The house and land were perfect for our little family get away. The land and privacy was lovely and our dog absolutely loved exploring. The house is a ways from any shopping so no quick runs to the store for something you forgot. We spent the days exploring and returned in the evenings for dinner and family time. We were able to make many dinners in the stocked kitchen, s’mores in the fire pit, and had excellent views of the night sky. Lots of little touches to help you feel at home. I would recommend staying at Amy’s!!

About 2 weeks my friend and I did a road-trip and drove from MD to AR for my cousin’s wedding. The photos absolutely do not do this place justice. It is so beautiful here. All of the cabins and lodges are picturesque. The event center/venues are the perfect setting for any occasion especially a wedding. As soon as we arrived the first night around sunset the property owner Scott greeted us promptly and took us right up to the ceremony deck which overlooks Horsehead Lake and the Ozarks. The view was stunning and foreshadowed the next 4 days of our stay. We then went to the Glamping Cabin we reserved for our stay. He went over anything we needed to know. During our stay he gave us so many great tips about what to do or see there and around the area. Everything was clean. We felt safe and we had a fantastic time. The Fall foliage was pretty. We were on the dock for the sunrises/sets. Thank you Scott for the efficient and friendly communication. We cant wait to come back.

It’s beautiful, peaceful, and picturesque. During my stay the WiFi was down. I do recommend being cautious when reaching the top step of the loft. My mother and I both hit our heads on the beam at the top of the stairs a few times. I am 5’9 and my mom is 6’2. Other than that I definitely recommend staying here.

The perfect size space with awesome views. Squeaky clean with all you need to be comfortable. Gas grill out back and fire pit with chairs got used every night watching the moonrise.

We are originally from the area and were back in town for a funeral. This was a great little cabin for us! Loved the privacy and the view is amazing. We also enjoyed the hot tub! Beds were super comfy and had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast. There was a small issue upon arrival, but the owner was quick to respond and resolve the issue. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Billy Goat’s Gruff. The farm feels very remote but is only a short drive from Jasper and well-located to explore the Upper Buffalo region. The kitchen was well-appointed and the bedrooms were very comfortable for two couples and two toddlers. The kids loved all the animals! It’s worth noting that there are two dogs on the property that are very friendly and like to hang around the cabin. We loved playing with them and they were great with kids.

Everything about this home was perfect. Very cozy, clean, comfortable and had everything you’d need. And the deck, wow! I loved how the furniture was arranged on it. It was very inviting.
