Beautiful cosy apartment, looks exactly like the photos and is lovely and clean. Only improvement would be little things like drying rack for clothes, toilet roll holder and cutlery divider to make the place even more comfortable. Would definitely book again.

Regular visitors to Deal & Walmer this was our first visit to Tobias's sea view flat. It's in a great location and very easy to park nearby. Opening the living room curtains in the morning to sit at the table with a coffee and book, looking across to the sea, is the perfect way to start the day - and while away a few hours! The flat felt very homely and had everything that we needed - preferring to venture out to local restaurants ourselves, rather than cooking - but the kitchen had everything that we needed, plus another lovely view.

Had an amazing weekend, accommodation was perfect and as described. Beautiful location, parking definitely a bonus - this won’t be our last visit!

We had an amazing time. The views from the balcony were incredible and were even better than the photos. We were lucky enough to have glorious weather but in any case the flat is cosy, clean and really stylishly decorated. We had a question and when we called the contact number, Mr Kramarski replied straight away and was able to answer our query. Thank you for a great stay, we'll come back!

This is a very good place to stay, the best in the area. Perfect for a couple or by yourself. A close drive to the coast and all the surrounding towns. The host is ideal, very easy to communicate with and extremely friendly and has a passion for their property. Was very tidy and clean, bed was extremely comfortable, had all the necessary facilities. Quite private and peaceful and a safe area, shops are a short walk away. Would definitely recommend and return again

Our favourite local escape is Ramsgate and Sandwich Bay. Never disappointing. The Royals Sands, “LookOut” apartment just added to our experience. We really enjoyed staying in the luxurious yet homely apartment. Everything about the apartment was perfect. Cleanliness and the layout. Spacious and very social open plan kitchen diner living room is place for fun and games of all kinds. The local fishmonger “Fruits de Mer” will provide you with great seafood should you wish to make a meal in the lovely kitchen of the “LookOut”! Nevertheless, all good restaurants and eateries are just a few minutes walk away. We loved the views from the balcony and the sofas. We opened the doors in the mornings to hear the gentle waves crashing on the shores of the Sandwich Bay and the seagulls murmuring and squabbling. I love seagulls, perhaps it’s because I loved Jonathan Livingston Seagull as a child. If you are looking for a Tranquil and romantic get away “the Lookout” will set the scene. Many thanks!

This was a very last minute booking after another trip was cancelled. But this was no problem for Simone who contacted us after our booking to say heating was on and the apartment was ready! The apartment looks just like the pictures, and we absolutely loved the fabulous sea views. The apartment was well equipped, clean and comfortable. It is a good location for reaching some of the highlights of this region and we were lucky to have some great weather. Whitstable was a favourite day out, especially cream tea at the Castle tea rooms. We also enjoyed Sandwich - and Broadstairs which we walked to along the beach. Captain Digby pub just across the road recommended for a friendly welcome and great food. Botany Bay a great lunch stop. All in all we had a fab time at Simone's place - it was VERY good value for what we paid.

If you are visiting Canterbury, you must stay here. Deborah’s place is beautifully decorated and has a stocked kitchen ready for you to make a meal. Perfectly furnished rooms and such comfortable beds and real cotton bed linens. The big tub is divine. Stop looking for other places to stay in Canterbury and book this one! You won’t regret it. Yes you will have to duck a bit when walking around upstairs, but this adds to the charm. You are in a historic area and in beautifully restored historic building, so it only adds to the charm.

Beautiful massive house, moments walk from the beach. We walked home with fish and chips from the town centre and they were still hot. Car charger super handy (and included) there’s even full Sky tv (sport and movies). Can’t wait to book again, Broadstairs is lovely and the surrounding beaches are gorgeous.

The property is absolutely stunning, I will definitely be booking again if I’m in the area. Exactly as described 👌

Myself and 4 great friends stayed at Debra's place and we loved it. We had such a gorgeous weekend and there's nothing we can fault really. The house is so clean and homely with everything you would need. Debra went above and beyond to welcome us to an early check in (and in fact slightly late check out on request), to explain everything about the house and give lots of info on local things to do, restaurants, shops etc. We went to Whitstable Oyster Co for dinner and Samphire for lunch and both were wonderful. We walked and jogged along the sea front at the end of the road and walked in and out of Whitstable with ease. When we weren't out we really enjoyed the house which was the perfect size, layout and comfort level for our group. I really hope I/we can come back some time. Would highly recommend!

What a beautiful place to stay! The attention to detail was amazing and it had all the possible amenities you could need. Diewertje was incredibly responsive and even left a little gift for our 1 year old which was extremely kind. We really enjoyed using the log burner on some cold and windy evenings. The location is also great for exploring the local area. We would not hesitate to stay again!

The host was very friendly and helpful. It was peaceful and lots to do very locally. Would definitely recommend and return!

We stayed at the house with four adults and five children. We found the house to be exactly what we needed. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery, pots and dishes, towels and toilet paper available. The house was clean and we felt comfortable straight away. It was very well heated. The small children enjoyed playing with the Duplo and Schleich figurines.

Absolutely lovely property, friendly and responsive host, felt remote but still within 30 mins of lots of attactions We did leeds castle, maidstone leisure centre swimming and soft play, inflatable world, cinema, howletts etc spoilt for choice and had no issues with food delivery or take aways on the days you dont want to cook Lovely property, photos dont do it justice as larger in real life, perfect for a family, private cosy and the log burner after an evenings hot tub use was lovely! Marion has gone above and beyond to make your stay the best possible everything is clean and there is plenty of room for a comfortable stay having a private garden made a big plus to our stay Marion was always on hand if we needed anything but our stay was private and peaceful there are two pubs in the village and a village shop for coffee and cake we will definitely be back to stay soon this is the best air bnb we have stayed in thank you marion

It was the perfect place to stay for us so beautifully done & clean, had everything we needed there & great location! Dorjah was very friendly and responsive on messages. Couldn’t fault at all, was perfect for us.

Tara is an amazing and considerate host. The location is perfect and central to Canterbury with a great place to park your car. Tara left us some breakfast assortments as we were staying for more than 2 nights and took the time to check in with us and offer any support in case we needed it. She has been the best host I have experienced so far and she cares about her guests. Would absolutely stay again. Am thinking about taking my mum! Thank you Tara.

I stayed for three weeks whilst my own home was being renovated, it really was like a home from home. Comfortable, quiet and clean with everything I needed. The hosts were friendly and responded immediately when I messaged, I had an issue with the Internet one evening and they quickly helped me fix it with no other issues arising. The home is very well presented with an extremely comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. Easy to check in and out and having parking available was great.

Nathan was extremely nice and quick at responding. Nathan let us check in 30 mins early as we got there faster than scheduled. We loved our stay as we got to relax and forget about our busy work schedules. The place is extremely comfortable and homey, perfect for a romantic dinners and relaxation. We came by train so buses and train stations were very near. In conclusion its the pefect stay for a couple!
