This place is excellent to stay at. Has everything you need unless you need a stove, but if your only staying one or two nights no need for one. Bed was very comfortable and clean. Will stay here again if I need to.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect—close to Abilene with its great museums and attractions, yet rural enough to enjoy starry skies. The house was spotless, cozy, and full of charm and history, making us feel right at home. Just 15 minutes from town for restaurants, shops, and amenities. A truly beautiful spot—we hope to return!

We were in town for a short period of time visiting family. Maureen's place was perfect for a quick trip, and she was so responsive and kind. The place is homey and feels as if you are staying with a family friend. You can hear some footsteps above you since you are in the basement, but most of the time it's really quiet. We slept comfortably and the amenities are well thought out, making our stay really cozy.

Great stay, very accommodating! The house is fully stocked and clean! It is a very comfortable and nice house! Grant is an excellent host!
