Wichit : locations de vacances au bord de l'eau

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Apartment bevor wir von Phuket zurückgeflogen sind. Alles war sehr sauber und wie beschrieben. Das Apartment befindet sich in einem riesigen Gebäude mit Poll und Restaurant. Fußläufig sind alle Geschäfte und Restaurants gut erreichbar. Der kleine Balkon war nach hinten ausgerichtet. Das war für uns bei einer Nacht kein Problem.

Le logement était superbe, et très accessible. Il se trouve a côté de nombreuses activités et offre une magnifique vue. Je recommande ce logement pour n'importe quel type de séjour.

We had an amazing stay! We had an early morning flight and they checked us in early which was very needed. The location couldn’t be better—right across the road from the beach and with a super convenient 7-Eleven next door for any essentials. The highlight was definitely the direct pool access from the balcony, which made our stay extra special. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Жилье расположено в небольшом комплексе аппартаментов, жилье полностью соответствует фотографиям, а в реальности даже чуть лучше — есть балкон доя двоих с которого открывается вид на речку в которой плавают вараны, сверху по веткам деревьев скачут и поют птицы :) До моря минут 7-10 пешком, место очень тихое, но 7 минут пройти и кажется ты уже в другом районе - много ресторанов, массажных салонов и магазинчиков с сувенирами. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить Раису за теплый прием, неоавнодушие и потрясающую экскурсию по окрестностям. Если Пхукет — то только к Раисе! Спасибо ❤️

Highly recommended! I'm glad we chose this place for our stay. the apartment looked exactly the same as in the photo, fully consistent with the description. the apartment is new, cozy, clean and comfortable. it has everything for a comfortable stay. Fabrizio is a super host. I want to highlight that he was very attentive to all our concerns and questions. check-in went flawlessly. I rarely write reviews - but I wanted to highlight this apartment as a great place to stay in the Rawai area.

Appartamento da paura ( in senso positivo ) , molto pulito e aver l’accesso in più piscine e qualcosa di spettacolare! Yulia è sempre disponibile in qualunque ora e in qualunque momento, peccato che non ci siamo visti, ma per tutte le volte che abbiamo domandato qualcosa ci è sempre stata d’aiuto! Per il resto ve lo consiglio! Grazie Yulia, alla prossima! :)

Une semaine de rêve dans ce logement grand luxe piscine plage à deux pas , merci à Etienne pour sa sympathie sa disponibilité bref je donne 6 étoiles à bientôt c’est certain. Allez y les yeux fermés meilleurs rapports qualité prix aucune remarque a faire de négatif tellement tout était parfait merci 🙏

We had a wonderful stay in Jet’s place, very clean and looked just like the photos. They cleaned the apartment twice during our stay. Jet is very kind and answers quickly if you have any questions, or just want recommendations about activities or restaurants! The area is nice and not as touristy as other places in Phuket, you can get a Grab to basically anywhere for cheap.

Die unterkunft liegt in einer ruhigen gegend, es gibt aber genügend restaurants und einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Toll war unser eigener strandzugang, mit liegen, surfbrettern und kajaks, soager ein tischtennistisch. Perfekte unterkunft für einen strandurlaub.

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Leuten. Die Villa war in einem Top Zustand, super sauber und mit einer tollen Ausstattung und genug Platz für alle. Insgesamt wurden unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Der Gastgeber Lothar war super freundlich, jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Zudem gab es für jedes Anliegen einen Ansprechpartner, was sehr unkompliziert über den Villa Manager organisiert wurde. Die Villa ist in einer gesicherten / überwachten Siedlung gelegen, was einem ein sehr sicheres Gefühl gegeben hat. Die Wege zum Strand, Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren recht kurz und alles ist super zu erreichen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Villa Carlos absolut empfehlen!

Khun Nym is super kind host. We have everything we need in the house. The house is so cute, tidy and cozy. Love all those decorations, the organic stuff and especially the candles. Thank you for hospitality. Will definitely come back !

Je recommande, hôte très accueillant et aimable. Une villa très jolie avec un beau paysage, un endroit très reposant. À quelques mètres à pieds des commerces et des restaurants sont à disposition. Un grand merci à Alex de nous avoir accueilli dans sa charmante villa.

