If I could tuck this gorgeous home into my suitcase and bring it back with me after our trip, I would. It is a beautiful well decorated spotlessly clean stone Airbnb in the Irish countryside. We stayed for 5 days to hike in the Wicklow Mountains National park (30min drive), explore Dublin (60 min drive), walk the the cliff path and visit the town of Wicklowtown (60 min drive) and visit Kilkenny Castle (50 min drive). An Aldi grocery store is (15 min drive) in Blessington, and we also locally explored Russborough House (10 min drive) and the pubs. You definitely need a car and some confidence driving on the left on narrow roads to stay here. Nature is everywhere, with wildlife and sheep, including a lake/ reservoir at the edge of the property where we watched sunsets and drank morning coffee. We also enjoyed the food left for us, electric blankets on the beds and the DVD collection for evening entertainment. Highly recommend this spot for a lovely vacation stay in beautiful Ireland.

Janice's place is a wonderful little gem in heavenly surroundings. The peace and tranquility is amazing. I met Janice's daughter and partner at the property and they were just lovely people, with two very sweet dogs. Check-in was seamless, which is a great help when arrival time is unpredictable. I loved the hammock seat for reading - what a great touch! A lovely little place in the most beautiful surroundings - thanks Janice :)

We were a party of nine friends and we had a fantastic time at Kilranelagh Lodge. Kathleen was so responsive from initial enquiry right the way through the whole process. We got such a friendly welcome when we arrived. Although remote, we found the lodge easily. It absolutely matched the description and was so warm and comfortable. A few people mentioned how comfortable the beds were. We enjoyed a lovely long walk directly from the property along some back lanes with no traffic. The property was so far off the beaten track, so peaceful and quiet. Once there, we had no desire to travel to any of the local attractions, as we were so relaxed. There is a sauna in the main bathroom which some of us enjoyed. This was an ideal place for a reunion - we chilled and chatted. Everyone remarked on what a lovely location and venue it was. I think it's safe to say that we would all highly recommend it.

Best glamping site we have stayed at! The pods are set on a hillside with beautiful views (we even saw a few deer). The site is so tidy with clean facilities. Our host was very friendly and accommodating too. Although our stay was brief, we hope to come back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway

We had an amazing stay at Theresa’s cottage. Her place is very cozy with lots of eclectic decor to admire. It is a very clearly well loved home! Theresa was a great host with flexible check in and local recommendations. On top of it, the town had a lovely bakery to grab a coffee and a delicious treat! We found the location to be quite central to all of the hikes we wanted to do in Wicklow. An easy 5 stars!

We had an excellent two night stay at the Lakeside Suite. The location is perfect for exploring the Wicklow Mountains with short drives to hikes and beauty spots. But you will want to be back at the suite before sunset because the view from the suite is amazing. Hannah was a great host and the space was very clean, providing everything we needed for our short stay. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Lisa was so helpful and the place was beautiful. My husband is 6ft and just had to duck to get to the bathroom but the shower was spacious enough for him. It was well stocked and the lovely bread and goodies she left for us was wonderful. Her fairy garden outside was beautiful and unique and the morning views were breathtaking. Truly enjoyed our stay there.
