This was a great location, being so close to the beach, for a 3 night stay in Perranporth. The property had everything that we needed & was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the beach walks & our 3 year old cocker spaniel had a wonderful time. We will definitely choose this property again for a return visit. There is a very short but steep walk up to the property from Cliff Road & then steps up to the house - this could make it an awkward stay for anyone with mobility issues.

We had a fantastic stay! The property was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. Despite being dog-friendly, there was no sign a dog had ever been there, which was impressive. The location is incredible – definitely the highlight for us. Marcus was friendly and quick to respond, making the whole experience even better. We’d happily rebook next time we’re in the area. We have had a lovely 5 day stay. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy with everything you needed and more for it to feel like home. The views were beautiful from every window and I spent most my time in the apartment peacefully watching the world go by. Perfect location with Fistral beach 4/5 minutes to the right and town 5-10 minutes to the left. Being dog friendly meant to the world to us and everything being so local and dog friendly made our stay so easy and enjoyable. We will definitely be back in the near future. Thank you again for a lovely stay.

A beautiful little spot in an absolutely stunning location - a short walk to the beach and cafes and bars of Porthtowan. The Annex is really clean and cosy with everything you need for a mini break. We’ll be back!

The apartment is lovely, it’s definitely not for tall people but other than that it’s perfect for a weekend break or a light packer. Gareth was responsive over messages and the apartment felt private even though Gareth and his family live above. The views over Fistral beach are amazing and the area is very quiet and peaceful.

Freyas place is absolutely stunning inside and out. We loved every minute of our stay, helped by the gorgeous weather we had. The views are quite incredible, it is so quiet, and the inside is very cosy and comfortable. What a treat it was. We can’t wait to come back! What a gem. It must be the best cabin on Freathy Cliff!

Beautiful apartment in stunning location! Spotlessly clean-and comfortable. The view over to Burgh island is amazing! Watching the tide ebb and flow is mesmerising! We enjoyed walking the coastal path, visiting pubs along the way. Journeys End is great pub with good food - but need to book to avoid disappointment. A visit to Hope Cove and a sea dip were also a delight! We hope to return in future!

A lovely clean, comfortable caravan as described, lovely friendly and helpful hostess, a really easy stay with good WiFi that was needed for work. Not sure we used the correct entrance to the park as directions didn't quite make sense but not a big problem. Happy to recommend.

Absolutely fabulous place! Listing was accurate, instructions were clear, and the location and apartment were superb. Would stay again and hope to be back! Love this area and the privacy that the apartment afforded on the balcony was peaceful. Nicki was a fantastic host and so responsive!

Helen was great! Very clear instructions and very easy to communicate with. The bungalow was as described and the location was beautiful. The pool was a real bonus for when the weather was a bit damp. Would recommend.

Incredibly friendly, kind and responsive hosts. Lovely family feel. Building has a lot of character and great facilities. Short walk to a beautiful beach. What more could you ask for? Strongly recommend!

Absolutely stunning location and views of the sea and beach, even though the weather was a bit choppy the first few days, it made exploring that little bit more adventurous. Baytree cottage was the perfect little holiday for us. Only a ten minute walk to the beach, with beautiful surroundings! The cottage was super relaxing and tranquil thanks to the spacious garden and hot tub, we really felt at home there. So happy we stayed and so is our doggo as it was his first time at the beach! He also loved the dog treaties the Riley’s had stocked at home too! We hope to be back one day!

We have had a fantastic week at Beachside! Beautiful house and garden just a few meters from the beach and sea! The house was extremely clean and very spacious! Des is a fantastic host, very clear instructions and recommendations and a kind gift left for us too… we would definitely look to return to Beachside! ☀️

We spent a relaxing few days at the Beach House which is in a lovely spot with fabulous sea views. It was cosy and warm during our stay in March. It's perfect for coast path walks and the Village Pub in Thurlestone is only 10-15 minutes on foot.

This was our second stay at Natalie’s beautiful home. We are a family group of 9 with ages ranging from 5 to 69 & it suited all of us perfectly. The proximity to trevone beach is a major plus but even on a rainy day of which we only had one it was a pleasure to stay in. We look forward to returning in the future

Jennifer is a great host and very responsive. The house is beautiful and very thoughtfully furnished. It's in an absolutely stunning location. Every room offers sea views, which we loved. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the living room which was really cosy and the big TV made nights in all the more fun. The beds are very comfortable and we slept really well throughout our stay. The instructions book was very informative. The house is right by the beach and has plenty of scenic walking routes on your doorstep. We loved our stay and would happily return in the future and recommend to others.

Really enjoyed our stay, considering we booked last minute, Matthew was hugely responsive and flexible allowing us to squeeze in our booking during February half term. The property was clean, well presented with a welcoming bottle of wine on arrival. The beds were extremely comfy and views are fantastic even in February. The wood burner/fireplace offered some cosy comfort in the late evening. Local restaurants are walking distance as is the beach. Highly recommend the Beach House as a place to eat / drink.

Staying at the Fort is a wonderful adventure... metres away from the water edge was exhilarating as a storm was blowing up. Space was great for 4 of us, with 8 might be a queue for the bathroom! We used the tennis court and the EV charger... you have to get access in advance as a private pod point 30p per kWh was good rate. Local parkrun at Mount Edgcumbe has the best views but most elevation I've ever done.

We had a lovely stay in Newquay. The house was perfect - just as advertised. Great views and plenty of space for the whole family. Helpful communication before and during the stay.

We had a lovely time in comfortable homely surroundings with amazing views of the bay. We all enjoyed our daily walks every day. Didn't advance into the sea due to time of year despite the fact it looked very inviting!!