Bigger than it looks in the pictures and not as far to walk to the beach as some made out in other reviews. Great pool and local amenities made it a great base to explore the area.

I would like with big Thank you to IKE for making sure to provide with everything thats needed for a good stay. I stayed on the property for a month and was working remotely at nite and slept during day time. 1. Estate feels SAFE and MAINTAINED 2. Free filter Water service 3. Host responsive and polite 4. Beach is clean and view from the property is beautiful. 5. Stable internet connection, electricity and Water 6. Good Quality Pot/ Pans / Plates / Cups /Glasses Overall, I have no complaints. Ike has done wonderful job of paying attention to detail. Definitely would recommend anyone to book this property without any hesitation.

La maison est très bien équipée et est très bien située au milieu de l’île, surtout si vous cherchez la proximité des écoles internationales. La maison est globalement très propre même si quelques rénovations sont encore nécessaires. La cuisine est correcte mais mériterait également quelques petits travaux pour être parfaite. L’hôte est tres réactif en cas de problème. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison.

Спасибо за чудесный опыт нашего пребывания. Жилье чистое, опрятное, было все необходимое. Сама территория очень классная, с бассейном и кафешками рядом. Пляж тоже недалеко. Алина, встретила, на столе были фрукты. Это было очень приятно после долгой дороги Благодарю. при возможности вернемся еще

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles war wie beschrieben. Miles hat sich immer sofort gemeldet wenn wir Fragen hatten. Es gab ein Problem mit Wasser im Bad was aber gelöst wurde. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Klimaanlage war die 1. die nicht direkt aufs Bett bläst. Das war sehr gut. Ich würde wenn Rawai dann zu Miles gehen. Eigentlich wählten wir Rawai zum Inselhopping was dann aber auch woanders war. Zum schwimmen würde ich andere Strände empfehlen. Hier fährt ein Bus ab für wenig Geld Richtung Airport. Dieser fährt auch zu den Stränden auf dieser Seite (Karon)… Wir danken Miles für den Aufenthalt und die sofortige Hilfe. Alles Gute 🍀

Wonderful stay! This location was perfect - very close to all the shops and walkable distance to patong beach and all main attractions Host provided beach towels and other small essentials needed for the stay. Very clean space and wonderful views from the balcony

Great apartment, it’s overlooking quiet side of the street, we had a peaceful stay. There are a few really nice restaurants just outside of the building. It takes around 7-10 minutes to reach Rawai high street and Rawai beach. Super convenient location. The Host Olga is prompt to respond to any requests. The apartment was spotless clean when we arrived, and it looks exactly like on the pictures. The apartment has everything one may need. We spent a month staying there and didn’t have any problems. We are happy with our stay, highly recommend this place!

Mike was extremely responsive in all of our communications. He would literally respond within 10 minutes to every text I sent and he was a wealth and treasure trove of local knowledge. And I sent him 100’s of texts with lots of questions. :) From night markets to water parks - Mike was very helpful in planning our family vacation. His communication and hands on helpfulness is what sets his condo apart from any other experience online. Everything was great about the house! Comfortable AC + a nice pool + a full kitchen made it a great stay. You have great access to all the best restaurants without being in the party party area of Patong!

Отлично провели неделю в этом жилье. Ремонт не самый новый, но все очень чистое и есть все необходимое для поддержания чистоты и комфортного проживания. Также хозяин позаботился о многих необходимых мелочах, таких как крем для загара и пляжное полотенце. Район, где расположено жилье тоже отличный — в шаговой доступности ночной рынок, хорошие кафе и рестораны, магазины. Мы даже ходили пешком на пляж. Daniel всегда был на связи, быстро помогал в решении любых вопросов. Спасибо!

Чистая, просторная квартира, отличная территория отеля. Jackie, сделала все возможно, чтобы мне с семьей было комфортно. Приятно удивлена была, что при заселении Jackie позаботилась о том, чтобы у нас было в холодильники продукты , даже печенье к чаю, очень приятно. Море расположено в 50 метрах от отеля, я была с маленьким ребенком, это удобно.

Me and my family really loved the place. Beaches are nearby, 7 store nearby.. and also the place has loads of pool area, sauna etc. We felt super safe staying in this place and security is amazing too. Max and his team helped us a lot too. Appreciate for the whole team members.
