Wien-Umgebung District : locations de vacances avec terrasse

This is one of the best airbnbs that I have ever stayed at. Check-in was easy, the location is extremely convenient to explore any area of Vienna, and last but certainly not least, the apartment itself is an extremely good value! It's quite large, with two floors, two well-lit bedrooms on the bottom floor (one of which even has a balcony), a very well-lit kitchen/living room area upstairs, and an amazing two-story balcony. The only qualm may be that the kitchenette is a little small to do any real cooking, but that was not something my friend and I wanted to do anyway during our brief stay in Vienna. The bathroom downstairs is also very large, and everything was squeaky-clean. If this apartment is within your budget, I cannot recommend this place enough! Although there were two of us traveling, the place is large enough to comfortably host two couples.

Ev temizlik ve hijyen konusunda tüm ihtiyaçlarımızı karşıladı. Mutfak malzemeleri yeterli ve son derece kaliteliydi. Havlular ve nevresim takımları tertemizdi. Ev ile ilgili her şeyin bu kadar profesyonelce organize edilmesi tatilimizi kolaylaştırdı. Ev, otobüs ve tramvay duraklarının yanında ve evin çok yakınında butik bir fırın var. Bize kendi evimizdeymiş gibi hissettirdiği için Lena'ya teşekkür ederim.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen, ruhigen Aufenthalt. Das Appartement ist gut an die Öffis und Supermärkte angebunden, wodurch man schnell ins Stadtinnere gelangt. Es war alles, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Definitiv eine Empfehlung für Wienaufenthalte.

I have stayed at many Airbnb apartments. There are only a few that feel like home. This was one. It hurt to leave. It felt great to spend time there. Perchtoldsdorf is a super charming town. You can walk to the right of this apartment and go into a little downtown, its cute shops, marvelous patisserie, and all the Heirigen. Or you go the other direction and go up into the hills for wonderful walks. This is a truly heavenly stay that I will never forget. If you visit, be sure to eat at Il Tramezzino.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Wir haben die Wohnung wirklich schätzen gelernt. Von der Lage am Gürtel bekommt man überhaupt nichts mit, wenn man in der Wohnung ist. Dort ist es sehr ruhig und der Garten ist natürlich toll! Die Wohnung ist super öffentlich angebunden und man findet gute Lokale in der näheren Umgebung. Auch zum Einkaufen gibt es ausreichend Möglichkeiten. Wolfgang ist zudem ein vorbildlicher Vermieter! Er stand uns immer schnell mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen Dank für deine Unterstützung !!!

Das Appartement ist modern, sauber und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht. Die direkte Umgebung bietet allerhand an Geschäften und Gastronomie. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel (Straßen- und U-Bahn) sind fußläufig gut und schnell erreichbar. Der Kontakt mit Goran war unkompliziert und sehr sehr freundlich. Wir wurden sehr nett von Silvie empfangen. Sie hat uns das Zimmer und die Dachterrasse gezeigt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man brauchen könnte. Außerdem war der Ausblick super. Absolute Empfehlung, ich würde definitiv hier wieder übernachten.

Dejlig lejlighed med alle fornødenheder. Tæt på offentlig transport. Værten var nem at komme i kontakt med.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. War alles Super Sauber. Martin war telefonisch gut erreichbar,sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Ich habe nichts zu bemängeln. Sehr zu empfehlen.

We had a wonderful stay at Silvia and Kurt’s house. They are kind and attentive hosts who made us feel welcome. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the Vienna Forest. It’s also very convenient for trips to Vienna, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Pretty often we promise to stay at the same place if we visit the same city again but actually it hardly happens. It did happen this time! Schara's place was do welcoming that we chose it again when our daughter decided to visit Vienna with her friend. It's more than a place to stay. It feels home...

Das Appartment ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Aber für unsere Pläne bestens geeignet. Wir haben sehr Sehenswürdigkeiten erkundet. Im Appartement war wirklich alles vorhanden was man sich nur wünschen kann! Habe es schon sehr viel anders erlebt. Die Betten waren ausgezeichnet.

I recommend this accommodation for a longer stay, great space for business trips. The place is clean and comfortable. Pleasant communication with the owner Timea. We will surely come back again. 🙂

We stayed for a longer term and I can tell this was a great stay! The house was well equipped with everything we needed and comfortable. Not to mention that the house is spacious and clean. Matthias was very friendly and nice, he always wondered if we are enjoying the stay and if we need anything. In other words, this house was worth it's price for sure! :) Thank you very much!

Patrick's place is amazing - gorgeous and spacious! Patrick is also a great communicator. Only caveat is that it's a bit far from the city center; though public transportation is convenient, easy, and cheap, there is not a lot to recommend the actual neighborhood as a tourist. But we learned the U-system very easily.

Muy bien, tranquilo, todo lo necesario para cocinar. Los vecinos quizás un poco curiosos y preocupados por haber turistas en el apartamento.

Very spacious place! The living room is very nice and comfortable. The bedrooms are very clean and warm. The rooms are all very clean and the location is great as well!

Our stay in Vienna was wonderful at Delia's and Michael's apartment, we felt right at home. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything (including a washer - dryer, and an impeccable shower (hard to find in a lot of places in Europe in my experience)). The house was very clean and we loved the thought that the hosts put into prepping the house (for example leaving complimentary toiletries, wine, sparkling water, chocolate and milk) which we appreciated a lot! The apartment is very well connected (1 min away from the tram) and we had a wonderful time making our way to the centre from there. Delia was super responsive, left clear instructions and was very helpful in whatever we needed. Overall, it was an 11/10 experience for us to stay here and definitely recommend it.

Liebe Tina, vielen Dank für die Wohnung. Dank der guten Heizung war es immer warm und behaglich, auch wenn es draußen noch ziemlich kalt war! Top waren die Matratzen für einen guten Schlaf. Und aufgrund der guten und zentralen Lage waren alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Ziele in Wien gut zu erreichen. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

My experience at Edit and Dieters beautiful apartment was a total delight from start to finish. It is a beautiful house in a lovely quiet, but well connected, suburb of Vienna. Think classy, slightly faded opulence which draws you in and immediately feels like home. The interior decoration was beautifully simple and yet we wanted for nothing. Edit and Dieter were very responsive but allowed us to enjoy our stay without over involved patrons. They are fountains of information if you ask but won't dominate you. I would love to come back one day when the carpet of Spring flowers are fully opened and the trees in full leaf. Look out for the pair of little black squirrels which play in the pine trees, they are gorgeous. I really hope the stars align for a revisit in the not too distant future.

An excellent apartment to stay at with all the touristy things located at a close radius. The building was excellent, the instructions provided by Andie was spot and she was a pleasure to communicate with. Everything needed in an apartment to make living comfortable (especially with a toddler) was provided. The views from the apartment was amazing. Highly recommend Andie and the apartment.
