Brilliant place to stay, beautiful views. Lovely host, Heather, great welcome and explained how everything worked, had book with local recommendations. So handy for Culzean Castle and local Ayrshire Coastline and not far from Ayr. Would highly recommend the Sheep Shacks Had a great time

Absolutely amazing weekend at Donny & Allisons place. Totally perfect for a switched off tranquil escape. House itself was immaculate & well equipped for our stay. The bedrooms were beautiful with the most comfortable mattresses and pristine crisp bedding. The TV in lounge was fabulous for channel choice & internet connection was spot on. The garden was amazing, our dogs had the best time wandering and the gate at the bottom leading directly on to the beach was icing on the cake. Lots of walks and discovering straight from the front door. Lots more to see & do a short drive away. Local town Dunoon has all the shops required for a break away. Hope to be back soon 🏝️

From minute 1 of booking this amazing lodge David was extremely responsive and friendly. This gave us a warm idea of what was to come. Upon arrival we were then greeted by another very kind and welcoming lady (didn’t catch her name sorry) who shown us into the perfect cottage with extreme politeness. The lodge was filled with everything needed, hot tub was warm on arrival, TV was huge and could be rotated (can even face the hottub. This was a bonus for us as we are movie geeks 👍🏽 The kitchen was stunning and some essentials were provided that we actually forgot to bring (salt, pepper, oil). Cannot fault a single bit of the stay. Immaculate. The outside porch was tremendous too. It is closed off nice so that even when you’re in or out the hot tub you feel 0 draft. Upon leaving we spoke to 3 lovely ladies, 2 cleaners and 1 other lady who was also super lovely (sorry no names again). The retreat was perfect! Great hosts who responded to messages quickly and were willing to answer any questions we had. The place itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Perfect location nice and private yet perfect distance from Troon to be able to get to easily by taxi for dinner. We will definitely be back 🥰

We really enjoyed our stay in lamlash. Kevin was a great host who was very flexible when we had an extra last minute guest. Lots of communal space to be together as a group and absolutely incredible views from the conservatory. Lovely garden and remote setting which worked amazing for us but would be a big walk up the hill if you were wanting to wander into the village so car definitely needed. Kitchen well equipped and all was clean and tidy. We'd definitely stay again.

Excellent apartment situated in Kildonan. Great access to the beach and various nearby walks. Apartment is well equipped, stocked and freshly decorated. Had a fab time. Thanks

Had a lovely couple of days here for my birthday- the cottage really feels like a home from home and there are lots of little extras which make the experience, such as games, paintings, pantry items and we loved watching the birds on the feeders - we saw wood peckers and a buzzard sat in the tree opposite. Adrienne is really responsive and made the experience really easy for us! Thanks again x

Wonderful location on the island for hiking and adventures. Everything was easy and well looked after. Our only issue was that we planned to book and eat using the kitchen but found that the oven was only a microwave so we struggled to prepare our food. Overall we were really happy with the space and experience!

What a wonderful place to stay. Thank you so much to Ann and Arthur. The flat is absolutely spotless, beautifully decorated and filled with lots of extra amenities. Without doubt one of the best air BnB’s we have stayed in. Ann was super quick to message and help suggest places to visit and Arthur set up the amazing bbq hut for the children to toast marshmallows. Whenever we are next in the area we will be sure to be staying again! Thank you both.
