Great place, brilliant location. We had everything we needed. Host had milk and butter in the fridge for tea, coffee and crumpets. Would definitely stay again. 5⭐

Fantastic visit! Great apartment! Brilliant Host! Everything was as described and my family and I had a fantastic weekend. The beach was right on our doorstep and we could not have asked for more. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the pier and town centre, with plenty of shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and beautifully decorated throughout, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It was also very family-friendly, with a great kids’ bedroom that our young children loved, and the host kindly provided a cot, which was a big help. Check-in was super easy, and communication from the host was clear and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a lovely living area to unwind in after a day out. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area, and we’d happily stay again!

Second stay at Wendy’s lovely apartment. The view from balcony,lounge & the bed is stunning. Will miss reading in bed & looking out to sea. There was work going on in the block & Wendy kept us informed and gave us the option to cancel after the usual time if we decided that the work would ruin our stay - it didn’t.. apartment super clean & comfortable. Coffee shop - Coast at the Granville theatre on the green opposite flat is great venue for coffee with a view. Lovely area, easy to get around walked most of the time but did get the Loop bus to Margate. If we come back to Ramsgate next year will definitely stay here again. Thank you Wendy.

Absolutely gorgeous flat with everything you could want. Amazing views of the sea. Great location, easy free parking. Lovely local shops, cafes, pubs/bars. Nice and easy to walk along the coast to Folkestone and regular buses going that way too. Would highly recommend!

Great value for money at £140 (including fees) for a night. the flat is a two minute walk from the coast, and less than a 10 minute walk from Ramsgate proper. The flat itself was very comfortable, with everything provided as you'd hope. There's the added bonus of a really nice man living in the same building with some beautiful dogs, which we met. The host (Violetta responded to messages) was kind to allow us a late checkout, allowing us time to enjoy a coastal run. My partner and I wouldn't hesitate to come back here if we come back to Ramsgate again.

If you want a comfy bed , Sea-views, well equipped flat with everything within walking distance this if the flat for you. Had a wonderful time.

We stayed at Eleanor's flat for a weekend getaway in Margate and loved it. Beautiful views and so close to the Old Town and all of its restaurants and shops. The flat was well equipped with everything you might need for a stay away from home and was very clean and comfortable!

What an amazing stay! You will be blown away by the amount of art and things to look at in this home. I came here with 9 friends (10 of us total) and the cottage was exactly what we needed. Was very tidy, homely, relaxing and we were even allowed to bring our dog. The host was also very responsive and helpful when we had questions about the homes built in music system. 10/10 stay would definitely come back!

Great little place! Seven of us went for a weekend trip (to get out of London) and had a wonderful time! Would recommend to anyone :)

Loved the house and location -very well equipped and very comfortable & spacious . Especially loved the balcony overlooking the sea-great for the sunset. Instructions for the oven & hob would have been helpful ! We had a lovely weekend, felt very at home .

Our second stay here,just as nice as previously. The flat is always spotless with great facilities and a central location. Sue is a great host who provides you with all the information you need regarding the flat and the area itself.

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time in Herne Bay. The house was gorgeous and in an amazing location. It was well equipped with everything you could need and was super clean. Any questions were answered quickly and they were super helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to herne bay.

Very last minute stay. Ally was great, communicative and friendly. House was ready for our arrival, all goodness and fuss free. Just what we needed to clear our heads from the city. Beach, sea and coastal path outside the door, along with the Zetland Arms (good pub grub !). Everything we needed. Recommended !

This property was perfect for our visit to the area. A brilliant public football pitch to play with my kids located just across the road with the beach 2 minutes away through the back gate. This was a last minute booking whilst visiting family but will definitely use again to bring the family in the summer! Thank you for letting us use such a great home.

I had lovely stay again, it's my go to place for when I visit Southend. The view from the balcony is the best part about this stay, whether it's sunny or raining it's still nice to look out of :) They've redecorated the living room since I last visited which looks really nice, it gives it a modern feel :) I'd highly recommend this place if you're in the area

The apartment was perfect inside, very clean and well maintained. Great location to get to the old part of town. Tom was very good at sending information and although we didn't need to contact him about any issues I'm sure he would have responded quickly. Lovely touches such as milk and breakfast.

Thanks Nic, we really enjoyed staying at your place ‘The Coastal Soul’, and loved being so close to the beach. It was just as you described it, very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The tips in your house guide were also very helpful, the location was perfect and we enjoyed the walk along the coast to Reculver fort. We would absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back. Sue messaged me to say that the apartment was ready early if i would like to meet her at 1pm ,what was very nice off her ,i was shown around the apartment ,lots of local info given also .The apartment was so big and spacious loads off room around the beds ,super clean and had everything and more you needed ,was nice coffee filter and instant choices of teas ,2 pints fresh milk in the fridge,crisps snacks cereals ,bag of ice in the freezer ,came in very handy as was so nice me and 3 friends decided to top in for the evening and chill with wine and local fish chips ,2 mins walk away . I must say this is the best ARNB i have been to just so many little extras ,and the mattresses are so comfy, just like to say it had loads of room for 4 people sharing and the bonus 4 single beds , So Thank you Sue for a wonderful stay ,and we all said we will return Tina Sam Lynne Lyn

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

We had a lovely time staying here for a few days during the Easter holidays. Perfect place for a couple to stay and make the most of Margate whilst also being slightly out of the busy town centre.

Had a wonderful stay. The place was beautiful and the bay window looking to the sea and sunset was perfect. Took so many sunset photos from the window! Everything felt fresh and clean. Comfy bed - slept really well. Great amenities- loved the coffee machine. Kitchen very well catered for - all utensils that you’d need. Great shower. Host very responsive Loved Margate old town. Walked from Broadstairs back to Margate - great walk with beautiful beaches. A wonderful few days. Thank you.
