Stunning Mid-Century Modern 3 bedroom home

We felt that the property had plenty of amenities and the beds were very comfortable. We travel to Wichita about 5-6 times per year and this was definitely one of our favorites. We did not know that they would be, but the gaming table and record player were things that we used and enjoyed. We also loved that there is more than one smart TV. Not everyone wants to watch the same show at the same time.

The house was great for our trip. It was located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the water park and animal park. The house was very clean and supplied well. We will visit again.

Luxury home on the River and OUTDOOR RETREAT!!!

David's place was perfect for our visit and David was an exceptional Host! We were in Wichita to visit family and were coming from different parts of the country at different times. David sent the entry code way ahead of time and we were able to access the house ahead of schedule, which was so nice! The kitchen was well-stocked, not only with utensils but also with spices and condiments (thank you!) so we were able to cook for ourselves. The house is pretty historic, and David displayed information about the house and people who built it and lived there. After we arrived, David stopped by to explain the light switches to us (so helpful!). The Grand Room had plenty of seating to gather the family together, and there was a big dining table for games and meals. Despite being right next to the river and street, the neighborhood was very quiet. There was plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street next to the house. It was cold, so we didn't use the outdoor amenities. Next time!

We were getting tired of hotels we've been staying in the last few months with my daughters activities and decided to find something a little more private and quiet and this location was absolutely perfect! It was a beautifully redone little barn and the cows out the window made us feel like we were back home at the ranch. The peace and quiet was just what we needed and the host was very responsive and helpful.

This place was absolutely amazing. It was so beautiful and so peaceful. The best little weekend getaway for my husband and I. Laura was very kind and even went out of her way to decorate the space for my husbands birthday. We will be back very very soon !

Jerry and Winnie’s home was a great location for our weekend in Wichita. We were able to walk to local restaurants, and a quick walk to the Keeper of the Plains and the Riverwalk. The house looked just as described. Jerry and Winnie were always friendly, helpful and very quick to respond.

We rented this Airbnb due to the close proximity to the Park City arena for state wrestling. Everything was as described. Cute little house in a nice area. Location was far enough away to avoid crazy traffic yet close enough to go out and about as we chose. Thank you!

We stayed at the house for a week long training. The house and host were very accommodating. The location was quiet and with in walking distance of local restaurants and bars all with great food. We were very comfortable during our stay and always looked forward to heading back at the end of the day.

Home was perfect for 4 couples!! Close to shopping areas and restaurants on west side of Wichita. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely used the kitchen for breakfast!! Hardly anything to do before checking out other than towels to laundry room. 😊 We would definitely stay again when we travel to Wichita!!

What a beautiful home - not to mention the cute purple door! I had several guests, and this home easily accommodated us! There was plenty of room to spread out in the kitchen, dining room, living room, and sunroom. The artwork throughout the house was thoughtful and the turquoise accent wall was amazing. My friends were ready to move right in! Ava was VERY responsive to my messages as this was a last-minute stay. I would gladly stay here again!

המיקום המושלם בויציטה בדירה המושלמת והמארחת המושלמת. כשנכנסנו לדירה הרגשנו כמו בכניסה למלון, הכל מעוצב, מקופל ומריח כמו בית מלון ואפילו הכינה לנו מתנה אישית ומרגשת מאוד. שיאנה הייתה זמינה לכל שאלה ועזרה לנו מאוד. הדירה מושלמת, יש בה הכל- נקייה מתוחזקת , מאובזרת ובמיקום מעולה. הדירה ממוקמת ליד פארק וגם קרובה למרכזי קניות כך שנהנים מכל העולמות ! ממליץ מאוד! בהחלט אשוב!!!

The unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. Beds were comfy. Shower was great. A little tricky to find on first pass as it sits on the corner of Elizabeth st and Douglas. My GPS took us down Douglas then simply said we had arrived when we were still looking for Elizabeth. Turned around and found it easy enough and from there no issues. We enjoyed the stay as it is close to downtown area which is where we were spending our time.

Emily's place was a great place to stay, within a 5 minute drive of downtown Wichita and a 10 minute drive to the zoo. We were also able to walk to Doo-Dah's diner in about 35 minutes.
