very beautiful place! if you enjoy a nice Sauna and hot tub with a beautiful view it is the place for you.

We had a great stay, very beautiful area. We originally found it difficult to locate with our GPS taking us to the wrong location. However, that was our own mistake missing this detail in the listing as the hosts did mention this and described how to best locate the location. Hosts were quick to communicate with us when we got a bit mixed up in our directions. We did not realize that the Air BNB was located at a marina, but a visit in the fall was very peaceful and quiet. The fall colours were beautiful. Spacious and clean accommodations for a good price.

Paula made our stay amazing again! The fire was going and the place was toasty warm. We were lucky enough to be there while the goats were having their babies and Paula let all 5 kids stay out with her for hours. We all had an amazing peaceful weekend. Highly recommend!

The place was as described and the host made sure to check in with us via email before, during and after our stay. The home was clean and exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for helping us make our few days away as relaxing as we had hoped.

Fred’s house was great! The house’s open concept was large enough for all of us (6 adults) to hang out in through the cold winter days without feeling crowded. The fireplace added lovely ambience and warmth. The six bedrooms ensured we all had our own space, which was a nice treat for our girls’ weekend. The master bedroom with ensuite was particularly spacious. The whole house was nicely decorated, and overall was a cozy and welcoming place. We didn’t use the sunroom, as is unfortunately smelled of smoke. Fred was a very responsive host. He quickly answered any questions. We had a lovely stay here, and wouldn’t hesitate to fully recommend it.

This Lake Nipissing rental was very much what we were looking for to do an ice fishing outing for 6 mostly retired guys – it was almost directly in from Lonely Island (about 1.5k walk). The actual cottage is very large, and it was nice having 2 ½ baths. The kitchen is very big with a huge island that also works as a pub height dinning area and there are tons of cabinets with all of the kitchen utensils/accessories you’ll need to make great meals. There are a few rough areas, which comes from a lot of use (e.g., trim work, a few chips, dents and worn chairs, shower heads, etc.), but for a northern cottage rental I would say it would be 4 to 4.5 stars and for an ice fishing choice I must give it 5 stars. I will very much consider this location again if we decide to do another ice fishing trip to this location again in the future and if you were doing a non-winter trip, I’m sure this location would be a perfect area with boat access and placement on the water for a large family outing.

We came in from Alberta for a wedding in the area, and stayed at Tara’s place. It was much larger than we had imagined, and the property was just gorgeous! We would absolutely book with Tara again if we were back in the area.

Bryan and Pam have been amazing hosts. Our booking was close to being cancelled due to the aftermath of the storm that hit Muskoka and southern Ontario and took power out for most of cottage country. Bryan kept us updated on the power repairs and we were ecstatic that we didn’t have to cancel. We were also so pleasantly surprised to find the place in such great condition despite the havoc from the storm - it was completely cleaned and cleared before we arrived. The cottage itself is on Lake Muskoka and is a fantastic space - directly facing the lake with great views from indoors and outdoors. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was ample room for the family and our dogs. Loved it and would visit again!

The cottage was lovely - had everything available, from kitchen supplies (+), outdoor activities (kayak, canoe, paddle boards, peddle boat, ladder ball, croquet, etc), and lots of movies & books! You can never be bored here or feel like you're missing something. I loved that everything was labelled and organized, so you could always find everything you need. The location is so beautiful and peaceful, and right on the water. My family and I had an amazing time and would come back again! Thank you!!

From the moment we started the interaction with Maham it was an easy and very communicative experience. We were expecting a huge snow storm for the drive there and back and Maham was very flexible with entry and exit times due to the inclement weather. Our family of 6 walked in the house and were pleasantly surprised with the layout main and lower levels, it worked out perfectly for our family set up! The place was clean, organized, and had everything we required! The views were spectacular and would expect to be even better in the Summer. The hot tub made it a more relaxing experience! Overall we would return as the experience was just what we were looking for on a Family Day weekend! Thanks Maham for such a perfect stay!

It was a perfect weekend getaway, the house is aesthetically pleasing. The house gives vintage, modern and chic vibe. Specially the kayaking, it was really great and all the equipments were well organized and enough for 7-8 people. To sum it all, it’s the perfect airbnb to enjoy with friends and family!! P.s slight drawback on the tap water, the tank capacity was less to accommodate 8 people. But it was manageable!!

