Perfect location and quiet street. Walking distance to city centre and restaurants and shops

The check-in felt a little like an escape room, but we managed after a few minutes in the dark (it was 4pm in winter after all). The place is spacious and comfortable for the 4 of us, with enough space for our ski luggages. The kitchen is well-equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Octo provided basic grocery like cereals, coffee and cooking oil which is very much appreciated. The only drawback was the strange shrimp-like odour emanating from the shower room when the venting fan was turned on. Octo was helpful, but as it was Christmas we decided to just keep the vent off, and the repairmen to come until after check out. I hope the issue gets resolved before the next tenant. Despite that small issue, all in all a very happy stay.

Valbona’s appartment was perfect for our needs. It was exactly like the photos. Check-in was easy. Instructions were clear. It was easy to get to from the airport, just a few mins walk away from the station on the U4 line. When back in Vienna, we would definitely try to stay here again.

Mirella was responsive and helpful. We had a snafu with the key (which had been inadvertently taken from the lockbox) and the Wifi (which was spotty) and Mirella solved both issues quickly, kindly and completely. She was also understanding when we needed to make a last-minute change re: the number of guests attached to the booking. The apartment is very large and able to accommodate a minimum of 6 guests (with three large beds) plus additional guests in single beds. The neighborhood was easily walkable into the center and there are restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, etc. on every corner. The apartment was also very clean. The heat and hot water were plentiful and easy to operate, which was great because we had cold, wet weather.

Very friendly host and a nice appartment. Location is very close to the city center and many nearby supermarkets and restaurants. The street next to the appartment is quite busy and noisy, but that allows for perfect accessibility by public transport (underground, bus and tram).

Chris’s place is absolutely fantastic not only in terms of location but its aesthetic quality. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and feels like it was furnished with care and with particular attention to detail. We genuinely felt at home and in fact felt more cosy and comfortable than any other Airbnb I’ve been in. Thanks Chris Loved the place and will return to stay here the next time we are in Vienna.

Très beau séjour dans ce appartement très bien localisé, équipé comme il le faut et un hôte à l’écoute. C’était super de découvrir Vienne avec un logement aussi proche des transports et avec à peine 15min de bus/tram du centre ville. Merci à Peter pour cette expérience et pour son amabilité.

The house was absolutely beautiful. Never had any problems or breakdowns. It is a beautiful modern flat. The tram is right outside the house and is connected through in and out of the city. You may have to walk a bit to get groceries. The heater keeps you warm (we went in February) and is present in every room including the bathroom. There is a lift (thank the Lord!). And yes it felt work with them. A big Yes. Thank you Christoph.

What a great place and Eva is a great host. She was always available to message and was very prompt and helpful. She let us leave our luggage because we got in a little early. The space is not big but has 2 nice bedrooms, nice sauna style shower in the bathroom and heated floors in the main area. Perfect place for 4-5 people. The kitchen area is outside but covered, it was cold at Xmas time but it totally works. Washing machine, dishwasher and a nespresso machine with plenty of pods was a bonus for us. A 2 person elevator to the floor and a metro entrance at the building entrance makes getting around beautiful Vienna a breeze. 2 metro stops to the city center and a cool neighborhood with everything. Awesome place, thank you Eva!

It was a lovely flat in an excellent location, with everything you’d need. Nice vibe as well as it was not a commercial Airbnb but actually a private flat. Communication with Christian was easy and he was super responsive and flexible to our arrival/departure times. The one thing to note perhaps is that the third bed is a sleeper couch that is a bit short - so probably better for kids or short adults.

we enjoyed the apartment of Pierre. He was very kind even giving us the instructions for the apartment in Spanish. He takes being a host very seriously. The apartment has everything you need for a stay in Vienna. The location is very good you can walk to the center in a few minutes. The space is comfortable and spacious even for four people. We hope to come back soon.

Allison was a wonderful host. we wanted an early check in and he responded positively. We were a family of 4 members. we did cooking using the utensils provided, used dishwasher and washing machine. Everything was perfect. The location is 550 m from nearest metro station, 100 m from the nearest grocery story EUROSPAR. We visited Austrian parliament, St. Stephens cathedral and the schonbrunn palace comfortably without any issues in metro. Alois has been kind, friendly and immediately responsive. We felt we were at our own house in this place. I will definitely recommend this place for short stay as well as long stay.

Matthaeus is exactly who everyone hopes their AirBnB host is. He was extremely responsive with every question I had, also very helpful and generous. Along with that, the AirBnB was exactly how we expected it to look and feel. We fit 7 people comfortably for a few nights! I would highly recommend this stay or any others that Matthaeus has to offer!

Εξαιρετικός χώρος, πολύ καθαρός και ακριβώς όπως φαινόταν στις φωτογραφίες. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται κοντά στο κέντρο της Βιέννης, σε σταθμό μετρό, επίσης βρίσκεται κοντά σε πολλά μουσεία, στην κεντρική αγορά, σε όμορφα εστιατόρια και είναι ιδανικό μέρος για να καταφέρεις με επιτυχία και άνεση να απολαύσεις ένα ταξίδι στη Βιέννη.

Très bel appartement, très fonctionnel avec toutes les commodités. Emplacement idéal près de la ligne U1 qui mène directement au centre historique de Vienne en quelques minutes. De plus l'appartement se situe proche de la gare férroviaire qui mène directement à l'aéroport. Beaucoup de commerces sont également disponibles à proximité. Un grand merci à Christoph pour tous ses conseils avisés et qui est toujours prompt à répondre à toutes nos questions. Nathalie

Sara is an amazing host. She was proactive and provided very clear instructions for check-in. The place itself is very clean and has all facilities needed for a wonderful stay. It has a metro station nearby and bus stops are minutes away. Easy to reach central Vienna in 10-15 minutes. Definitely recommend this place.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut gelegen. U-Bahnstation sowie Bushaltestelle sind in 5min zu erreichen. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist neu und modern eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden. Sie ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Wochenende in diesem traumhaften Penthouse in Wien! Schon beim Betreten der Wohnung waren wir begeistert – alles war blitzsauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und der Ausblick von der Terrasse war einfach atemberaubend. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt. Die Lage war ideal: ruhig, aber trotzdem waren wir schnell in der Innenstadt und bei allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Check-in war super einfach und der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und aufmerksam – wir haben uns wirklich gut betreut gefühlt.

L’appartamento è ottimo sotto tutti i punti di vista: spazio, accessori etc. Slavisa è un host attento alle necessità degli ospiti e molto disponibile. La zona ha tutto quello che serve (market e negozi) e i mezzi pubblici sono a 2 minuti a piedi e con quelli in 15 minuti vai e torni dal centro di Vienna. La scelta di questo appartamento è stata veramente perfetta.

Lejligheden var helt perfekt til vores weekendtur til Wien. Den var rigtig fin og fremstod som på billederne. Sød og god vært, som var fleksibel med indtjekning og god at kommunikere med. Værten og lejligheden kan klart anbefales.
