C’est un appartement niché au fond d’une coursive arborée. Nous avons passé un séjour irréprochable. Une vue dégagée et plongeante sur la médina. Une décoration que respecte la tradition marocaine. Nous avons pu cuisine tout nos plats pour le ftour grâce à la cuisine bien équipée. Je recommande fortement ce logement pour une expérience authentique.

Apartamento muy bien situado,tranquilo y acogedor. Cerca de parada de taxis y a 10 minutos de la medina. Hay cafeterías y restaurantes en la zona. La acogida y comunicación con los anfitriones ha sido perfecta.

Staying in this apartment was truly amazing. I just arrived at Fes airport around 1am and Asmae really kind asking me where i’m, and i asked her to early check in if it’s ok, and she waited me until around 2 am. The apartment in 3rd floor with amazing location in the center only a few minutes to go to station and there’s a Cafee, market and Mosque nearby. I loved it! I got whole Apartment and the room was great! Asmae is amazing, she takes seriously my request during my stay.

We were speechless when the doors swung open, and we saw our palatial accommodations. Dounia's mother welcomed us into suite with its intricate carvings, the high roof suffused with oxygen, the lanterns, the patterned couches and the opulent bedroom. The bedding is lovely, the small terrace charming for breakfast or aperitif that gives onto the patio. It feels very grand, and you feel a lucky part of history, even if a tourist! Fes requires a fair amount of walking, starting with negotiating the driveway up towards the edge of the labyrinth of the medina. The kitchen is adequate, useful if understocked; there was a heater in the room for chilly nights and some rain. Upper stories of the building are being restored. Dounia + mother were responsive for ordering taxis, knowing local customs, personalizing the culture. A beautiful stay.

Nabil était extrêmement disponible et réactif. Le logement était très beau, très propre dans une résidence privé avec gardien, ce qui est très rassurant. Bref, je recommande vivement le logement de Nabil.

Äusserst grosse und schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Netter Kontakt mit Amine und Ansprechpersonen vor Ort. Parkplatz direkt vor Hauseingang. Für Gruppen und Familien sehr empfehlenswert.

Ein Traum! Das Riad ist ruhig gelegen und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eigerichtet! Die Schlafzimmer erstrecken sich über drei Etagen, tolles Licht im Haus! Ganz oben: Dachterasse mit phantastischem Blick über Fès. Was man wissen sollte: es ist ein altes Haus, natürlich müffelt es etwas. Die Heizmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend, es bleibt aber kühl im Haus. Das Treppenhaus ist schmal, man sollte mobil sein. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Frühstück war typisch Marokkanisch und sehr sehr lecker! Die Kommunikation mit Zackarias war hervorragend, vor Ort trafen wir Yasin: super Typ! Wir haben jede Sekunde genossen!

Siamo state in 10 amiche nel Riad . Tutto è andato benissimo, tranquillo, camere comode, le piccole meglio per 1 persona, le 2 molto grandi anche per 3 persone . Bravissima per la colazione Fatima che prepara buoni manicaretti. Ottimo, da consigliare .

Das Haus von Samira ist ganz toll. Es ist sauber und man hat alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist fantastisch und es liegt mitten in der Medina, ganz nah am Blue Gate. Samira hat uns super sympathisch empfangen und uns während unseres Besuchs bei allem was wir brauchten unterstützt. Samira ist wirklich super nett! Danke Samira, wir kommen gerne wieder!!

I didn’t want to leave Suzanna’s place! This is the only way to visit Fez — staying in an authentic riad. The beauty really can’t be quantified in photos or in a review. It was perfect. A couple of points: 1) Another review mentioned stairs being steep but I did not find this to be true. There are stairs, like in any riad, but they weren’t as numerous or as steep as most other places in Morocco, in my opinion. 2) This is not “hotel perfect” — and you wouldn’t want it to be. The home breathes history… things like worn tiles are the quirks that convey its long rich life. It is a privilege to stay in a place like this. 3) If offered, get the breakfast! It was really nice to have that. I’d stay a thousand more times. Don’t hesitate!

Appartement conforme à la description, propre, calme et décoré avec goût. Notre hôte était réactif et serviable. Je recommande vivement.

Apartment was really spacious and well kept. Everything you need was there and everything was really clean. The building is new and in a good neighborhood. Communication with Imane was easy and proactive. She helped us finding the way to the apartment and was really flexible. Would definitely recommend.

As a solo traveller, it's perfectly fine for me. It's clean generally, with a comfortable bed and enough blankets (could get quite chilly in sleep hours). Bathroom is quite small but I'm okay with it (could be a problem for tall guys though). Sebastian is also a very friendly and responsive host, with clear instructions he made check-in easy. I found the value impeccable for its price.

All excellent, maybe a bottle of water would have been good but if that is the only complain one should be very happy with the accommodation

This place is clean, spacious, well equipped, comfortable, quiet, well located. Ahmed is very friendly, helpful and responsive. I can highly recommend it, except for one minor inconvenience, namely WiFi (weak).

Un séjour parfait à Prestigia Fès ! L’appartement est tout simplement magnifique : décoré avec goût, parfaitement propre et très bien équipé. Chaque détail est soigné, on s’y sent immédiatement comme chez soi. L’emplacement est idéal, au calme tout en étant proche de tout. Ouadie est un hôte exceptionnel, disponible, chaleureux et très professionnel. Merci pour cette belle expérience, c’est certain, nous reviendrons.
