We had a wonderful stay in Gary's house. It is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with just a few minutes by foot to reach the sea. The modern interior of the house has all the comfort you need and Gary went above and beyond to make it childproof and adjust to our needs. We would come back any time. Thank you :-)

This house is in an excellent location, with a supermarket nearby and a beautiful green field just across the road, perfect for enjoying stunning sunrises and sunsets. We spent a wonderful Chinese New Year here, and it truly felt like home. The décor is stylish and cosy, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are excellent, especially the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking effortless with just our own ingredients. Our host, Rosaline, was incredibly kind and responsive, always quick to assist, ensuring a smooth and stress-free stay. Her thoughtfulness made our experience even better. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

This was our sixth trip to Seaham and our first stay at Steph's beautiful property. Crisp whites and soothing neutrals set the tone for the coastal-inspired decor, with chandeliers adding a v glam touch! We slept well on the comfy beds, and the kitchen has every amenity you could wish for. The property is short stroll from shops and places to eat, and beaches are also close by. The coastal walks and the countryside are simply stunning. All in all, a fantastic escape.

An absolute gem in beautiful surroundings! The cottage is spotless, cosy and fabulously stocked - and feels so homely it’s wonderful. Marion and John are lovely hosts and are right nearby but ensure your privacy too. Thank you so much! Can’t wait to come back again :)

Very enjoyable few days in a very comfortable house. Ideal for exploring the area. Good local amenities. Wonderful walks along the beach or along the coast to Whitley Bay. Billy and Julie helpful and responsive hosts. We would definitely like to stay there again.

Just the most perfect place for our short stay, Bottleworks cottage is in the most wonderful location for our two dogs, just minutes from the beach. The cottage was extremely well equipped, with some thoughtful touches, which made our stay that much more special. We would thoroughly recommend and would be pleased to book again soon. We had a lovely stay for 2 nights at this beautiful and cozy home. It was so well organised and felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. We loved the charming decor and all the thoughtful details. Anthony was a wonderful host- approachable, kind, and very helpful. His clear instructions made everything smooth and stress free. The nearby forest walks were really nice, and the stream running through the woods made it so refreshing. The local people were friendly and helpful. The house itself was such a delight that we can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay. This was my third time and it won’t be my last. Absolutely love this place, feels like home away from home and Lisa is great - quick to respond, communicative, helpful and just lovely all around. Loved the new little touches around the house. Will be back ☀️

The Old Stables was warm and welcoming on arrival. The location and accommodation were perfect for our visit. We were able to relax after our long journey and the beds were super comfortable. It was very quiet, clean and well appointed. The area had beautiful walks on the doorstep, and the village was well served by eating places. Excellent fish and chips at the Black Bull! It looks a nice place to live. We would certainly recommend and not hesitate to book again.

Marie and Peter were wonderful hosts—responsive, incredibly friendly, and very helpful. The location was absolutely perfect for my needs, making my stay really convenient. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay again when visiting my daughter.

This was a great place to stay, the location was amazing and the local shops are really good for eats. The boatyard was an amazing breakfast as suggested by Andrew. We are a family of tall people (over 6’3”) and the headroom was a worry from the pics but upon arriving it was not an issue. There is more room than the pics portray. Would stay there again without hesitation. ! Great place!

Lovely apartment walking distance from everywhere you would want to go in Sunderland. Very responsive and accommodating host could not recommend more highly.

Exactly as described, great location close to all amenities. Could have sat and looked at the view for days. Abi was a great host providing clear instructions, everything was ready for us and the bottle of fizz and chocolates was very welcome.

Absolutely great place to stay with 2 12 year old boys. Brilliant location and so much to do - Caroline gave us some fab recommendations. The flat was in a perfect location - close to the beach and loads of places to eat. The boys loved the bunk beds and I was impressed with the size of the rooms. Kitchen well equipped if you wanted to cook but we ate out for most meals. The bathroom is a wet room - so take crocs for using the toilet after a shower to avoid wet feet - this was not a problem for us at all and the shower was lovely and warm. Lots of little touches were great, biscuits and tea and coffee, toilet roll, cleaning products so if you arrived late no problem - also a shop over the road. Highly recommend as a lovely downstairs flat with parking near the sea - perfect.

Fabulous place for peace and quiet. So close to the beach for walks with the dogs. Everywhere we walked to was really catered for dogs. Some great places to walk to on the beach. Accomodation warm and cosy just as described, host made you feel at home with nothing too much trouble. Will definitely be back.

We had a great weekend staying at Helen’s flat. It was a perfect location for visiting all of Whitley bay and the surrounding areas. The flat was warm and Helen had put the heating on for us which was lovely. We were able to cook and everything we needed was provided in the kitchen area. It was close to the metro which we used to travel into Newcastle. We would recommend to anyone else and would love to stay again in the future . Thanks 😄

We had a great 3 night stay, to celebrate a late Christmas with my parents who live in Blyth. The apartment is gorgous, so well decorated and furnished. There was a lovely Christmas tree to greet us too. We arrived around 9.30 pm, found the key in the front lockbox and unloaded up the front stairs. Overall its a great place to stay, the only thing that would stop us staying again is our elderly dog (he's 15) is a bit too doddery for the stairs. The baby gate was a great feature, and meant we had no worries about him going down on his own. The internal stairs lead to the front door just over the road from an amazing park which was perfect for the dogs. Kids would love it too, I grew up in Blyth, such happy memories of Ridley Park!

Brian's apartment is a great base for exploring Newcastle in a couple of days. The apartment was a really comfortable warm place, spacious and well appointed. Would definitely recommend.
