Wonderful home that was clean and cozy and exactly as described. The host was always responsive and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything you could want with some cool extras like a popcorn machine and some delicious coffee. We would not hesitate to stay again. We forgot some chargers at the house and we were notified shortly after our departure and were able to stop back by to pick them up. Very kind and awesome people. 5 stars!

Our trip to Long Beach was nice. It is a busy neighborhood with limited parking. It was nice to have a reserved parking spot at the rear of the property near the garage to avoid trying to park on the street. The beach is only a 1 -1/2 block walk. 2nd street is close by and there are many eating options available. Dog beach is close by if you have a dog. For me it was a golfing trip and hoping to do it again next year.

Sandy was so welcoming, helpful and very hospitable! We requested to book the same day and she was so quick to respond! She has a very cozy and beautiful home. We will definitely request to stay here the next time we’re in town. Thank you so much Sandy for opening your home to us 🙏🏼

What an absolute hidden gem this place is! This place is like a little oasis hidden in the city! The deck is a wonderful place to rest and relax or even for dinner with a friend!

The location of this rental is ideal, a block from the beach. The house is well equipped, as pictured in the listing. Our host Rich met us at the house and was very responsive in communication. He monitored some minor maintenance activity in the upper unit to ensure we weren’t bothered by noise. We enjoyed having access to the 2 cruiser bikes and garage parking for our car. I was a bit put off by the multiple emails from HappiTravels prior to our stay. I understand that Newport Beach has very strict regulations on parking, noise, etc, but I didn’t need to be reminded repeatedly. Overall a good stay.

Loved the house. The pool an hot tub were really clean and the kids had a blast. House was clean, all rooms were great size and the bathrooms were really nice.

Lovley home, clean, new and plenty of space. The game room was a hit. The location was pretty quiet considering a busy road on one side. Close to a nice park and some good mexican restaurants. 15 minute drive to Disney. Would reccomend it forsure.

My family and I had a great stay and enjoyed the amenities Karen’s place had to offer. The place was very clean and well kept. The location was great for what we wanted to do. We enjoyed the quiet relaxation and the wonderful nature preserve for our morning walks as well the facility’s pool and hot tub. Karen and Lauren we're great hosts...very friendly, responsive, and accommodating.
