Well appointed and comfortable accommodation. Nikki and Niall were very friendly and helpful.

Rachel has been a wonderful host and very caring. She kept close communication for any queries I had and had very clear instructions. The house was very spacious, tidy and peaceful. My friends and I had a lovely time and were very comfortable. I recommend people to book it if they wish for a peaceful get away

We had a lovely weekend at The Orchard. The house was spotlessly clean, really cosy and had lots of farmhouse charm. We were a group of 5, the house has plenty of space to eat & relax and the views from the sunroom were beautiful. We had a lovely meal in Mickey Finns pub - only 5 mins drive away and also took a trip into Arklow and did the Cliff Walk - stunning views. Overall a fabulous stay, Dale was great to deal with, very quick to respond and would definitely recommend a stay at The Orchard!

The house was comfortable and well equipped for a family holiday. Cooking and eating at home was easily accomplished! Lots of space to get out of each other’s way or hang together at the large kitchen table or comfy couches in the living room. A short drive or a long walk to the beach. Close walk to the playground, with tennis courts and a soccer net. There is also a large grass area in front of the house for a game of football. Centrally located and easy drive to several destinations and daily activities. Highly recommend!

Als wir angekommen sind brannte Feuer im Kamin, was sehr gemütlich war. Das Haus war kalt, was aber aufgrund des Ofens und der Wärmedecken im Bett kein Problem war. Das Geschirr und Pfannen hätten etwas sauberer sein können, aber sonst eine große und empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.

Lovely stay in a very cozy house. I came here with my family for a wekend getaway and we all were very pleased. The house is very confortable, clean and impolute. Very confortable beds and really nice sea view. The host attention was very good.

We had a great stay here. Perfect for family’s. My daughter enjoyed feeding the alpacas and we all learnt a lot about them. A great place if you enjoy the outdoors and close enough to get into Dublin if you want to. It was clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We are 5 friends who meet once a year and look for properties in rural locations, peaceful settings, scenery, great local walks and restaurants. The Old Cowshed ticked all the boxes and more. Jane and Sean were so welcoming and helpful. They are so lucky to live in such an idyllic part of Wicklow. With the beautiful village of Roundwood close by we had access to shops and dined in a delicious restaurant. Glendalough is only a short drive away and was spectacular.
