Even though the photos promise something very special, we still weren’t prepared for just how spectacular the views are from the turret. On top of that, the flat itself surpassed expectations - artfully decorated, beautifully presented and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. Morning swims in the tide pool 5 mins away topped off a very memorable weekend. I’m certain we’ll be back!

Fantastic visit! Great apartment! Brilliant Host! Everything was as described and my family and I had a fantastic weekend. The beach was right on our doorstep and we could not have asked for more. We will be back!

Cute place, very close to the train station and the seaside. City Center is about 15mins away, but other than that we had a great time! :)

The apartment was easy to find with Lisa's accurate instructions. Beautiful apartment with a view of the sea, and immaculately clean with secure gated parking too. Great location for walking along the seafront with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Lisa's communication was excellent throughout and she went out of her way to check everything was perfect for us. A lovely apartment for a relaxing weekend away. Highly recommended.

Perfect place to stay for a couple of days. Comfortable and clean bedroom, clean kitchen with good cooking facilities and location is perfect for exploring the area. A definite 5 star stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location as everything was walking distance. We’ll definitely be back again. The flat was cosy spacious and a great nights sleep. Vicky was so friendly and super responsive when we had a few questions about the flat. Thanks again.

A lovely flat in a location that can't be beat. The flat itself is spacious and comfortable. I felt bad for not eating all the food Sally so graciously provided. 😅 Dory's and Angela's are right around the corner. Xylo, Fez and the Lifeboat are all less than 2 minutes away and tons of fun. Sargasso is also just a 5 minute walk. If you're going to be in Margate you'll be hard pressed to find someplace better. Perfect.

Wow what a view!!! Seriously incredible! Debbie’s communication was fantastic. We were able to check in early too which was so good as we arrived early on Saturday so we could have our toddlers nap at the accommodation

Lovely house. Felt a little strange as it is obviously Alana’s private home. Lovely touches especially the bottle of Prosecco as a welcome gift. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you Alana

Everything was ideal great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

Perfect for our needs. Four women returning to Canterbury nearly 40 years after we graduated from the University of Kent! We particularly appreciated that the four double rooms (one in the ground floor) are equally good. Very comfy sleep. Great communication including early check in and agreeing to storing property after checkout and also recommending local restaurants . Great location convenient for city centre and Canterbury East station or a short taxi ride (20 min walk) from Canterbury Weat station. Very good value. Recommended.

We were a party of ten adults and one child staying at Martin’s home for the weekend. The property was superb, wonderfully decorated and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The gardens were beautiful. We were lucky to be blessed with fabulous weather and made the most of it. We were also lucky to be visiting during lambing season. Watching lambs being born was quite an experience. I would highly recommend this property and hope to revisit again one day

Jess’s place is incredibly well located for Whitstable beach, literally a 1 min walk via ‘Wave Alley’ and the high street is also walkable. The house is warm and spacious, with a large light filled kitchen and access to the garden. I really liked the private parking, a huge bonus in Whitstable. Jess was helpful and responsive to our questions, and she really went out her way to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Deanna was a wonderful host, so friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating - absolute pleasure to interact with. The house was terrific, in fact the description didn’t do it justice - fabulous. Perfect for a large group of people with everything you need. Clean, cosy and felt like home from home. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend. Would definitely recommend and go back.

I have just returned from a 4 night stay at Clare and Toms house with my daughters and grandchildren. We had the most amazing stay at their house. It was the most beautiful house in a beautiful location , close to the beach and lots of lovely walks . None of us wanted to leave and would love to return and do some of the things we didn't do. We all loved the homely feel of their house and the luxury of a hot tub too ! Thank you Clare and Tom

Lovely flat 2 min walk to the sea in one direction, and 10 min walk to some great restaurants in the other. We had a couple of issues with the heating on our first day but Kate was on the case very quickly and let us borrow a heater until it was fixed (all sorted in less than 24 hours). Great host, great flat, lovely time in Margate!

Sue messaged me to say that the apartment was ready early if i would like to meet her at 1pm ,what was very nice off her ,i was shown around the apartment ,lots of local info given also .The apartment was so big and spacious loads off room around the beds ,super clean and had everything and more you needed ,was nice coffee filter and instant choices of teas ,2 pints fresh milk in the fridge,crisps snacks cereals ,bag of ice in the freezer ,came in very handy as was so nice me and 3 friends decided to top in for the evening and chill with wine and local fish chips ,2 mins walk away . I must say this is the best ARNB i have been to just so many little extras ,and the mattresses are so comfy, just like to say it had loads of room for 4 people sharing and the bonus 4 single beds , So Thank you Sue for a wonderful stay ,and we all said we will return Tina Sam Lynne Lyn

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

The view from the balcony was wonderful, it was unobstructed with a magnificent view of Ramsgates Royal Harbour. I loved the original features in the place especially the wooden shutters which held so much history!

We loved Janey's place. It felt right at home for us. We were amazed at the lovely welcome hamper and although we brought lots of stuff with us, it was already provided. The bed was really comfortable and we slept well. The kitchen was well equipped however apart from breakfast we didnt cook there. Had a fabulous meal at the Chinese restaurant Hey Hey We love the Just Reproach and had a few visits there and also The Bar. The terrace is a great suntrap and we enjoyed lazing there in the sunshine. Will be back!

Jiten’s place was perfect. We felt right at home for the weekend! Such a spacious apartment for two people, right in the old town so super convenient for all of the lovey restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed the visit to Whitstable. The location was ideal and ability to park the car was very useful. The apartment was very clean and matched the high standard we expected. Definitely recommended.

Karen was the perfect host with full details re the property sent in advance and a lovely welcoming present. The property is immaculate in all senses of the word with spacious clean rooms and a lovely balcony for those great sunsets. It is situated two minutes walk away from the beach and 20 from Birchington itself which is full of shops, bars and restaurants.
