We had a very nice weekend in Huntsville at the Aux Box and were very happy with the accommodations

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The jacuzzi and sauna were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The peaceful surroundings made it a great escape from the city. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Black Fox Cabin! Michael and Maria were fantastic hosts – super responsive and provided very clear instructions on how to use all the various amenities the cabin had to offer. The cabin itself was truly the most wonderful and special place we've ever stayed. The structure is exceptional, the decor is impeccable, and everything from the appliances to the sauna and fireplace was of the highest quality. The secluded location ensured breathtaking views from the huge glass windows in every room, along with complete privacy and tranquility. We also had one of the best nights' sleep of our lives in that incredibly comfortable bed with the perfect linens. Our only regret is that we only booked two nights; we wish we could have stayed longer! We will definitely be back. Thank you, Michael and Maria, for such a memorable experience!

Host made sure we had everything we needed. Lots of games and activities for the kids, all our questions were answered ahead of time. Very positive experience, will recommend to friends!

I would 100% stay here again. The apartment was fantastic, extremely clean and cozy! We didn't have many concerns or requirements during our stay, so we didn't have much interaction with Marsha outside of our check in and check out instructions. Check in was super easy and directions were clear. Check out was also extremely simple and had extremely basic requests for checking out. If you are looking to stay in the area, I would for sure recommend staying with Marsha.

We had a great Family Day weekend at Lesley’s cozy cottage. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cottage was very clean, beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed for a very comfortable stay. Lesley was absolutely wonderful to deal with, very responsive and accommodating. She provided clear check-in instructions and quick responses to any questions we had. Our family truly enjoyed our stay! We highly recommend this gem of a place!

We had a great time staying at Anne’s cottage! The place was spotless and absolutely gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were super clean. We came here in February (with snow storms and freezing weather) but the heating system is very capable, floors are warm, and the hot water is instant. Amenities are available as listed as well. Anne and Reid were very responsive and helpful, and overall we had a great time.

This was our 2nd time staying here and as before it was perfect!!! The cabin was immaculate and cozy, with all the amenities of home. The hottub was just what the dr ordered lol The views are amazing and picturesque. We will definitely revisit again, maybe in the fall next time 😊

We had a wonderful winter cottage stay. The place is very cozy, well equipped with everything you would ever need. Incredible clean and organized. Comfortable beds and a great property. The hosts are very kind and responsive. 100% would recommend!

We had a great stay at Stella’s place! Everything was as described. Comfortable bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Great location close to Bala and Gravenhurst. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Would stay here again!

What a gem. This is a beautifully rustic spot in the woods for a gentle getaway on the water. There’s a bit of a scramble up a hill from the brand new dock (with amazing swimming and lovely afternoon sun!) to a sweet little cabin - everything you need for a comfier-than-camping holiday. There’s all the kitchen basics you need, and the wood stove makes it super cozy. The lake is quiet and the neighbours friendly. It’s a great spot for a lazy day in the dock, or a more adventurous day trip into Massasauga provincial park. Geoff was very responsive when the power went out and offered to come up to fix it right away. But we preferred to spend our last night in the warm glow of candlelight and wood stove. Highly recommend.

Patricia was a helpful host, very friendly and accommodating. Her place was peaceful, had a beautiful lake view. It was cute, cozy with rustic vibes. It was clean, organized, and had everything we needed. Also, the location is close to Screaming Heads and different hiking trails perfect for seeing the autumn foliage.

Enjoyed our stay at Glenn Burney Lodge. Owner was very helpful and communicative, proximity to restaurant was great, privacy and seclusion of cabin made us comfortable on a first trip with our dog that he wasn’t going to annoy others if he barked a lot (which he didn’t…yay!). Overall, a very positive experience.

Exactly as pictured/described, everything you need. Lixin is very friendly and responsive. Helpful with any questions you may have. Kids loves the bunk beds and we had a blast. Looking into booking in the summer.

An absolutely stellar place to get away from it all. The lake, just steps from the door, was beautiful and the small mouth bass we caught, tasty! We took our two older pups and they give it two paws up. They highly recommend lounging on the back deck to watch the ducks and beavers go by. We definitely recommend getting out on the water, looking back at the cabin you get to see just how amazing it all is. While rustic, Paul & Tannis have created an inviting space worth visiting...again and again.

It was 5 stars for us . Not likely 5 stars for others . But differnt strokes for differnt folks . We had a great time and its a beautiful spot . We will definitely return

We loved our stay! The cabin was exactly as described – clean, modern, and well-equipped. Stephen was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was fine. It an isolated remote community but that is fine with us. It was a little chilly the first few nights, but they turned on some heaters before we arrived, which was fine. You’re looking for peace and quiet. This is a good place.. I tried fishing by the docks, but they didn’t get any bites, but there is a bridge nearby and you can park and I caught a lot of fish in that location

We spent labor day weekend at the bunkie and absolutely loved it! It had everything we need with incredible views. The outdoor shower was lovely.

It is clear the owners have put a lot of care and thought to every aspect of a stay at their cottage. Outside, there were 3 canoes available with PFDs and paddles; the dock was perfect for fishing- we caught bass and sunfish, and catfish, plus we also swam too. Pool noodles and ample outdoor dock seating was also available. The outdoor seating and dining area was really wonderful and afforded a view of the river still but also surrounded by trees that sound so lovely in the wind. There are neighbors on either side but everyone keeps to their own and feels very private. The barbecue worked great and it was so thoughtful how there was a lighter and a spatula and tongs clean and provided for easy access. The place was stacked with things you may have forgotten at home like a post-swim q-tip or herbal tea. The forest across the street is uninhabited and was great for mushroom foraging. I would 100% recommend this place as it had exceeded our expectations at every turn.

Our stay at this Muskoka cabin was perfect for unwinding. Eliza and Safiqa were both amazing hosts. The 50s vintage decor and cedar furniture created a cozy atmosphere, and the serene lake views were breathtaking. We enjoyed the pedal boat, and the outdoor BBQ space for meals with a gorgeous lake view. There were also lots of activities to do only 15-20min from the cabin which was an added bonus. Our stay had been a fantastic retreat to disconnect and recharge. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing. The hosts were accommodating, and a pleasure to rent from. The area was beautiful and peaceful. I would recommend 100% to others.

We definitely enjoyed our stay and expect we will be back to stay again. It's a perfect place for a get away, without the commotion of a large resort. Very relaxing - thanks Jennifer!
