Had a great stay, the condo was clean and steps to the beach. Pool was heated major plus since we got hit with lower than 70s temperatures.

on pristine beach. wonderful views of the Gulf. Sunset view from the living room. Just beside the bird habitat, I read in some reviews that smell of birds is a problem, We didn't feel it at all, breeze from the Sea kept it fresh always. Get down the condo and you are on the beach. House was spacious for our family of 4. Karen had flotie for toddler, Beach umbrella, chairs and some beach toys, appreciate the nice gesture. kitchen essentials were as expected. Dedicated Covered parking, very convenient. Beds were comfortable, a bit squeaky, but manageable. Everything was as described and great. Pictures don't do justice to the views. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful view with breathtaking sunsets. We truly enjoyed our stay, the view, easy walk to the Pass. Great time and great host! Would definitely recommend and am definitely coming back. Nice, short get away for two adults! The condo was clean, safe and quiet -- and the decor was very fresh and cute. It was close to lots of restaurants and beach access was just across the parking lot. Pool area was very nice and clean. The condo also had beach chairs, noodles and beach umbrellas. Rondine was very responsive and flexible for us with ability to get into the condo a little early since we had an earlier flight.

Great quiet location for a relaxing get a way. Great, friendly and responsive hosts. Would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! Check in/ check out was smooth and very detailed instructions were given. The unit was clean and the beds very comfortable. There’s a Publix about a 7 minute drive from the condo and several excellent restaurants in the area. Greg was always quick to respond and also provided suggestions for local places to eat. We loved our early morning walks on the beach, seeing the dolphins on a few occasions and found the people in the area super friendly! We will definitely be back! Highly recommend staying here. It was an incredible family vacation!

I want to start this review by saying we never ended up staying at this location. We were supposed to vacation at Ryan’s place on Siesta Key but unfortunately, Hurricane Helene hit the day before. I wanted to leave a review solely about the host, Ryan, as his communication and honesty was second to none. Even though, by the time the storm hit, the rental was non refundable, Ryan made it very clear from the beginning he would refund us the full amount or be flexible with the booking to make sure we were as happy as could be. He ended up being extremely proactive and was well ahead of anything we were ever asking for. I would 100% trust Ryan and will be booking with him again. Can’t wait to see his beautiful spot and the recovery from the tragic storm.

We visited Max's place for a long girls' weekend. The condo is absolutely beautiful--decor is modern and there is everything you could possibly need for cooking, sleeping or the beach. The ocean view from the balcony is as pictured if not better. The surrounding area is quiet but walkable to several shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

John and Jen were very responsive to any questions I had. The condo was beautiful, just like the pictures of it, spotless, comfortable and had everything you needed. The beach was just steps away along with great restaurants in walking distance. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!

Our stay was great! This was our 3rd stay in the building but 1st time in this unit. It was clean & had everything we needed. We knew ahead of time the pool & hot tub were not working (post hurricane) so we enjoyed the beach - the unit has beach chairs which was so helpful. Sean was a fantastic host. Responded very quickly & was so helpful. Looking forward to staying here again. Thank you.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

We enjoyed our stay. The elevator made it easy to come and go from the unit. The beds had quality firm mattresses like we prefer. They had extra pillows and plenty of towels. The a/c worked well. The only thing we missed were a couple extra blankets. (We aren’t good sharers.) The convenience of the beach and pool were perfect! Alex was proactive and checked in on us during our stay.

We originally booked this location (Jamaica Royale), but it was impacted by Hurricane Milton. We were a little disappointed that it was still listed as available, even though it very much was not, as it was still being cleaned up/repaired. However, we were incredibly thankful that Adam responded almost immediately and got us into another location nearby (Palm Bay Club). While not as well appointed and modern as the place we originally booked (and with no beautiful views at all--just the roof of the building beside us), it was situated in a great location near the beach, and very clean and comfortable. Both condos are in VERY conveniently located though--downtown Sarasota is a quick 10 minute drive away, the fine white sand beach is a 5 minute walk, and it's a quiet residential area. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly book with Adam again. He was incredibly responsive and helpful, and we had a great experience, all things considered!

This was a perfect place to vacation and rest. The beach felt so private and accommodating as far as beach chairs and umbrellas go. The sand was combed daily and was like crushed velvet under our feet. We saw dolphins every single day! The condo is in the perfect location to watch the sun set every day. The views were out of this world... We did not want to leave. Next year we will book for longer! Thank you!

I loved everything about this place. Waking up in the morning and walking along the beach was amazing. The sunsets are the best & watching them from the patio was extra special. They accommodated a late check out & were really responsive. I can’t wait to visit again one day.

This is the one, trust me. Book it! Close proximity to shops and restaurants. Steps away from the beach. Fantastic hosts. Only regret is only being able to give 5 stars!!
