stay in Melbourne again we know where to go!

Great place for the family. They have everything you need, even toys, car seat and crib for my young kids.

We had the pleasure of staying at Caroline’s home for 10 days, and it was nothing short of wonderful! The house was exactly as shown in the photos—spacious, clean, and perfectly suited for our family. Caroline’s hospitality went above and beyond; she made sure we were comfortable, especially during the hot summer days, checking in to see if we needed anything and even providing extra fans just in case. The house was also fantastic for our toddler, with plenty of space and fun features to keep him entertained. I highly recommend this home to anyone, especially families with children. Thank you, Caroline, for making our stay so memorable!

D's place is a lovely home. Has all the amenities you need for a stay, with comfortable beds and lovely surrounds. Excellent little deck for relaxing after a day of appointments. Dog friendly which is always a bonus if travelling with furry friends. Highly recommended. Most definitely will return.

Near to Brickworks Shopping Mall, getting groceries was easy. Clean, spacious and fully furnished place accommodated a big family of mine. Everyone loved the place. Sophie was quick to address concerns that I had. Some minor problems were quickly fixed upon notice, which we greatly appreciated. Sophie was really kind to recommend another unit that could accommodate more of us. For some reason we could not take it but nevertheless it was a very kind gesture.

Thanks for your supplying the accomodation for the overnight stay D. 10 out of 10 everything was as the advert and we were happy with the stay.

I liked the place because it is cozy and got a beautiful kitchen and bathroom. Good area to be because parking is free , walking distance to the restaurants and close to the City of Melbourne.

I really had a great stay at Ken’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly just like shown in the pictures. Ken was a responsive and helpful host. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Lovely restaurants and shopping mall just in walking distance which made our stay easy. Overall, a great experience and looking forward for the next stay.

Lovely apartment and fantastic location

This house is perfect for people who want to save some rent on house. The apartment is close to the Box Hill Station which takes about 8 minutes walk to get apartment. Also, it takes about 25-30 minutes from Southern Cross Station to Box Hill Station which is quite convenient. If you are a person who loves Asian food, you would love Box Hill Station. There'r e so many Chinese, Taiwanese, Thai Food restaurant. And, there's Asian market here too. Not only it's in a good spot but also the apartment is clean and comfy. The pictures on Airbnb website are just same as the apartment we lived in. You can have a perfect sunset view at their balcony. But, people who live here need to take the trash to the garbage disposal room before check out. The landlord didn't mention that. I think most Airbnb in Australia ask customer to take trash to the garbage can. And, the garbage disposal room is at ground level. When you get into the lobby of ground level you may smell some smelly.

The unit is just as it appears in the pictures, being fairly spacious and having good natural light. The bed is medium firm, and the A/C unit is in a good position to keep warm sleepers like me cool. The water pressure is good, and the kitchen is well stocked with plates and cookware. The location is excellent, close to shopping and restaurants at Box Hill Central, and only a 10-minute walk to the train and tram. My only complaints were that some parts of the unit had not been cleaned well before I arrived (management offered to send a cleaning crew and said they will monitor this more closely in the future), and the Internet connection could be spotty at times (an issue for me only because I was working remotely for my job back home). Overall, I had a good experience and would stay here again.

Our stay was comfortable and convenient with excellent value with the inclusion of a carpark and beautiful rooftop swimming pool. The apartment is spacious for a family of four with plenty of room to relax, cook and eat, set out luggage and the convenience of two bathrooms. A nice view from all rooms and very sunny as described. A nice park and playgrounds a short walk away, many grocery shopping options as well as restaurants and cafes for a nice morning coffee. Our host was friendly and was very courteous letting us know that the apartment was ready for us earlier than normal check in. Would definitely stay again!

Nice apartment in a quiet suburban street. A good size, with two bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. The flat is quite private as it is on the 2nd floor surrounded by trees. You can hear lots of native birds in the mornings and evenings. 10 minute walk to the shops and restaurants at Box Hill Central and Box Hill station. One of the mattresses was too hard for my liking, but luckily the bed in the other room was softer. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and plates, etc.
