Wow. The pictures don't do this place justice -- at all. What an extraordinary layout, especially for larger groups who all enjoy a bit of personal space and quiet. There are nooks and spots for everyone and everything, from the awesome pool area to the endless spots to sit and read a book or enjoy some coffee. And Ann! What a gem. She bent over backwards to answer questions and make us feel at home, even providing us with special coffee and food recommendations. I've been using Airbnb for a while now -- and Ann is the #1 host I've ever come across. I mean...she's a joy. Her place, of course, is amazing and you'd be a fool not to stay! 10 Stars!

Excellent and spacious home! Expertly decorated and had everything we needed. Walking distance to Salisbury University as well as several restaurants. Holly was very responsive. Great space for the value, will be booking with Holly again!

I had a great time Joseph was a great host answer right away back to my messages and accommodated all of our needs for the stay. Also the location was nice and peaceful area. Only thing I would recommend is televisions and air conditioning units inside all the bedrooms because it was kinda hot in one of the bedroom’s. But I will be definitely be booking again. And had a good amount of restaurants in the area and was only 30 minute ride to ocean city.

We visit Bivalve/Nanticoke yearly to visit family. This is the first year we had the pleasure of staying at Bryce's airbnb. I highly recommend! She is very communicative, flexible, and support helpful! The home has historic charm with all the updated necessities. Needs are comfy, surroundings beautiful, would absolutely stay here again!

There is so much room in this house. The 3 full bathrooms is hard to beat also. We were in town for an event in Salisbury. Only 15 to 20 min drive. If u have a large family or group and don’t want to stay in Salisbury, this would be a great place for you. It’s in beautiful and peaceful farm country. Fire pit outside was awesome. 2 large charcoal grills and a large yard for yard games. Hosts were great to work with and we would definitely stay here again!!
