Sunrise apartment was in a perfect location with a beautiful view. Everything was thought of and nothing was overlooked. High quality finish and attention to detail, never seen a guest information book like it. Hosts were very responsive and friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful. Generous selection of tea, coffee etc, milk and prosecco in the fridge. We will definitely be back.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Alles war gut organisiert und problemlos in der Abwicklung. Mit der Wohnung waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der Ausblick ist grandios! Die Altstadt von Margate ist in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Dort gab es alles an Gastronomie u.ä. was wir benötigten. Die Kommunikation mit Ella war sehr angenehm und sie hat wirklich viele gute Tips. Gerne wieder!

Thanks Nic, we really enjoyed staying at your place ‘The Coastal Soul’, and loved being so close to the beach. It was just as you described it, very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The tips in your house guide were also very helpful, the location was perfect and we enjoyed the walk along the coast to Reculver fort. We would absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back. A stunning sea view from this apartment. It was extremely quiet and had everything we needed. You can walk to a variety of cafes, restaurants, pubs, the high street and for absolutely miles along the beach. Don’t wonder whether this is the apartment for you, just book it and you won’t regret it! We will definitely return in the summer for another relaxing stay. Thank you x

Sue messaged me to say that the apartment was ready early if i would like to meet her at 1pm ,what was very nice off her ,i was shown around the apartment ,lots of local info given also .The apartment was so big and spacious loads off room around the beds ,super clean and had everything and more you needed ,was nice coffee filter and instant choices of teas ,2 pints fresh milk in the fridge,crisps snacks cereals ,bag of ice in the freezer ,came in very handy as was so nice me and 3 friends decided to top in for the evening and chill with wine and local fish chips ,2 mins walk away . I must say this is the best ARNB i have been to just so many little extras ,and the mattresses are so comfy, just like to say it had loads of room for 4 people sharing and the bonus 4 single beds , So Thank you Sue for a wonderful stay ,and we all said we will return Tina Sam Lynne Lyn

Kirsty was a great host and extremely accommodating in terms of our requests! The flat its self is in a fantastic location which has wonderful facilities and a parking space. The views from the balcony are stunning especially at sunrise!! We highly recommend and cannot wait to book again

Lovely flat 2 min walk to the sea in one direction, and 10 min walk to some great restaurants in the other. We had a couple of issues with the heating on our first day but Kate was on the case very quickly and let us borrow a heater until it was fixed (all sorted in less than 24 hours). Great host, great flat, lovely time in Margate!

Great apartment in a prime location! It was just perfect. A lot of care and attention to the details in the place. The communication was very clear and it was easy to check in and check out. The apartment is quiet which was ideal for me and, you are close by some great spots (cafes, shopping and more) and of course have a stunning view of the sea. Would highly recommend!

We had a delightful 3 night stay at Fancoombe. The property was immaculate, just as shown in the photos, in a beautiful, quiet setting. Highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway!

We loved Janey's place. It felt right at home for us. We were amazed at the lovely welcome hamper and although we brought lots of stuff with us, it was already provided. The bed was really comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen was well equipped however apart from breakfast we didnt cook there. Had a fabulous meal at the Chinese restaurant Hey Hey We love the Just Reproach and had a few visits there and also The Bar. The terrace is a great suntrap and we enjoyed lazing there in the sunshine. Will be back!

We had a wonderful stay for a New Year getaway... the property is perfectly situated a short walk from Canterbury city centre. The flat was comfortable and well equipped (the welcome hamper and Christmas puddings were an unexpected treat!). Kristina was a responsive host and very quickly resolved our slight check-in difficulty - we were very impressed! Would highly recommend Kristina's flat and would consider returning if we are back in Canterbury again. Thank you.

Had a wonderful time in ramsgate,all down to the apartment and the host,perfectly situated near all amenities,the accommodation is very homely and comfortable,and deanna is so friendly,and accommodating ,made us feel very welcome,with a small card and a lovely packet of biscuits and coffee waiting for us on arrival.very relaxing stay,would not think twice in staying again.

Absolutely fantastic stay at this lovely basement apartment. Great size and perfect for our family of 4. We chose to stay here rather than a hotel, as wanted the option to cook in the evenings and so happy we did. Great little kitchen and lots of utensils available to which was handy. Nice location with the beach opposite and only a 15min walk to the main centre and beach. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and hoping we will return next year, as we have family round the corner!

The photo's don't do the place justice. It was a real wow and comfortable feeling to walk into. Morgan was beyond helpful. Whatever your height you will walk back into a low ceiling. It's just a given! We stayed a month! We missed not having a freezer or microwave with kids. And a clean mid stay was definitely needed, or else a smaller adaptor to hoover and more cleaning products under sink for bathroom. Sofa bed great for one of my kids but I didn't fancy it so shared with the other. So no adult space for me became a bit wearing. The main bed was like sleeping on a supportive cloud! You won't regret staying here. Easy walk to Tankerton and Whitstable and literally 2 mins from beach.

Meg’s place is very well located close to the beach and town area. We really enjoyed the sauna and playing mini golf right outside. We would stay again if we came to Margate.

Spot on for what we needed whilst attending a gig at Dreamland. Great location, a short walk to the town centre and beach. Claira was quick to respond to the only question I had and was friendly & welcoming for check-in.

We had the perfect stay at Phoebe’s place! It was very well equipped and we had everything we needed for the stay. The apartment has beautiful surrounding views, was very clean, lovely decor, and is close to nice restaurants and the museum. Phoebe also was very communicative and a great host! Would highly recommend staying!