We discovered the perfect secluded getaway in this beautifully maintained property. The grounds were consistently plowed during snowfall, making our winter stay worry-free. The main cottage comfortably accommodated our group of 5, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen and a thoughtful welcome kit with snacks and coffee. Two full bathrooms with provided toiletries made sharing the space easy, and the comfortable beds ensured restful nights. The clean, spacious hot tub was perfect for relaxing after outdoor activities, and the reliable wifi kept us connected. We enjoyed both the excellent heating system and the cozy wood fireplace, all while taking in beautiful waterfront views. Killbear Provincial Park, just 40 minutes away, offered excellent winter hiking. Quick tips: bring extra towels as only one is provided per person, and pack slip-on shoes for travelling between cottages. While water has a slight odour, it tastes perfectly fine. We’d love to return in the summer! Highly recommend!

What a great location for a cottage! The included boats (canoes & kayaks) are really nice. We went in late October (end of the season) and the neighborhood was nearly deserted. We were often the only people out on the lake. It takes about 20-25 minutes to paddle over to one of the several waterfront restaurants in Port Severn. Trevor's communications were very precise and easy to follow. Only negative comment concerns the well water. It's not just high in minerals, it is so high in minerals that it smells terrible and you really don't want to shower in it.

The cottage setting was spectacular! Quiet and peaceful with the amenities my group loves - big, comfortable common spaces, a large kitchen, and rooms for private, peaceful sleeping. The wood burning fireplace was a real treat.

A great retreat for a New Year’s nest. Loved the hot tub in the snow - and the bunkie! Very relaxing, comfortable. You should organize your food supply carefully though as it would take about 2 hours (40 min to Foodland, 40 min back and 20 min shopping). We were fine as we had brought lots of food with us. Also, the walls between the two bedrooms are very thin, so if you have a snorer….Otherwise, a wonderful property!!

Good value. We were looking for something humble and didn't want to break the bank. This is a very nice spot with that special something. We were snowed in our entire stay but the space was well set up for that, with TV's in each room with internet and apps. Really kind host. I would recommend this place and we would book again.

Cabin was the perfect stay with a nice few in front of the cabin. Perfect stop from my move from Winnipeg to toronto! Wish I could of stayed a few days longer!

I had a wonderful first time in Muskoka staying at Laura's cottage! It was the perfect location for nearby hiking and exploring local gems! The cottage was cozy and had everything I needed. The woodburning fireplace was a bonus and it was nice to be able to bring the dogs along!!! I would definitely recommend and would love to come back with the warmer weather!

I can't thank Tiffany and Pat enough for being amazing hosts and helping me through a difficult time. I stayed there on two separate occasions. The location of the house is right on the lake and sitting and watching the sun rise was beautiful. Narrows Convience Store is down the street and so is Mikisew Provinvial Park. The house has all the amenities (more than any other Airbnb I have stayed at). I would rats it more than 5 stars if I could. Thanks again so much!

I would 100% stay here again. The apartment was fantastic, extremely clean and cozy! We didn't have many concerns or requirements during our stay, so we didn't have much interaction with Marsha outside of our check in and check out instructions. Check in was super easy and directions were clear. Check out was also extremely simple and had extremely basic requests for checking out. If you are looking to stay in the area, I would for sure recommend staying with Marsha.

What a magical place! The cabin was exactly as described and had a really warm, comfy feeling. We were travelling as a couple with 4 young kids (no small feat!), and we were totally comfortable and found the cabin stocked with everything we needed. Travelling in the middle of quite a big snowstorm, we were a little concerned about finding the place and the long driveway in. The directions, however, were really clear and the driveway was really well ploughed, and this was so appreciated. Matt and Lori also checked in frequently to make sure everything was great. Thank you for a great little escape!

Best cabin-in-the-woods weekend ever! Perfect spot for hiking, kayaking, movie watching, and board games. Bill went above and beyond to make the trip go smoothly.

Wow, even after the pictures I was impressed with Cassie's place! Such a cute and gorgeous cabin! all the details are thought out. Loved every moment there!
