The house was great for our trip. It was located in a quiet neighborhood but close to the water park and animal park. The house was very clean and supplied well. We will visit again.

This place is so beautiful when the sun is rising I sat out on the deck on the bench for more than a hour just enjoying the beauty, the bathroom is so modern and nice to. The only thing I will say is if you arrive to the home for check in at night you might struggle finding the house a little because there isn’t any lights that light it up. But other than that if you are thinking about booking I would definitely do!!

Great stay overall! Check-in was seamless, and communication with the host was excellent throughout. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We would definitely stay here again!

As a first trip to Wichita for work, it was a great and comfortable experience. Had everything we needed and things we didn’t get to enjoy due to busy work schedule. Have to make another planned stay for vacation rather than business

Delano Delight - Near Downtown - Pet Friendly!

Alex’s place was exactly as described. It is right next to the highway so it is loud but she mentions it a bunch of times. For My family, we like the noise so it did not bother us much at all. The kitchen had basically everything we needed. There were plenty of towels to use and there was on sight laundry. The backyard is spacious, there are toys in the living room for little ones, and she offers a playpen and high chair that worked out perfectly for us. Idk about the location because there was nothing over there that we were really here for, but there’s a university so I’m sure it’s great for somebody else. There were 3 tvs. I appreciated all of the cleaning supplies available. This stay was perfect for my family. The only issue we had was the coffee maker didn’t work but there was a keurig as well so we didn’t really care much.

The cottage is an older house, but kept very clean and well stocked with everything I needed for my stay. Amber responded quickly to my questions, etc. The neighborhood is quiet, except for the occasional freight train (bring earplugs if the train whistles would bother you at night - I slept very well once I started using them). I would recommend this as a good, well-priced, no-frills hub for a visit to Derby.

Their house was a wonderful place to stay. Close to Delano area, we could walk to breakfast, dinner, or for coffee and shopping. It's close enough to downtown to walk there too. Their home was clean and had everything you would need for a great stay.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. The house was as expected with plenty of room for 2 families. The country view was an extra bonus. This house was easy to get to and peaceful. Ronda was always available when we needed and she was kind and understanding. This will be a place we return to.

I booked this for some out of town friends attending our son's wedding at Botanica, and it was delightful visiting them at Sonia's house. Spacious throughout, wonderful master suite upstairs. Sonia was very responsive, and not just before the booking. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Lexington's place for a family Christmas gathering! The home is immaculate and the hosts did everything to make us truly feel comfortable and at home. The Christmas decorations and Christmas tree were incredible...they were even kind enough to put an early package we had delivered by the tree in the living room. We would absolutely stay here again!
