Alexis was a super friendly host and the apartment was really nice!! The inside of the apartment felt cozy and safe. I loved how it was pretty close to a grocery store and to downtown, I spent most of the time walking around and exploring the area. I didn't felt unsafe in the area which was really important to me as I was solo traveling. I appreciate such a great experience!

Great location and space!

Miranda’s place was very clean and was everything she said it would be. It was fairly quiet for being in an apartment complex too. It’s a good location just outside of downtown that is walkable if you’re okay with around a 20-30 min walk. Good restaurants in the immediate area too. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if I’m back Indianapolis!

The location was great and the accommodations were perfect for our party of four. Having a large two bedroom place with a full kitchen was so much better than staying at a hotel!!! Finding the lock box with the key was a bit tricky with all of the similar lock boxes on the wall, but other than that, the stay was perfect. Also, very generous to offer a free appetizer the the Block Bistro and Grill!!!

LOVED this location! We had a small girls trip to Indy (3 girls) and loved it! Beautiful private pool! Friendly residents. This is one block away from Mass Ave bars and restaurants. A very comfortable walk every where! Our contact, TJ, was the best! He provided perfectly detailed instructions for check; very personal touch, gave great bar recommendations that were spot on! Thank you to TJ and BizStay! Great trip!

I’ve been renting bnb’s for a while now. I’m never disappointed. I was nervous cause I wasn’t sure of the neighborhood. Once I got there I felt very secure. The furnace/water heater made noises that scared me a lot, but overall, I will rent here everytime I’m in Indy. She was very nice when it was time for me to leave and needed extra time. She responded at 1-2am. I made sure I made sure I gave her back her apt just like she gave it to me. Very clean lol. Thanks for the great experience!

We had such a great time and couldn’t have picked a better place to stay!

The space was very clean and the host was accommodating and responsive. The location was perfect for our girls weekend and we had plenty of space to hang out and play games. I'd definitely recommend this place for a trip to Indy! The only issue we had was finding the parking garage. The garage entrance is in a narrow alley and a tight turn to get inside. The door stayed open for a long time so it wasn't a problem for us to do a 3 point turn.

It was the perfect location. We went to the Children’s Museum and Lucas oil stadium for SuperCross Race was a quick drive. There is food places and target right down the road. Felt safe the whole trip and the gated parking garage was great! The host was very responsive with any questions I had.

Great, clean, comfortable place to stay! Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Beautiful building with great security.

Tim's place has become my home away from home! Tim is so very welcoming and the space is great period the location is perfect and very safe.

This location is right at the center of town, with lots to do, and a lake right next door to boot! Ayash Is a great place for a couples vacation and is highly recommended!

Loved our stay. The host was so quick to fix minor issues, and even provided the ping pong equipment for us to enjoy in the building's game room! The view was gorgeous.

Stayed at Conner’s place for a small family reunion where we had multiple kids and they were entertained the entire time. The home itself is very spacious, at no point did our group of 10 ever feel crowded. The back yard gave us space to hangout and we played games in the detached garage. The house was clean, fresh linens and very comfortable. Easy access to anywhere in Indy and minutes away from a lot of good food spots. Will be staying again if we make it back to the area. Connor was a great host!

Great location, very private! We had plenty of room inside and the kids were able to play outside as well. We loved the back deck!

Definatly was a great home and Amanda was responsive with every question we had before our arrival and while we was there definatly will return to this property and spend more time on our next trip !

We loved our stay at Deborah’s house! Her style is impeccable, house was spacious, and location was perfect for getting quickly to downtown Indy, Butler University, or Broad Ripple. The swing in the studio and little free library were favorites for our kids! Would highly recommend for a stay in the Indy area!!

The home was super cute. Lots of vintage charm and character. We enjoyed the large front porch. They supplied a lot of items, that for the most part we didn’t use, but we appreciated that they offered. We enjoyed playing some of their albums. They moved the tv from the bedroom to the living room upon our request which was super nice. They responded quickly and the house was clean. I wish the water in the shower was warmer, but it was manageable. A note, if you’re a coffee drinker you’ll need to bring some. We definitely enjoyed our short stay here. Thank you to the hosts!

Honestly, due to the possibility of a really bad storm, we didn't actually get to stay at Addison's place. She was very gracious to us regardless, communicated wonderfully and I appreciated her patience so much.

Adie was very accommodating from the start! We had to add one extra night on in the beginning due to travel reasons and Addie was extremely understanding of it which made our experience having one more night in the city even that much better! Anytime we had a question she answered within a good response time! Her house was spacious and super nice! We were all comfortable staying there and truly enjoyed our time in Indy! Worth every penny!

We had a great stay. The house is quirky - water hot & cold is switched and some of the light switches are backwards BUT the house is gorgeous. The kitchen is so nice to cook in and we had a great time cooking & eating together. The neighborhood is up and coming so some houses are freshly renovated and some less freshened up. There’s families walking their dogs and the neighbors were friendly. We didn’t have any issues with parking on the street. It was a lovely stay & would recommend it for others.
