Natasha’s place was lovely, perfect for our stay, a very well equipped kitchen which was very useful, although a small sharp knife might be good as my friends walking around with giant knives was terrifying 🤣 I stayed in the top room with the beach view, which I loved waking up too. The smaller bedroom was much bigger than I expected, easily big enough for two adults. There was quite a lot of noise from the bar opposite but ear plugs provided sorted the problem. Natasha herself was a delight to deal with and made staying as hers stress free, in my opinion she went above and beyond and we all really appreciated it. Thank you Natasha

Angela and Ed’s house is absolutely fantastic. Everything you could want for a relaxing break. Beautiful views across the green to the sea. Quiet with beautiful light throughout. Comfortable and full of great details. Angela was incredibly helpful and very responsive. Couldn’t recommend more.

We enjoyed a delightful winter break in Ruth’s house. There’s lots to do in Margate - good food & great walks etc. - and the house is very well located for accessing all the town has to offer. The house is full of character and has all that you need for a comfortable stay.

Loved the house and location -very well equipped and very comfortable & spacious . Especially loved the balcony overlooking the sea-great for the sunset. Instructions for the oven & hob would have been helpful ! We had a lovely weekend, felt very at home .

The house is in a perfect location 5 minute walk to the seafront. Its is very quiet, clean and very comfortable. Nice little sheltered garden to sit in and great being able to park right outside the house. Would definitely recommend

Susan and Jo’s place couldn’t be more lovely. Beautifully furnished reception with a king bedroom, large modern kitchen and bath. Susan and Jo communicated promptly with helpful suggestions about Broadstairs. The seafront location couldn’t be better and just a short walk from the train station. Look forward to returning.

We had a lovely weekend at this property. It had everything we needed and our children had a fantastic time and enjoyed to toys there. Lots to do in the surrounding area and Margate easy to get to. Nick was a great host.

A delightful cosy cabin with sea views from the front terrace. We loved the holiday park facilities and the fact you could walk to the Zetland Arms pub on the beach in 5 minutes!

Absolutely lovely place to stay, clean tidy and well equipped, Russell is a great host and sorted a little issue with the key we had straight away. Would definitely stay here again when in area thank you

Excellent stay - very large & spacious! The game room was a hit for adults & kids! The two kitchens were very useful too. Can't wait to come back in the summer and make the most of the large lawn & pool!

Fabulous house! Light, airy, comfortable, spotlessly clean and a well equipped kitchen. Great location only a few minutes from the beach with a few nice looking restaurants, shops and coffee shops near by. Would definitely recommend to a friend. The only thing a few of us commented on was the showers were a bit temperamental temperature wise and parking for just one car was a bit on an inconvenience but realistically not much anyone can do about that. Otherwise a fantastic stay in Broadstairs!

The place was very nice and clean especially the bathroom it was spotless. Enjoyed the beach hut and it was literally 5 mins walk from the house. The kitchen was very spacious. We enjoyed cooking. We enjoyed our stay.

Really great location walkable to everything in town. Beautifully presented and clean throughout, it was a wonderful place to stay. Showers were excellent. Sofa seating was slightly limited for us, as we have teenage children, but very comfortable otherwise. We very much enjoyed our visit.

We had the best time staying at Ben’s place. We’ve visited Margate many times and this place just topped off a great NYE visit. The place was even better than the photos and we felt at home immediately. The art and decor was stunning, beautiful design whilst also feeling cosy. Would love to visit again in the future. Thank you so much for such a great break!

Lovely house in a great location. Deceptively large with nice outside seating area. Walking distance to the beach and many bars and restaurants which are buzzing.

James was a great host;- very proactive, responsive and thoughtful, yet unobtrusive. The house is spacious in a good quiet location and very clean. We stayed with our two young children so appreciated the stairgates, high chair, travel cot and enclosed garden. The beds were super comfortable and we all got a great nights sleep!

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teens) stayed at Polly's AirBNB for 4 nights. Polly was so helpful and responsive leading up to our trip and we appreciated her local recommendations. The AirBNB was super easy to find and we appreciated being able to do self check-in. The house itself was just wonderful!!! Seriously! You can see the Sea from the front windows. We loved how near it was to so many coastal trails for morning runs and walks with the kids. We enjoyed hiking down to the beach and tidal pool, which only takes a few minutes. There is plenty of parking in the driveway, as we brought our own large SUV. The Wifi was super duper fast. The kids loved having their own rooms and bathrooms (2 rooms share a bathroom and one has it's own). There was so much room to spread out, and we loved the beautiful living/dining/kitchen. We appreciated having a well appointed kitchen for cooking and a washer/dryer to do laundry. One of our very favorite places we've stayed in the UK!
