It was a perfect spot located in the local art district. Building felt extremely safe and private and loved that I got a sense of the local community nearby. The bed was very comfortable so I was able to get a good nights sleep after exploring. There were quite a few local coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance and the local transit is nearby which is so convenient if you need access to the airport. I would highly recommend this place.

Mirjam's place is amazing. I recommend it to anyone. Very comfortable, great location and nicely decorated!!! She was and is an amazing host!!!!!! She responded right away and was very helpful since this was our first time renting an Airbnb. We are moving out and going to another Aribnb for a couple of months then coming back to Mirjam's. I waited too long to book so that time frame was already taken. Love seeing the fountain right outside our windows and love the plantation shutters. Would recommend this for sure. Close to all shopping, restaurants, etc.

Team Marie's place was just as described--great neighborhood and location (FABULOUS brunches nearby!!), directions were detailed and easy to follow, and the home was supa-clean!! Very responsive to questions, everything went smoothly for my work trip because of this safe, affordable, clean home. Thank y'all so much!!

The pool is amazing very large and the water is nice and warm. The condo is well stocked. There was coffee and snacks and some basic spices for cooking. The gas grill works great . The kitchen is small but it was not an issue for us. We had a wonderful stay.

It is always great to walk into a Airbnb that exceeds all your expectations. Dana is super professional and responsive to any and all questions! It would be awesome if every Airbnb was operated like this, I extended for additional time because of all the qualities you look for in a Airbnb stay, Thanks again Dana!

Absolutely blown away. When I first booked, I was a little hesitant of what to expect due to the setup being connected to a house. I didn’t know if the privacy and space would meet my expectations, but I was completely wrong in my every thought. The area was extremely nice and quiet. The host was always responsive and even when my flight got delayed, they accommodated and adjusted my check out time to be more fitting. It was peaceful, clean and the air fryer setting on the microwave had this kitchen appliance girly, giddy the entire stay. My leftovers were crispy the next day and that had me dancing all over the place lol. No but seriously, This was one of my best stays and I appreciate Mo and her team so much. 100/10, thank y’all for having me!

This is the second time we've stayed with Jacqueline and each time was a wonderful experience. The apartment is charming, warm and inviting. The furnishings are very comfortable and the well stocked kitchen had everything we needed for our visit. The property is lovely, with beautiful landscaping and a gurgling pool that we loved to listen to in the evening. We had the pleasure of meeting Jacqueline on our arrival and were treated with a nice bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Jacqueline is a great host and we couldn't have had a nicer stay. We're already looking forward to returning next year!

Convenient for Phoenix Convention Center

Thomasina was a wonderful host! Great communication…she was always quick to reply, friendly, so helpful, and very accommodating to our needs. Much appreciated. The property itself was pretty spacious with two bedrooms, a good-sized bathroom, and nice open kitchen and living area. Outdoor sitting both in the front and back yards. The location was great too…just a quick drive to shopping and restaurants. We had a pleasant stay and give Thomasina’s place a thumb’s up!

DaNuta was extremely attentive to my needs. Her condo is beautiful, quiet, comfortable, just as described. I had driven cross country and was delayed by bad weather and car trouble. When I told her I would be delayed, she graciously allowed me to change my arrival date so I wouldn't have to pay for the days I missed. The condo was spotless and conveniently located. I discovered Kiwanis Park nearby, a beautiful walking and biking spot. All in all, a wonderful experience. You will not be disappointed! Thank you DaNuta.

Great little place, perfect for my wife and I for a quick Tempe visit for the Extra Innings Festival!

Carolyn was an excellent host. Everything was perfect. Walk out your door 10 feet from pool and hot tub. walking path next to the golf course. Parking was good and the complex vey quite and lots of well trained dogs.

Nice place and real close to everything we needed to be near. I would stay there again if I am back in town and in need of a place to stay.

Nice place & as good as advertised. The only (slight) issue is that we found the property layout (buildings) a bit “wonky”. After our initial arrival, the GPS took us right near the actual parking space. but it was a bit confusing at first. (The parking space numbers also don’t seem to be in any sort of “order”, which didn’t make sense to us either.) Regardless, this was perhaps the best “stocked” (with amenities) place at which we’ve stayed & the unit was very nice. Entry to the condo was very easy. The weather didn’t allow us to enjoy the pool, but we were in town to visit family anyway.

Nice place, great location, friendly and responsive host. Lots of cool toys and extras in the communal space. Loved the rooftop patio.

We were quite pleased with our stay. The condo is very clean, beautifully decorated, and has nice some nice extra touches like a keurig, spices to cook with, and little soaps and shampoos like a hotel. We found the beds to be comfortable. Our first night we arrived late after a long day of flying, caught the end of the sunset, and walked across the street to get fresh tacos. We used the pool and fitness center during our stay and had a wonderful time. Host was responsive to our questions. I would stay here again!

We loved our month-long stay at Jasmine’s. The apartment is sunny and cheerful; has a well equipped kitchen; room darkening blinds and a comfy bed; and is safe and quiet. It’s walking distance to restaurants and a grocery store. There are several parks a short drive away with excellent walking paths. Jasmine was very helpful when we had any questions. Will stay here again.
