very comfortable and clean property in a perfect location. We came down to Margate for a weekend by the sea enjoying the fresh air, the beautiful coastal walks and the superb culinary delights. Thank you Kish & Fiona for letting us stay in your property.

Beautiful little "Hideaway", clean, tidy, more than enough space. 2 bathrooms is a big plus. The location was just amazing!! A couple of minutes walk to the beach or much less just for a beautiful view of the sea!! Sally is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Slight issue with Kettle, which was resolved very quickly and replaced with a brand new kettle! Just across the road for the Band Stand which in the Summer/Early Autumn months seems to have a very lovely community feel. We visited Ramsgate, Margate, Herne Bay and Dover and Broadstairs is BY FAR the best choice!! Peaceful, though still lively enough. I could go on and on, myself, my husband, our 6 year old boy and toddler daughter all LOVED it. We would return in a flash and hopefully will one day x

A beautiful cottage. Interiors are fantastic and the space is very home, in a great location, seconds from the beach. Georgina was very responsive and helpful throughout. A perfect little escape and would love to stay again. Thoroughly recommend.

We booked Richard's place for a company engineering offsite and the group absolutely loved it. The location was perfect with easy walking distance to restaurants, pubs, and the sea. The house itself was lovely, spacious and had comfy beds. All around a great place to stay!

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

A group of 8 of us stayed over the weekend to celebrate my mums 60th and it was simply wonderful. The cottage is lovely and the location is great, about 5 minutes walk to the beach and surrounding amenities. Ellie was super helpful and responded to queries quickly. The cottage had everything we needed and for both adults and a toddler. We’d love to stay again!

We absolutely loved staying at the Beach Hut. The location was perfect, we walked into Margate and Birchington. Train and buses so close if needed . Westgate High street was so close and the Swan which was 2 minutes away was great for food and drinks. It was really peaceful and extremely clean, such lovely touches with coffee/tea, milk, water and cereal. We loved the chilled atmosphere sitting in the front of the hut for drinks or coffee , so relaxing. We would definitely stay again and also recommend for a perfect relaxing break and although we only got to wave at Lorraine , David was so friendly and checked to see if all was ok for us . Great communication and we absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for our stay and how attentive and responsive you have been 👍

Nous avons passés un excellent week-end. Le logement était impeccable très bien agencé, comme sur les photos. Pas loin de la plage on peut se balader facilement. Bon emplacement Emma a été une hôte très sympathique a l'écoute de ses clients toujours disponible et très compréhensible. Je la recommande vivement

Gill has ensured her mobile home is comfortable, warm and well equipped for her guests. The mobile is located in a good position on the site and near to the shop where essentials are available for sale by the lovely friendly staff. It was a very chilly day when we arrived but the home was warm and ready for us. Thank you Gill!! We had a lovely stay.

Had a fabulous time at Wendy’s lodge! Lovely peaceful location with pool on site and near lots of other nature attractions. Wendy was a fantastic host - super helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

We had a lovely Xmas stay at Maggies home, the house is very spacious and located directly on the coast, perfect for walks with our dogs, we had a great time and would definitely return for another stay.

Homely static caravan with porch directly overlooking children playground. Amazing to stay with kids. Walkable surroundings...beach in walking distance. Natural reserve where you can observe birds and small animals so pack your binoculars! Very easy to check in and check out. Sandra was always responsive helping us with everything. We are thinking to come back in summer months. We had lovely family time together.

The stay and the holiday home was great. Most important thing for us was cleanliness and the place met our expectations. Clean linen, towels and furnishing. It’s less than 5 minute walk away from the beach. Central heating and Samsung heater/cooler was great. TV in the living room and each guest room for when relaxing. Cordless vacuum in the cupboard. Some toiletries in the bathroom which was nice. Some bread, jam and butter for us when we arrived which was good. All in all, was a lovely stay. Will come again.

We had the absolute best weekend staying at Beacon House. The house is absolutely beautiful, the rooms are all huge and everything was of a high standard. The house felt very homelike and the bedrooms were of hotel standard. Lovely touches like everyone having their own towels provided, toiletries in all the bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. We all loved our stay and didn’t want to leave. The views from the terrace are stunning, the house has a really warm family feel but it’s so spacious that no one was on top of each other. We could all come together in the living room and play games with room to spare. Thankyou to these lovely hosts for letting us borrow their home for the weekend, we will definitely make a return trip as we all just loved it.

Eine schöne Wohnung mit charmantem altenglischen Flair in traumhafter Lage direkt am Meer. Liana und Clive sind hervorragende Gastgeber – stets ansprechbar, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

Fabulous house! Light, airy, comfortable, spotlessly clean and a well equipped kitchen. Great location only a few minutes from the beach with a few nice looking restaurants, shops and coffee shops near by. Would definitely recommend to a friend. The only thing a few of us commented on was the showers were a bit temperamental temperature wise and parking for just one car was a bit on an inconvenience but realistically not much anyone can do about that. Otherwise a fantastic stay in Broadstairs!

We had the loveliest time at Chris’ place. The property is so beautiful. It’s tastefully decorated, which made for a cosy stay. It’s located on and opens right up to the beach, which meant we got some really nice morning and evening walks in. It’s also well connected to many towns we had on our itinerary - Whitstable, Margate, Dover etc. - with many large supermarkets a short drive away. Would recommend!

Amazing stay! Located right on the beach, beautiful views and only a short walk along the beach to the harbour and high street! First time in Whitstable and we cannot wait to book again for our return visit!

Had a great stay at Herne bay, A fantastic sea view via the huge bay window in the lounge, we could’ve easily sat there all day watching the world go by! Very spacious property and nicely decorated. Perfect for our little family getaway!
